Download & Install

Every other app except photoshop will download on my account, how do I fix this?

I just downloaded Adobe pro for trial, and I got charged HK$8 right away after the download. I wanted to contact CS but couldn't find a phone number or email address to ask. The purchasing email says "our customer service is 24-hour year round" (in Chinese), but when I clicked on the link the website says service hour is up to 5pm and is now close. Can't believe this customer service is so bad from such a big company slike this!!! I'm very frustrated. 1. Why I got charged?2. How can I contact CS after office hour? I don't mind dropping an email 3. Why is that the email says CS available all time but in fact is not?

Hi, i need help. A few minutes ago, i bought the pack for students because i need 4 of the apps. However, the problem is to i have Windows 7 in my computer, so i need the old versions of After Effects, Premiere and Encoder. Somebody knows how to dowload they? Thx so much

Hi,I am trying to use creative cloud on my work laptop (but for personal usage during lunch breaks), however my company has a strict "no cloud storage" policy which gets my laptop cut from the network and to regain access I need to format the laptop.I am able to install and run the software, but the included cloud storage triggers the policy.Is there a way to install (for example) photoshop without needing to have the cloud storage?Thanks,Chris

I have just started a free trial of the creative cloud to find that my windows 8.1 computer will not support any of the programs I intend to use, mainly lightroom and photoshop.  Looking around apparently you can download the previous versions through the creative cloud app, I have tried this and it simply does not work. Clicking on the three dots next to "not compatible" > manage > other versions comes up blank except a 'find more versions'. This link doesnt go to anything useable.  Is it still possible to get older versions or will I just need to cancel the trial and go with a competitor program that is compatible with my system?

I have ended up with a screwy situation where I have multiple Adobe Accounts.  Had no intent and it occurred due to an interaction with Google Accounts.  The big problem is the account Adobe brings up has no apps.  One of the other accounts has Dreamweaver subscription under Creative Cloud. It is almost impossible to get to the Dreamweaver App which is the only usage I make.  So how do I merge all the accounts into one.  I know which one I would prefer but any one would do.  Just need Dreamweaver accesas.  

Running CC on an 2012 iMac with Catalina OS (can't upgrade to Big Sur) Everytime I start up my Mac, I get a message saying Creative Cloud Desktop is damged or missing, and needs to be redownloaded - This happens every time I boot up from a power off state, ir when restarting. iIt's the silly thing that takes about 20 mins to complete...  I could get quite a lot doe in 20 minutes, but can't because of this. I can boot up AI, PS and ID without it and they run fine - How can I sort out the CC Desktop issue?  I've done the cleanup tool and other things, but nothing seems to solve the problem.

Didn't really know where to put this post. After updating my adobe cc I noticed that I reviewed a folder called "Library". Initially unable to open but after a while of prying, I found that there is only one sub-folder named "Logs" which has nothing in it. When I delete the folder and restart my computer, the folder reappears. This seems like more of a big than anything. Any way to permanently get rid of it?

I'm trying to install adobe apps on the second computer through Adobe Creative Cloud. It says I have no plan but I'm being charged for a plan and it also tells me to get "trial" or "buy now" for the apps when I signed in. I signed out and in again and again but it doesn't work. Someone can help please?

For the last few weeks, my Creative Cloud Desktop app hasn't been automatically logging in and staying logged in when I start my system, as it has done for years.It runs fine and the blurry white logo appears in the system tray, which used to then go sharp to indicate that it had logged in, and it would then sync.Now what's happening is that the logo is going sharp, and then immediately going blurry again.If I click on it, a window pops up saying "You've been signed out. Unable to authenticate your Adobe ID. Sign in again with your Adobe ID and password to continue using Adobe apps."If I then sign in, it's fine for the rest of that session, but as soon as I reboot, the whole process repeats, which is very annoying!Occasionally it will log in and stay logged in on next boot up, but most of the time it just logs straight out again as described.I've tried uninstalling Creative Cloud, deleting all its folders, and reinstalling it again, but no difference, it's still doing the same thing.Is

Hi All, I am getting a message evryday saying that CC needs to be reinstalled. I have been on with support twice now, done a clean uninstall and reinstall twice, but still getting the maessage as attached. Any ideas? Thank youJohn 

I just got a new Macbook Air and the CC desktop app won't work.  I've installed and uninstalled it several times, and on every install, it opens up and I can't click on anything.  It also won't quit unless I do a Force Quit.  Searching for info on what might be going wrong has been fruitless.  Any ideas about how I can fix it would be great!

downloaded applications in adobe cc are not displayed in the application library on my mac (big sur). 

Gday, migrating to a new macbook and having troubles with Illustrator, i understand i need rosetta and the updated version of illustrator however when i try to update or reinstall the CC desktop app is not working. can scroll through the menu's but cant click on anything? very strange and frustrating any advice?

Hi AllI am migrating from an increasingly unstable PC to a new one and wish to deactivate my old programs.I currently have the CS4 Collection suite and Photoshop CS6 installed, they may be getting old but they do all I require as I am not a commercial user. When I try to deactivate the programs I get they usual message about not being able to connect. I have turned off the Firewall, I don't use a Proxy and I can connect to the internet just fine. I have tried going into my Adobe account online and none of my Programs are listed as associated with my account so I can't log out of them there.Has anybody got any ideas on how to deactivate them so I can get shot of the old PC. I have managed to get all my programs working on the new PC but I want to be able to install them on my laptop as well, obviously this would exceed the number of allowed activations if I can't deactivate the old PC.

Im using windows 10, trying to use the Uninstall a program feature to delete 2019 and some 2020 adobe products (i`m a creative cloud subscriber). Howeve rwhen I uninstall attempt, nothing happens. I am attempting to uninstall one at a time, just showing how previous versions are taking up a lot of space here on the drive. 

Hi,I'm interested in learning about editing/writing my own scripts for After Effects CC 2018, but the I don't seem to have the Adobe Extendscript Toolkit available to download under my Creative Cloud App. Is there a reason for this, and if so are there any alternatives I could use?Thanks!

Hi everyone,   I've now got a new Windows 10 computer and after installing my GoLive 8.0 software, it is unable to be regsitered. Yes I know it's old but its a great and easy to work with program.   I've built a number of websites on the GoLive 8 platform and three of them are urgently needing updating and I need GoLive 8.0 to recognise the GoLive  8.0 files I built the websites with. I just can't use another program.   I've used the support chat inside my Adobe Account area and the person says the software is no longer supported and I should come to the community forums to get the answers. I can't imagine anyone here is going to help me register my GoLive 8.0 software but maybe he is right and someone here will be able to help me get it regsitered so I can use it.   When I purchased GoLive 8.0 the cost was for a perpetual licence. This is how Adobe sold the product. I was certinly NOT told it would expire one day and I would not be able to conitnue using it. &

Yesterday photoshop was lagging and in the morning none of the adobe apps would launch, so I uninstalled everything (same thing happened like 3-4 years ago, I use an external hard drive so my internal computer drive is not even halfway full) everything seems to be ok know with photoshop, illustrator, and lightroom, the problem is that now I can't install after effects nor media encoder it says not compatible. I have seen posts where they say to click the 3 stacked dot but no older version shows, I have contact adobe from my phone, email, and live chat since the morning no answer. I have an IMac 2011 macOS High Sierra Version: 10.13.6 I need to turn in projects
