Como instalo versões anteriores? Meu sistema operacional é o MAC Sierra 10.13.6 - e não consigo instalar as versões atualizadas

I am trying to install Illustrator CC on my Wacom Mobile Studio 16 with Windows 10.When I run Illustrator_setup.exe a new window opens and the little spinny dots just spin forever.I did not have this problem on my windows 10 desktop.The only thing I have noticed is the window that opens shows the Microsoft store icon for a moment.  I do not remember this happening on my desktop. Anyone else have a similar problem?  

I have published magazines online through InDesign, and permit access through a paid portal on my website. One of my customers has said he can't access the magazines when using a VPN. Is this normal or is there a fix? Or should I not trust someone trying to use a VPN when accessing paid content?

I just created an Adobe Account and installed Creative Cloud - which was not on my computer at all prior to this. But it's saying my free trial has expired. How can a trial for a program I've literally never used be expired?

Using Windows10, I have been a subscriber to the Adobe Photography Plan for several years.   Lately I've been getting a pop-up that reads "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem.  However, it is missing or damaged.  Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud fom http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp.   Going there, that, it reverts to adobe.com/creativecloud.html.  There is no indication of how to download a new copy of Creative Cloud....just a list of apps I can buy.  I have clicked "Repair", but the pop-up continues to come back. I'm not having problems with Lightroom or Bridge, but Photoshop occassionally freezes-up.  When it does, the only way to close PS is to go to Task Manager and close the progam.   How do I download a new copy of  Creative Cloud?  

Im trying to install my Adobe CS6 Master Collection on to a new Mac (macOS Catalina version 10.15.7) I keep getting this error message when trying to install “Install” needs to be updated.The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information. I cant find how to contact the developer? Has anyone else had this issue/fixed it? I tried to use my serial number to redeem the produts through my Adobe account and it told me the serial was invalid?? 

Hi - Peter from Brussels calling.I have the following situation. Have a official copy (still have the serial number label) of Design Premium CS5. This was on one of my old (2012) Macs running when I needed it (not much) ... InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.Now this Mac is dead. I found another older Mac on which I could re-install it. I cannot use my BU, since the OS of that Dead Mac is different from the OS of the replacement Mac.But I need desperately to be abble to open the files made with this CS5 version (documents saved in the cloud)I logged-in to my adobe account to download the original Adobe license (a +3Gb file).The download went well .. But in the next fase (installing) ... It gets stuck with a message : "Install can't be opened. You should move it to trash" .. Can Anyone Help me with a sollution?Thanks !

Hello I am trying to install Adobe CreativeCloud Desktop to install after my Applications like PS, LR and Adobe DC Pro. But i can't install. After the Installation CC will start and loading longer as 10 Minutes, then Crash. I have a new Laptop, Clean Windows 10 Home Installation. I have also try all Solutions with Adobe CC Cleaner, Uninstaller, Delete Files in Folders, etc. Nothing was working. What can i do? My Specs: Windows 10 Home 64Bit16GB RAMGraphic: AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHzCan anyone help me out?PS: I Speak German

Hi! I bought Adobe Photoshop CS6 for a couple of years ago. Now I have to reinstall my entire computer and the programme will disappear. How can I download Photoshop CS6 and Bridge again?

Soo, couldn't find a general category non-application related. Is Adobe going to send a verification code everytime I attemp to login here? If so, can that be disabled/opted out of and if not, why? I don't really care, so why should Adobe is the point.

I'm currently paying the $52/ month for CC package, but really only utilize Photoshop and Illustrator. Under subscription plans, I only see the options for choosing to pay for 1 app, or buying the entire CC package in order to get illustrator (Since the photo package option doesn't include illustrator)... The only way to get both of these is to buy the full package then? Do I really have to buy the entire package and pay for 20 unused apps when I only want Photoshop and Illustrator? Why does Adobe not have some type of "al a carte" subscription option?

I am running Big Sur and the latest PS, Br & Lr classic. I am having shutdown problems which can of course be caused by many different things but one of them is hanging on 32 bit apps. I went to the apple menu>about this mac>system report>applications and see that there are a few obscure adobe 32 bit apps that I'd like instruction on how to remove please. New Power Book with M1 Chip and Big Sur lets Adobe Cloud App crash and refuses to install PS 2021.The process wheel spinns and spins untill I force to quit. I wonder about the reason. next I will update Big Sur to 11.2.3.1Is it possible that the Adobe system does not recognize the new computer ? great to hear Your experiences. I have downloaded Creative Cloud to my computer but when I try to download the apps, for example Photoshop or Illustrator, the "download" button doesn't work. Nothing happens when you try to press it, it's like there's a bug in the software. I have offloaded/deleted creative cloud couple of times as well and tried again but doesn't help. 

Hi. After testing PSL Classic and uninstall some days later I still have every time a crash report in console now fixed on my PSE 2021 software. No crash report before. Uninstall PSE and reinstall can't solve the problem.Has somebody an idea how to get rid of this nonsense. Thanks.

Title should say all, trying to download bridge without having to use creative cloud. Don't care if it is an older version, only thing that matters is that I don't have to download creative cloud.

I´m in the middle of a concert movie and have to download Premiere on a mac with High Sierra, the instructions on this site doesnt work (options dont show in browser) and I´m about to become insane.... Deadline was over a month ago ALL I want is a link to download Premiere a version from late 2020 that works on High Sierra! Pliiiiiiiz!!!

Adobe CC is telling me I have 5 app updates available but it won't let me install/update any of them! The 'Update all' option is greyed out. Any ideas?
