I see I can try an Apple M1 beta version of Photoshop but you still need to use Rosetta 2 to load Creative Cloud so I can then download the beta version. I'm trying to avoid using Rosetta 2. When will Creative Cloud be an Apple M1 native application?

Downloaded premier elements.After download, the disk image doesn't start the installation process.Tried several timesPlease help.Thanks 

Last week, I received an Adobe prompt on my iMac desktop (latest os installed - Big Sur 11.1) which compelled me to download and install the Desktop Application. I dutifully did so. All hell broke loose. My computer went down. I tried to restart but it was an exercise in frustration. Another Adobe prompt button came up with Adobe Repair but even then this did not help. I ended up taking my computer in and it was diagnosed as a Hard Drive failure. I had to get a new HD installed. A week later.. I finally got my computer back. But I went through hell. When I called Adobe, I was told - sorry, this was an Apple issue. I think it's too much of a coincidence that my system failed when I tried to install and download their desktop appln. Anyone else have the same problem?

Hello,   I just bought Adobe Acrobat Standard 8 in the factory sealed package.   The install went fine except I cannot activate the software. The error message says connect to Internet but I am on Internet. I deactivated Virus software and no go.   I tried the phone number to activate but that is no longer a way to do it the voice mail message said. The message said to go to Adobe.com/go/activistion. That got a 401 error.   How do I activate Adobe Acrobat Standard 8 please?   Thank you.   Neil  

Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud Software Install on MacOS Bug Sur RTM Date:             December 2020Conclusion:  Avoid MacOS Big Sur at the moment until Adobe corrects their Installer  I have just upgraded my MacBook to MacOS Big Sur release version (upgrade from Catalina) - all seems to be very stable with everyting else except Adobe Creative Cloud. I have tried to install Adobe Creative Cloud and this is my current experience which Adobe Support do not seem to be able to help with or even understand the issue when I contacted them - instead saying I had Firewalls or Antivirus software enabled - which I do not. To be clear I have installed successfully on Mojave and Catalina fine BUT not on MacOS Big Sur. My details are here: I have tried two ways of doing this via a usual admin account install (fail) or using an elevated enbled root account (whcih results in loading to infinity....and beyond!). Bonsoir, J'ai ce problème pour toute la suite d'Adobe, depuis longtemps, un intervenant Adobe m'a donné cette solution : passer en mode admin, mais j'aimerai pouvoir les lancer directement. Il y a un problème de droits d'accès à AppData / Roaming . Du coup Adobe me disent de tout désisnstaller chose faite et résultat idem, microsoft m'a fait tout réinstaller windows 10 en gardant les applis et documents, idem même problème, ils disent de voir avec Adobe puisque c'est de chez eux, et Adobe me disent qu'il faut voir avec microsoft car c'est un soucis "windows". Adobe m'a renvoyé vers une page qui explique les droits d'accès et comment en ajouter, seulement, je ne sais pas quels droits choisir pour ni casser l'install windows ni rendre Adobe coincé. (il y a plein d'utilisateurs dans les droits, mais lequel choisir qui conviendrait à Adobe ?) Voilà, un peu long merci en tout cas si vous avez une idée, bonne soirée !!

I am wondering if anyone else had the experience of earning 5GB of Creative Cloud Storage with each purchase of an Android tablet Adobe item: Kuler, Proto, PhotoShop, Collage ... purchased 2011.  I did, now lost with a CC update,I previously posted this issue seeking avenues of support from Adobe, @AdobeCare were excellent but I had problems with them believing storage could be acquired in this manner, I just have the original receipts but not the storage acquired description.  I did previously have the storage,So if there are any with this same or similar  history  or the offer description, please write back,  Message was edited by: Moses Moses 20171230T1001 - Added image of my former 20GB,

Hello, I'm experiencing this common issue of Creative Cloud breaking every time my iMac wakes up from sleep or restarts. All Adobe software and files crash and I have to re-download and install Creative Cloud each time. I lose an hour or two of productivity each time this happens. I see this is a very common problem. I haven't seen any solutions that seem to apply to me yet, and I'm not a computer tech. Can someone help me chase this down, or is it just an Adobe bug. My laptop does not have this issue. Thank you.

I have not been able to open creative cloud,. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but same issues. And Unfortunately, as a result when I try to start Phtoshop it sends an error report isntead.

Hello Everyone,I have a problem with Adobe CC 2018 suite with Citrix Xenapp. Adobe CC 2018 applications are published applications published in the VDI session. When I want to start using Adobe illustrator CC 2018 or other adobe applications, for example Adobe illustrator application is taking focus over monitors and I can't switch between local applications from the taskbar. The issue occurs with one monitor or multiple monitors. It means that illustrator is opened on one monitor and some other application is on other monitor. At this moment it is not possible to switch between applications or work with other application on the other monitor.  so far we have found a workaround for this issue and that is the alt+tab combination. After using alt+tab than the issue is gone for the duration of the VDI session. I try logging into my apps or desktop client using my .edu address. But it isn't giving me the option to pick Personal or Enterprise ID. It is just sending me straight to Enterprise login which doesn't work. How can I make Adobe show the option to use my Personal Account? 

i downgraded my premier pro to 14.6 but now i want to re-update thru Creative Cloud an error display pops up. says "save your work and close application". i already did and that also the ones in the troubleshoot area. done also using task options but adobe premier doesnt seem to end the process. what should i do? thank you so much for the help!

hello, I cannot install creative suite 3 on my computer, during the installation it asks me where the adobePDF.dll is located, I show it the path (I have previously placed it on the desktop) it continues installation then at the end it shows me that it could only install acrobat 8.0 pro and shared components all the rest is failing.   could you help me please   ps: it has already worked under Windows 10, on this computer but following a reinstallation of the os I cannot install it

Once Apple releases this Big Sur crappola, now my bleepin Adobe Creative Suite apps slow to a crawl, and of course, my Creative Suite App won't load. "Creative Cloud is taking Longer than Usual to Load...." . SHOCKER. I don't know why I do updates to the OS, it ALWAYS messes something up. Not only do we get to deal with the messed up finder windows, it's affecting our work apps. AWESOME!

There was an error when updated Photoshop to 22.1.1. An hour has pssed and it is still 'Canceling' should i be concerned?

I have the sales receipt, the 2 DVD's and the insert card with the redemption code on the back. It will not accept the code. This is an installation on a new iMac.  I have no idea as to what to do. The redemption code has 0 and O  and I and 1 in the code. I have tried using numbers and letters for those symbols as it is not clear on the insert whether they are numbers are letters. I have the original receipt, DVDs and box from Staples. Purchase was made on 07/18/20.
