Download & Install

I cannot read Chinese but work in Taiwan. Adobe ID Profile website (for registration and product activiation) keeps showing me Chinese. https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?nl=1&nf=1&view=snMemActDtls&tab=personal-info&loc=twChanging "loc=us" only works for 1 sec before changing back to tw.My USA account (https://licensing2.adobe.com/) does have my language preference set to English.

My creative cloud is corrupted. but i cant uninstall it due to having dependant programs installed on the computer. however if you attempt to uninstall the dependant programs it attempts to do so through the corrupted creative cloud , which does not load correctly. should i just nuke the folders and hope for the best?

Hi all, I had Creative Cloud and several apps (Photoshop, InDesign) running on my M1 macbook pro up until last night / this morning.  Everything worked reasonably well, bar occasional Indesign crashes (possibly rosetta 2 related tho, wasn't concerned) This morning, I tried to open Photoshop.  It told me that I needed to enter a code, sent to my Gmail account.  I subsequently did said action, then ... nothing.  A blank white screen, all I could do was close the screen, and with it Photoshop.  Tried reopening again, and got a vague error message: "ERROR There was an error with this action.  Try again later." The same error message appeared for every program I'd got installed.  So, I thought, maybe I should just uninstall CreativeCloud and reinstall it.  However, this has got me no further along.  I've tried running the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool multiple times.  I've tried multiple methods of installation,

Hello, I'm not able to install adobe InDesign beacuse the installer UI is too large. Is there any fix. System is windows 10. 

I use win10 and trying to uninstall Premiere, when I do it from apps or control panel, it always open creative cloud apps for me, and then when I click on 'uninstall' in creative cloud app, nothing happens, I tried closing the app and redo the whole thing it just won't react, really need help I can't uninstall Premiere now 

So I've read the forums and followed both instructions here (High CPU usage due to CEPHtmlEngine) and still no luck in solving this issue. I have turn off all sync options on Creative Cloud and rebooted and still no solution. It keeps running in the background in multiple process and kills my computers other functions. I end them only to have them spring back open again. Can anyone help find a real working solution to this problem that adobe has been aware of for years but has not given any real solution to solving? It happens when ever any Creative Cloud program is open no matter what it is. Hi all, I had Creative Cloud and several apps (Photoshop) running on my M1 macbook air until yesterday. I wasn't able to use photoshop for my design activities. Contacted the adobe support and been through 2 hours of screenshare for troubleshooting with no success. factory reset my macbook air, try to reinstall adobe applications, no success as well.  I suspect it is related to authentication service failure from adobe side. Please check this issue and advice how I can resolve this? until this issue is resolved, what should be the alternative to continue to use photoshop?  Regardsys

Hey guys. I want to install After Effects, but everytime I try to Creative Cloud tells me there is an "Error 13" and I do not understand why because I never had this "error 13" before.I really want to solve this.Anyone knows why and how can I fix it?

Although I bought Photoshop and Illustrator in March, i cannot use it. I did a uninstall en re install several times, than I could use it and then I have the same problem again:  It keeps saying: your trial period has ended (Mac OS Big sur 11.2.3).

Hello guys, 2 days ago I was cleaning my computer and I deleted all my adobe programs without willing it.I didn't just deleted the apps but the entire folder and then emptied my computer trash can.How can I find all my apps again when they don't even find my crative cloud account? Thanks in advance and bests regards Arthur

If there's more than one update for a particular program available, do I download and install both, in numerical order? Or do I just download and install the most recent, i.e., have the highest version number?

Hi, Anyone know how to solve the error 125 problem? When i try download Photoshop via Adobe Creative Cloud it just says "error" and "retry" I have tried all the problemsolving adobe has on their website for this error. I even tried to completley turn off my firewall but nothing seems to work.  regards// Viktor
