Hello, I have the program but it won't let me install it due to the number of activations exceeding.I have already uninstalled the program on my other devices and it doesn't work.Someone knows about this.

Hi, i have problem with downloading Lightroom 5. My old labtop crashed, and when i try to install it on my new computer, there is a message saying that there is no download for this software. My old PC, with Windows 10, needs to be retired, and I have CS6 on it.   I need to move it to my new PC.   I went into my account and noticed that it shows that I had CS4, which I upgraded from quite some time back.    I don't think I have a disk for CS6 that I know of, so I'm assuming I must have downloaded it at some  point.   I'm afraid to deactivate it if I don't have a record of it on my account.  What can I do?

Hello I recently wanted to download Creative Cloud but then an error came out a screenshot that will be at the bottom.

InstallationCan't use Elements 2021 because can't find licence number.  No one to call, no one to email.  Will, at least temorarily, resort to Apple Photos which is so user-friendly.

Good Night, I'm new in the editing world and i'm about to make some changes in my hardware, but at the moment my budget is low and i'm here to ask if this configuration of a Macbook ( Macbook Air Intel Core i5 8GB 128GB macOS Sierra) is suficient to start to work with Photoshop and Lightroom. As my business grow, i'll upgrade for a more powerfull machine. I can go a little higher to a 13,3" but that it. Is it worth the risk? I recently bought Adobe Premier Pro 2020 from an online shop. He did not provided any serial but a link though which software was downloaded and it is fully original software and activated; Should i consider this as an origianl purchase. 

My SSD gave out last night, taking it with several programs, including a student license to Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Photoshop CS5. I've been in the middle of a long ongoing project and badly need access to Photoshop for consistency in that project, so losing this is a really big deal.  I still have the original installation disk and serial number, and the product is tied to my adobe account, but the original drive it was installed on won't recognize at all, so I cannot deactivate through the application itself. When I reinstall on the new hard drive, it gives me the option to sign into my Adobe account, but for whatever reason when I type in my password it tells me it must be "between 6 and 12 characters in length," which it is. If I intentionally put in a wrong password I get the standard "password incorrect" message so... I don't know what that's about, but I assume it's maybe not connecting as it should due to lacking support?  In any case, my questi

I am working on upgrading my PC to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I have Adobe Master Suite CS6 32 bit Windows 10 Pro. Can I still use it on 64 Bit or upgrade CS6 to 64 bits. At the moment I'm using tethering from my phone for my computers internet connection. I will be upgrading the network card to wireless soon.

Before this i had downloaded adobe creative cloud and photoshop on my M1 macbook pro , then i click to open it, it run super lagging which my Macbook react slowly, so i decided to reinstall it. In second time, My macbook pro fail to install adobe crative cloud, it disappear instantly while downloading. Is there any solution? 

I have Photoshop elements 10 I am trying to install on new PC, when I first received the program I never retrieved the serial number. Now the directions with the CD is obselete as the web address is no longer active.  How ams I able to retrieve the serial number so I can install

Unable to install Abobe Acrobat 8.1. Operating System: Windows XP SP3, not connected to Internet. HTML Browser: K-Meleon. It was previously installed and working; however it was very slow.  So I uninstalled and reinstalled it. After the install is compete I get the following message: "The file /C:/Program Files/Adobe/Acrobat 8.0/Acrobat/adobe_epic/eula/back.html cannot be found. Please check the location and try again." I checked location -- it is not there or anywhere else in Program Folder (I checked all 300 sub-folders). I spent considerable time searching on-line for information related to this failure; I found nothing. Thank you

Hi, I can not instal the programs because I have a mac. What can I do?

Hi all, I created a project in Adobe Sketch last year on my dad's iPad. We got logged out of the account, and when we logged back in, the project (and all other files) were gone... I think we may have been signed into a different account, and he doesn't remember which one it would be. I am now unable to recover the document. Is there a way check the history of what CC accounts have been logged into on a device (iPad in this case)? Or does anyone have any other ideas for recovering my project? Thank you very much!

Hi,I've completed a project using Adobe Spark Pages and have published it.  I need to revise the Created By Section at the bottom and add a photo.  I also need to change the Credits Section.  How do I do this?  Do I have to first unpublish the link?  

Out of nowhere, my Creative Cloud is no longer able to sync. It says "Syncing..." and has said this for hours no matter what I do, but it has stopped syncing as of some time this morning - I believe this was when it detected that several programs have updates. I updated the programs as well and that didn't solve the problem.I have tried deleting all of the database files.I have tried deleting the OOBE folder.I have tried rebooting, also booting into safe mode, to no avail - same problem.Tried disabling my firewall and antivirus.Tried exiting and reopening Creative Cloud.Tried reinstalling creative cloud.Tried pausing and unpausing the sync.Tried just waiting for about 5 hours to see if it'd do anything... Still just shows "Syncing."

Hello all,I am presently using CS5.5 Master Collection under OS X 10.6.8However I am in consideration for upgrading the OS for various reasons, thus I am wanting to test how it runs ( first hard ) under newer OS X versions 10.7 / 10.8 / 10.9 / 10.10 / etc..So I was thinking to use an external hard drive and install the various OS X versions under separate partitions to install and test the performance, stability, compatibility of my software, plug-ins (newer versions), my custom workflows, etc.. of CS5. I could partition my internal hard drive as an alternative but strongly preferred going with the external hard drive route.Would this be possible, Would I have issues in doing so?Since it's the same computer, would I need to go through the process of the whole "deactivate" etc., ? Or would it work correctly if only one instance is booted and running at a time, since its all from the same computer?If required, can constantly using the "Activate / Deactivate" process cause corruption or i

I own a 32 bit Master Suite CS6 program. In a few months I want to upgrade to a 64 bit system. What do I need to do? 

I want to upgrade the main partition of my macOS to Big Sur. I have created a separate partition running 10.14.6 to run legacy applications such as CS 5.1. However, I am unsure about how to move my activation over from the main partition to the separate partition. I do not currently have access to my installation disk (and probably will not until the pandemic is over), so is there a way to accomplish this without it? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm looking for older Adobe Shockwave Player versions 12.3.x and 12.2.x MSIs. There are some broken software installs looking for the original MSI for features to appropriately uninstall the software. An example of a name of the msi is "sw_lic_full_installer.msi."Any guidance is appreciated. 

Hello every body, hope you haven`t face this problem but if you do this may help you. If you have a fresh install in Windows 10 and you experience the Green Bar of Slowness after installing CC App and Sync On it might be cause you have some file in you CCloud incompatible with Windows (i came from MacOs to Windows). After long call with Adobe Support (they were really commited to help me) we got to the point of pausing Sync to pevent the Green bar. I saw while CC App was synchronizing (watching the Windows File Explorer) that in a specific file the sync crash and the Sync icons in the CC flolder desapier and the loops starts and drain de CPU. This told me that at that point CC App was having clinfct with a file.  Solution: Backed Up all the files in CCloud. Wipe CCloud Storage and active Sync. COre Sync is behaving normal now. I Added only the Files i need to CCloud and all works flaeless now. No more Green Bar of Slowness. My Set-Up:Ryzen 316 gb Ram
