Download & Install

Once I download creative cloud to my desktop I try to dowload Premiere Pro & Illustrator. When I go to open the launch screen runs and then it crashes and I recieve the error code 205. I run creative cloud cleaner and redownloaded the apps via multiple wifis and now ethernet, but I still get the same error. I have also done the same while disabling all firewalls and malware checkers.  I have even done all of this and tried the offline installer. I need someone from adobe tech support to take over my computer and troubleshoot the issue and all of the methods on the forums and the live chats have not worked. 

Hello everyone. I'm looking to by a MacBook laptop. I'm looking for one that can run Adobe cc and all Adobe products smoothly, efficiently and quickly w our shutting down or over heating the laptop. I've heard MacBook 15.4, 10.9 can work, but then I've heard some of Adobe's apps may not run. Adobe CC can run fine. I need something that will run all apps. I have sold a trumpet of mine, which my mom brought around $3,000+ or so, and she just sold it to my past private trumpet lesson instructor and he said he was extremely impressed w the way it was. So my mom said I had just enough to but for a MacBook laptop so I'm assuming there really isn't too much of a budget range this time around.But I also need something that doesn't die on me too quickly high is why I was looking at the laptop I mentioned before I started reading things they made me skeptical about it. Hi i just got my acount and was able to download creative cloud but what i tried to intall photoshop it just says waiting for the las 8 hours. 

Hi, tried to update from v 21.2.7 but to not avail. Uninstall/reinstall makes no difference. Running Catalina 10.15.7 on 27" 2020 iMac with 64gb RAM and 8gb graphics Any solutions out there? Cheers Ant

after downloading Creative Cloud, the application says it will open itself at the end of the download, but it does not work, I will have tried at least ten times

Three years ago I bought Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium and it registered fine with my Adobe ID, time and time again, but after a major PC upgrade (motherboard & CPU) the installer tells me it's 'revoked'. At first it accepted the serial but could not activate any of the programs. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole package, but now the installer also  says the same. Is there not a way to "unbind" the serial from my old PC and use it on my new one?

My wife uses a PC and I'm a mac guy.  Can we use one adobe business account and each use it on our own separate computers?

For some reason every few months my account will lock me out of the apps and when i try to open them i can "sign up for a free 7 day trial." and in the past ive just waited it out until it comes back to normal somehow. I'm growing tired of this and could use some help. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello, since my internal space on my notebook is limited, I bough an external drive to instal the Adobe products to. However when I set the path and start installing the apps through the CC app, after a while I got an error message telling me I cannot install the app on a network drive. It is weird because the external drive isn't a network drive. Is there a way to set the drives to that CC app doesn't see them as network drives?

Adobe ?? How is this solved ???  To expect a user to do this to switch users is stupid & crazy.  My son just used my PC, and logged onto HIS adobe account, now to swap back are you saying I need to uninstall the program ???  WTF ?

Trying to install a version of Audition that runs on Mac OS 12.5 Sierra.  Yes, I know it's an older OS.  The fact remains I am paying for this software, and I can't install it when I need it.  I am running Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop, and I have addtional software on my system, includeing Pro Tools that I cannot change due to work, and expensive compatible hardware.  The solution to this problem is a link to a downloadable .dmg of a version of Audition that will run on OS 12.5.  If anyone knows where I could find this, please let me know.  I've had it up to the moon with this subscription-based racket.  I miss the days when I could buy a piece of software, and own it.

I was trying to install Creative Cloud on my mac. Everything foes fine until when it's installing, the app closes and reopens and tells me that I've been signed out. I hit the sign-in button, but it just pops up again a few seconds later. Please help!!!!

i bought second time adobe, but all products in this time and no more new programms in adobe cloud i can install only buy again. Can u help?

Good day,my colleague lent me her login to Adobe and downloaded her entire Creative Cloud to my computer. But I have a smaller disk and I have it completely full now. I've already logged out, but I still have Cloud on my computer. If I delete it from my computer, will all the content be deleted from her computer?Thank you.

Hello, I recently download the Adobe Lightroom installer that comes with the Creative Cloud Apps for my free trial. When I open the .dmg file it shows the image I attached. When I double click on the installer it doesn't do anything. Could this be because I just upgraded to Big Sur? I appreciate any help you may provide.

 Major applications and especially those requiring activation, I install and use on a Windows PC (7 & 10) that is physically disconnected from the internet. I separately use a Windows 7  PC that is connected to the internet.From what I know software, practically (but not theoretically!), the only way to guarantee a computer is not infected by unwanted stuff is by physically being disconnected from the internet and of course installing S/W only from trusted sources. Until I purchased those two Adobe products, ALL other S/W vendors provide a process by which I can be assisted by the internet connected machine to activate their products on the unconnected PC. To make life easier, I also have a physically separate LAN that provides for a one way initiated (from the unconnected PC only) connection to exchange files between the two PCs. I've installed the 'apps', to do so I have to sign in via the Creative Cloud 'app'. Next time I try to open anything I'm forced to sign in and get a stupid verification email. I've completely uninstalled, used the Adobe cleaning tool. Re-install and it makes no difference, I'm asked to sign in for every 'app' I try to open!There's nothing helpful on the Adobe site and it's impossible to contact anyone.I'm asking here in the hope someone may have a clue because Adobe don't care, they take your money and provide no support at all.I'm using Windows by the way.

HiTrying to install Photoshop but get message saying need to have Windows 1607 ot later but have checked for updates and Windows is completely up to date. Help! Thanks Martin

Help please, I just bought the Lr + Ps pack and Photoshop is not installed. I have verified that I have an internet connection and I have disabled the firewall thinking that this could be the cause. I need to use the program now please help.iván moreno.
