Download & Install

 when i try to install illustrator , this message appear:update required, you must update your system ,  and i can't  update windows what can i do??

Windows automatically installed the 20H2 update last night but now 16 Adobe apps say the are not compatible (anymore) so I can't update / use them ? When will this problem be resolved or is there a quick solution for the time being ?

Hi. I just created a new Adobe account to test out illustrator, indesign and photoshop. However, the account states that my trial has ended despite never having opened them in the first place. I had another account prior to the current one, but due to issues with my computer, the apps remained untouched during my trial. I have no idea how to test it out at the moment, but I'd like to at least try the apps out before considering my purchase.  I'd appreciate any advice on how to fix this issue!

See attached photo. I had this installed on another computer and it installed without any problems. Now I'm putting it on my new computer and it won't install. Tried multiple times. I have the Serial # but I never got to the point where I cound enter the numbers. It failed at about 96%.  Running Windows 10 Home, Dell XPS Core I7 10th Gen.

Hello,I am planning on buying Premiere Elements 2021. However, I am not sure that my computer is up to the task. Ii meets the minimum requirements, but I might have to change. Is it easy to download the program and then transfer the license to the new computer? -Espen

helloim trying to install photoshop adobe in my devices and i cant. i finally install in my mac pro some of the categories like lightroom and classic , premerie rush . But i cant install photoshop ps in any version . i follow the steps for the installation fail and make retries in any version but looks like didnt install in any try . Please help me and tell me what i have to do .  thank you 

I am trying to download the Adobe photoshop and premiere elements 2021 from a disk onto my computer and i keep getting the Error code 87: Another installer is already running. I do what the instructions say but I do not see the MSI installer that is causing the problem. Can someone help me please?

Can I download the premiere pro file on a D disk instead of C disk on my computer ? I have not enough C disk space. Thank you

I've seen a few post about this but nothing recent. I recently rebuilt and upgraded my MacBook Air. I'm trying to install Adobe CC and it keeps asking me for my keychain password. It won't seem to accept it although I know it's correct because it's used to login to my computer and my other applications are fine with it. This is very irritating because I need Adobe CC for work. Anyone have answers to this problem? It would be greatly appreciated if there was a solution.

My old computer has been replaced and I would like to install CC, PS, LR Classic, and Acrobat on Drive D of my new computer, other than Drive C. Unfortunately, the installer did not give me a choice of installation drives. Is there a way to uninstall it all and reinstall to drive D:?Thanks in advance.Judith

I just switch my plan . From just after effects to all creative coulde plan including all the apps . But when I try to download one of them (photoshop for example) the site says that I need to pay. How  to fix that please. Urgent !!!

The app store still tells me to buy even though I have paid, how can I solve this problem.

Hi,A few months ago, I created a video on Adobe Spark, download it and it all looked fine. Now, just recently, I made some small changes to the same video and now the new download has some weird thing where, in the split screen, the images appear like they're moving side to side. Very weird! Has anyone experienced this? Any idea is this is a bug?Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

Sin embargo, al tratar de instalarlarlas en otro ordenador unicamente se me ofrecen seis de las 22 aplicaciones de mi cuenta. En aplicaciones y servicios incluidos a mi suscripción,  para la descarga de las que faltan aparece compra o 7 días de prueba, cuando todas deberian estar disponibles para instalar.¿Alguien sabe por qué no permite descargarme las aplicaciones en este segundo ordenador y qué puedo hacer?

Photoshop & Premiere Elements 14 will not start due to multiple installations. Which is odd, since the databank of My Account with Adobe only lists 1 (one) installation. How can I get the software running?

I have this same problem on my Macbook Pro EVERYTIME there is an update.I can update on my older tower just fine.In the past, direct download links have been the only thing that worked successfully.Re: Creative cloud update failed: Error 1002. Those are no longer available.I have cleared my cache (Chrome), I have deleted the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders - no improvements. .I have tried changing my DNS servers to the adobe servers - no improvements. I know that they come from adobe, but I want to know what's the purpose of them and what they do. I have a cc subscription, but I don't have any adobe products running right now. Is it basically drm or something?

I want to do a clean installation of windows.Can I then reinstall LR and PS without any problems?Does this see this new installation as the 1st installation and can I still install it on a possible 2nd PC?

Hi, so ive been trying to fix my adobe creative cloud for a good couple hours and LITERALLY followed the main adives that fix it for everyone such as a uninstall of program, using cc cleaner and deletion of every single file and then reinstall. YET when i do this despite getting a fresh download of adobe IT still lets me log in but then instantly gets stuck on the blue wheel and then logs me out and logs me in and then eventually gives up and ask me to send a report as to why it didnt work. This is beyond frustrating and i cannot find a single solution on any forum please help.

Hello there, I'm here for a small aesthetic issue: my CC icon in my Mac top Menu Bar is always in a wrong color and doesn't follow the system preference when it's set to automatically.I tried to reinstall the CC app but no change.Anyone as the same problem?   [ attachment inserted as inline image by moderator ] 

i just wanted to thank all of you for this thread. i really need visual editting software,  have been using free stuff with limited functionality and all. finally have a bit of spare cash and was feeling very tempted by photoshop. but yeah this all sounds ridiculous. why does adobe need to be able to spy on me and why does photo editting software require constant validation checks? if my tv requred constant reminders that it was bough and paid for i wouldnt watch tv. all in all adobe seem to be total a holes so ill find something else to spend my rare disposable cash on. thanks posters. except the ones cheerleading for adobe. like seriously do they thinknpeople cant recognize when theyre being exploited?

I saw another thread like this recently, but alas nothing was actually answered in it.  the Core sync process is killing my MAC OS system, running at 100% CPU all the time.How can I resolve this issue? (without having the force quit it every 25 mins)  

I am trying to download three of the adobe creative apps but it will not let me because my storage is full. I bought two terabytes of storage from iCloud and thought I would be able to use that room but it is still giving me storage error messages. How can I fix this issue?
