Download & Install

I'm trying to install a recently purchased copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021.It reports to have a error code of 501. The Get Help page instructs “Close Apps reported in the error log”. It does not say where to find and access the error log. Additionally it eludes to a relationship to installing creative cloud apps on windows. Up to this point it has not indicated anything related to this creative cloud. This seems odd that this mysterious app would be performed before the Elements 2021 is completed. At this point I do not anticipating needing and wanting to use any cloud access for my purpose. A normal local file backup should be sufficient. The addition of the cloud app will just consumer more unnecessarry hard drive space. Additionally I am this laptops administrator, It have no standard user account. It's a case of the administrator or nothing. How do I get around this oroblem.

Just signed up for InDesign creative cloud. Automatically downloaded installer. Ran installer, got message above, and a link to download installer. That led to a blank page or "alternative download", Followed that, selected W10 64 bit, went to blank page. Rebooted my computer, re-ran installer, same result. No error code given, just text.

If I don't choose run as admin, photoshop just directly crashes and audition gives a warning message about settings cannot be saved in dir. While all folder security is set by adobe.Photoshop chrashes when doing initializing. Indesign as well.. probably other programs from adobe as well haven't tested yet Premiere launches fineOther issues: animate cannot update, aero cannot install.Has been running a year with no problem, now all of sudden these problems.Adobe what is the fix???

Hi all. I own Lightroom 6 stand-alone version, which I haven't used in some time. I've just bought a new computer and wanted to start using Lightroom again. I downloaded it and entered the license key, and it's telling me that I've reached the activation limit. I'd like to de-activate any previous computers and start again, and I believe I need to contact Adobe to do this, but I can find no way to contact them directly. Can anyone advise me, please? It would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!

I transferred my Adobe Flash CS6 installation to my USB drive since I needed to save space on my computer. All of a sudden it won't start. The splash screen comes up but then it just quits. Any way to fix this?

I have only attempted to log-in to adobe sign as I usually do and I get this message.Request Entity Too Large.  The requested resource /account/home does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.What does this mean and why won't it let me into the account?

I'm new to Adobe Portfolio, using the Sawdust theme, and am trying to apply global text styles to pages I've already created, but it does not seem to be applying those styles across the whole site - styles only changes if I highlight each block of text and change it manually.I've tried to update globally a number of ways... -I highlight a block of text and choose "Paragraph" in the dropdown, but the styling does not change to the global Paragraph style I've already set. -I go to Media Content Styles > Paragraph and change the global styling there, changes are not applied site wide.-Under Site Wide > Colors & Font, the only options I see are a single color palette and font dropdown menu with the font I chose as my Paragraph font, but that font has not been applied anywhere except where I've changed it manually. Is this just a glitch in the Portfolio platform?Is there any way to view the HTML or custom CSS outside of the WYSIWYG editor to ensure the styles a

Hi there,I´ve bought LR6 in 2017 and installed it on my Laptop. My Laptop had a CPU / Motherboard failure but I was able to rescue my Harddrive.After installing LR6 on my new Laptop I get the message, that my serial number is in use on another PC and that I should "logout" from Lightrrom on my old PC within the next 30 days to aktivate the software for my new PC.Since my old PC is dead (doesn`t even start the BIOS) I am not able to logout from my old PC.Any advise how to solve my problem and get my LR6 serial number converted to my new PC/Laptop?Thanks in advance

So I had a problem with my drive and it is dead now. I replaced it and now I can't install my apps via the creative cloud on my newly installed drive. The error is: Unable to install on a network drive. Select another install location in your preference and retry installing. (error code: 176) After changing to another drive, it still didn't work. I also tried wiping everything from adobe and then installing but it didn't work. I need help thank you.

I am trying to install adobe cloud apps onto my mac.  After clicking on the installer and the downloader, I only get a blank window for the next step of the install.  How do I fix this?

Bonjour,Depuis la mise à jour des logiciels de la suite CC de la v.19 à la v.20, j'ai un soucis avec les profils ICC. Illustror et In Design ne gardent pas en mémoire le profil sélectionné. À chaque fois que je passe d'Illustror à In Design et vice versa, les paramètres de profil reviennent par défaut soit "Emuler Adobe Illustrator 6.0".J'ai pourtant synchronisé le profil dans Bridge mais la fonction se désactive en permance...Je regrette d'avoir fait la mise à jour...Avez-vous rencontré le même problème et si oui avez-vous trouvé une solution ?Merci par avance

Good evening. I have a problem with Adobe XD. A few days ago I tried to update it, but failed. I then tried to reinstall it hoping to solve the problem. During the process it gets to 45% and disconnects from the Creative cloud. and shows me error code 505. I went here https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#errorC505 and did all the steps, but it didn't solve the problem.I also saw some posts that have been made about the same problem,maybe I will find a solution but I could not solve the problem.I have enabled the secondary connection.I have Windows 10 Pro 20H2 I would appreciate your help, thanks in advance.

I'm glad I found this forum.  It's no longer 2017 and the problem persists.  I'm a newbie to all of this in 2021 and was blaming Windows, ready to toss my PC out the window and switch to Mac.  I didn't really consider Adobe itself is the problem.  Still.

On my computer, the videos on Spark are not loading. Ive tried closing the browser and restarting the computer. Web pages and posts work yet its just videos. I couldnt find any other help so please tell me why the videos are not loading.

Just purchased creative cloud. I already have Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements as well as an older version of Acrobat DC.Should these all be uninstalled before installing the Creative Suite?

Adobe bestätigt mir, dass ich noch eine freie Aktivierung habe.  Leider bekomme ich keinen Kontakt mit dem Aktivierungsserver von Adobe. Das Problem besteht nicht mit der hosts Datei.Adobe unterstützt keinen Support für mein Produkt, und hat mir geraten, in das Forum meine Frage zu stellen. Wie bekomme ich Zugung zum Aktivierungsserver?

I am facing the same issue. I just replaced my C drive and the issue still exists. Any other solution?

This has happend to me several times before, and it has to stop. For no good reason Creative Cloud just stop working. Trying to install the Cloud app results in a hang at about 50 percent. Last time I had to uninstall EVERYTHING, which is a massive annoyance.When using the uninstall for the cloud app, it still wont work, and i get error messages (see attached image). I for one do not expect trouble like this, time after time, from Adobe. It looks like amateur hour having these problems. Please make something that stops this from happening, or at least make a tool to fix it - that works!
