Download & Install

I bought photography plan today.But when I access the adobe page, It says you're using a creative cloud free plan, and you need to upgrade to a paid trial version to use all of the features.But I made the payment!Also, only light room had been installed.If I buy photography plan, I can use photoshop as well as the light room, right?So I tried to install photoshop, but It says I need to buy additional photoshop.

Hello, I have two computers. One of them is Imac (Mac os High Sierra 10.13.6 Mid 2010) and the other one is Macbook Air (El capitan 10..11.6) . When i try to download Premiere or After effects Trial Versions, it says they are not compatible. When i try to choose from Creative Cloud, it doesnt let me choose older versions of Premiere or After Effects. Is there any solution for that? Thank you. 

Hi! I purchased an annual subscription to Adobe CC which includes all apps. I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on my computer but I cannot download Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere. It says not compatible. I am using Windows 8.1 single language. Do I necessarily need to upgrade to Windows 10? Isn't there a way to use older versions?

Hi!I took over a computer that was using an other creative cloud account. That account is suspended and I want to login using my own login. I have a creative cloud supscription.  I tried to reinstall creative cloud desktop but it is not letting me login. Only get a message that I'm logged out. Nothing happens when I click on "Logga in".I tried to uninstall the app, but no luck as other apps installed on computer are using creative cloud desktop.I tried to uninstall (klicking on the uninstall icon in finder) other apps and nothing happens. What steps do I need to take to be able to use creative suite with my own subscription on this computer?/Martina

I am trying to install premiere pro after having to uninstall it, however creative cloud thinks I still have it on my PC so it wont show an install button I also cannot use the update link it gives because the program isnt really installed. I have reinstalled creative cloud and signed out and back in however still no way for me to download premier pro. 

So I recently Installed the Creative Cloud desktop to test out Animate, but whenever I go to download it it gets to about 4 or 5% And then says Retry, any solutions?

I have been using Adobe Spark mobile version for 4 years with Photography Plan. From April 1st I am unable to use Premium features. Does anybody know why? I tried to communicate by chat but this is a chatbot and hasn't understand my problem.

Hi, at first I don´t speak english so its not good.I´m in 7th graede and I want to purchase the student pack with all the Adobe programs. (Premiere, Photoshop...) Could someone tell me what I need to do to proove that I am a student?Because I am not sure if my school has all the requirements.Thx!

Hi, This may be a stupid question but I am trying to free up hard drive space and thought that I would remove some of the CC programmes that I am not currently using. Will this have any affect on my account and will I easily be able to reinstall them later?Thanks 

I hate asking for help, but I am stuck because Creative Cloud is stuck!  I get error 81, another installer is running.  On Win 10, I have stopped everything in task manager that mentions Adobe, then restarted.  problem persists.  I downloaded creative_cloud_uninstaller and the exe file gives me the same issue with either the repair or uninstall option.  Control Panel>All Items> programs and Features will not repair or uninstall Creative cloud.  Any help greatly appreciated

I work with the military as a contractor and need access to Adobe CC on disconnected systems. I have reached out to Adobe several times on options. I usually get a response similar to, "Hi! My name is ______ and I'm the Adobe contact for military and DoD and I'd love to schedule a time we can talk!"I respond but I NEVER hear back. It's incredibly frustrating when I'm trying to pitch Adobe as our solution up my chain but I can't even get a response. Any ideas on how to actually speak with someone?

Hello.I'm from Bosnia.My one year adobe subscription is over, and I don't plan to renew the license because resellers are too expensive and I don't have the option to buy for individuals.The yearly adobe subscription is around $599 for individuals, which is acceptable for my budget.Why I have to purchase a business plan for teams for $839 through resellers, I mean I don't need a business plan for teams?And why resellers are so expensive, it's not $839, it's around ~ $1260, way too much.Why things must be so unnecessarily complicated.Is there any way around this?P.S. can I ask my friends from the U.S. or Germany to purchase a yearly subscription?

So, I want to buy Photography Plan this year, and Adobe is telling me to buy from resellers in my country (Serbia). A lot of those resellers are out of business, etc. and I am kinda in a hurry so I would like to buy a product online. Is there a way to do it somehow from my location. I've tried using VPN to change my location, doesn't seem to work, does anyone have an idea how can I quickly buy Photography Plan without resellers?Thanks.

I want to scan 6 photos at a time, I have hundreds of old photos and be able to touch them up 1 at a time & make a family tree photo album. which program will work with my iMac PRO computer with 8 core processor.

I just signed up for the Phtography Plan and then discovered that I need Windows 10 to download and install Photoshop (the primary tool I was needing).  Am I screwed or is there an option to download an older version under the plan until such time as I upgrade to Windows 10?

I'm not sure of the reasoning but I am running Windows 10 on a reasonably old desktop (my new one is on order). I cannot update CC, which means that fonts don't sync, I cannot uninstall anything, etc. I've downloaded the new one but it doesn't appear to be running. I could do with someone to help

My older Mini running Catalina would not let me install Creative Cloud. I purchased a brand new M1 Mini to hopefully use my subscription. The Creative Cloud app install startsand then rapidly finishes after a short time. NO ERROR messages are seen. No executable is left behind. Anyone have some advice (other than returning the M1 which I like just fine otherwise. Will 

Photoshop does not open on my new macbook pro M1. And when I try to open creative cloud, it stops responding. Therefore, I cannot use creative cloud either.Help!

My user interface is inverted/has strange colors. I'm running Mac OS 11.2.3, 2020 iMac with the AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB. I have tried repairing Adobe Creative Cloud and completely uninstalling/reinstalling it. No change. Any idea how to get my user interface back to looking normal?  

I noticed a strange behaviour at my PC, WIN10 19042...When Microsoft Teams app is running, all updates at Creative Cloud fail... I noticed this behaviour a week ago, but thought that wasn't the issue... Seems it is for my case...

Madame, Moniseur Bonjour,  J'ai un abonnement depuis 2 ans et je n'arrive pas à demander à Creative Cloud d'arrêter de m'afficher la fenêtre au démarrage. Alors je suis allé dans les préférences et configurer "lancer au démarrage" sur OFF ainsi que sur les préférences de mon ordinateur. Rien n'y fait il ouvre la fenêtre chaque fois que je j'allume mon ordinateur. ( c'est particulièrement énervant )Les mises à jour également, j'ai activé les mises à jour automatiques dans les préférences mais Creative Cloud me demandent à chaque fois si je veux mettre à jour les applications.  J'ai l'impression que les paramètres ne marchent pas très bien. Est-ce un problème de software de la part d'Adobe ou est-ce un probème venant de mon ordinateur.  Cordialement Bize Martin 

Im installing an old CS5 suite on a new laptop, but get the reply that this is not possible without flash player 10. And as I can se flash player is no longer a valid program. Any thoughts on how to get past this to be able to install the CS5 suite.
