Download & Install

I am attempting to update my apps through Creative Cloud, but every attempt results in "update failure". Not sure how to fix this, any help will be great.

I trying to obtain a serial number for my software based on a coupon Code inside the case of my 4 disc software package. CS4 support by Adobe has ceased so I'm not sure how to proceed.

Hi, I have a code to redeem 12-month membership, which I have to redeem before my current student plan expires. The 12-month plan is stackable, but I do not know if it stacks with student account and can't seem to find a way to contact Adobe support (there is no chat on their contact page). Can anyone help?

I found some software on eBay - Adobe Creative Design for Macd 5.5 and curious to know if it will work with my macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6?  Help me please? 🙂 

Downloaded & Installed Photoshop and Primier Elements 2021 on my PC several weeks ago, tried to open Photoshop for the first time, tels me to log in then asks for Redemption Code and Serial Number. When I follow instructions it tells me to download and install the programs. Which I had completed previously, system can't seem to reconise I had done so previously. Painfull!!Any advise? 

I got a new Macbook Air and want to deactivate/uninstall the cc apps on the old one before before passing it on to someone else.  That system had only Creative Cloud and Lightroom Classic installed on it.I opened LR Classic and signed out.  Next I ran the LR uninstall app.  Everything went as I expected. Next I tried running the Creative Cloud uninstall app.  It would not complete the uninstall process, giving me a message which said "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for the desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it".  I do NOT have any that I know of.  I don't see any in my applications folder.  I also opened the Creative Cloud app and looked to see if it shows any apps installed.  It does not. What is going on with this and how do I get around it ??

Hello,I have a new MacBook Pro and I want to put my CS6 apps onto my new laptop. They were downloaded onto my computer by my college in 2009 (and then updated to CS6 when it became available) My old 2008 MacBook Pro still "works" but I don't have the CS6 physical software disk since the college installed it for us. Over my 3yrs there I paid a total of $2500 for this software, and I can't afford to pay again, or subscribe for the updated versions. I just need to know how to transfer my purchased Adobe CS6 software to my new laptop. Any help would be amazing, I've already tried contacting Adobe but since I never "registered" my software back then, I'm not a customer so I can't speak with anyone at Adobe. Thanks in advance for any advice. Kait

I am trying to transfer my Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional to a new computer. Very old but still all I need. Can't transfer/deactivate on old and can't activate on new. Online activation gets error code 17:17 and says try phone activation but there is no longer phone activation that my copy suggests I use. Help!

I had a laptop crash and had to install everything on a new laptop When re-installing my CS5, the serial number is not accepted.This was a student license from 2011.My Adobe account from that time was not active anymore, so I had to create a new account (??)and of course, that doesn't contain my license How can I reinstall it ?I still have the mail from 2011 with the serial and the original install DVD but the combination doesn't work anymore.Thanks for any help you can give me.

My Photoshop Elements 12 program has worked for years and then suddenly wouldn't openI removed the program and reinstalled it and got the same resultI used the Adobe Technical assistance Chat line and they asked me to download their copy of the Elements 12 file.  While I was downloading that large file, they timed out my chat connection,  That was Case Number ADB-1821867-J6Y3.I extracted that downloaded file and installed it and it also will not open. When I click on the Photoshop Elements 12 icon, I get the spiraling arrow for about 4 or 5 seconds, then nothing.Interestingly enough, I also have Photoshop Elements 8 installed on my computer and it still works fine.  The Adobe instructions say that it is permissible to have multiple versions of Elements installed. What can I do to get this program working again?

I had to reinstall Lightroom 6.0.I like to update again to Lightroom 6.14. I can`t find the file in the download section. Do anyone know how i can get this file?

Im wondering if I dont want to renew my annual subscription of Adobe Creative Suite, will I keep the verisons that I have installed in the past? My computer will no longer support later versions as its iMacLate 2013, macOSMojave version 10.14.2. I still want to keep using photoshop, acrobat and indesign however. I am using the older version. can I keep indefinitely eg 2019 version if I let my renewal lapse?

hi,im using a macbook pro late 2012. in july 2020 there was the option on creative cloud to download older versions wich still run on my old mac. where is now(jan 2021 the option for downloading older version on new creative cloud?

I have a license for Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.Is it possible to activate my license on 3 PC? I only work on one of them at a time.I won't use Acrobat on two PCs at the same time. Thank you.  

My apple computer is no longer compatible with updates from adobe PS and LR yet i am paying $10.99 per month  for something i cant use.   I spoke to adobe and they said i could download an older version and stop getting updates. Has anyone else been able to solve this problem ? I really cant afford a new computer.  

I recently created an adobe account to purchase adobe acrobat pro.  I called customer service because I had a question about my activating my key and  was transfered to a support for adobe acrobat pro.  He sent me an email to verify my email address, which was weird due to the fact that I had already verified it when I made my account.  https://adobeid.services.adobe.com/verify/en_US/9R2Y60M7XSSTDZA7ZNK4GRVAJCThis is the link I received.  I clicked it and typed in my password and got a code from +1(844)200-2305, which i typed in to verify my account.  He gave me another link to purchase the software, which is when i found all this suspicious.  I choose not type in the url he provided and instead purchased the software from elsewhere.  When i checked what sessions my account was logged into, for some reason I had a session logged in in India.  I quickly canceled the session and changed my password.  What is going on with Adobe.

I have been using the lightroom classic / photoshop ( photographers package ) on my aging Mac.  I can not use the cloud because my internet connection is too weak and expensive to be sending photos to the cloud.   That is why I only use Lightroom Classic.  My old Mac is dying, so I am replacing it with the Apple Macbook Pro, which Costco will ship next week.   Thinking ahead, about loading Classic on the Macbook Pro,  I only see Classic listed under "desktop".  Classic is not listed under mobil.  Does that mean the Macbook Pro will not run Lightroom Classic?  Thanks much.

Attemping to download trial version of Adobe Audition. My Reason AntiVirus is stops the download and flags it as "malicious."  Don't see solutions to this issue online.  Thanks.

I've renewed my account but unfortunately it hasn't updated on my computer. When on Lightroom through my computer, it says I have to renew it even though I already didn't and when I try to renew it, it says there's an errror. I've tried deleting and redown loading the app but it doesn't work. How could I fix this? It says Reference Code: SERVER_ERROR_DUP

Hi, I would like to subscribe to CC as a student. Thing is, I study at a UK university but live in Germany and my credit card is associated with my German address. When I go to check out, it only shows me German universities. What can I do to get the student subscription? Please and thank you! 

I have been granted a student license to all of the creative cloud apps for free, but I don't understand how I am able to download it. If I go to the Adobe site it asks me to start a free trial.

nothing seems to happen when i try to install this app. if tried directly and with the creative cloud app. nothing happens - not even an error message. does this app still exist?

Chat with the support agent, used creative cloud cleaner tool + restarting the PC to uninstall the file and is still there. Error message pops up whenever I tried uninstalling" PDapp.exe. application error.the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). click ok to close the application. " I need help urgently! I have my installation disc ready to reinstall but the file doesn't want to be removed no matter what I do! I need to access photoshop for work and now stuck with uninstalling the program. 😞
