Download & Install

Adobe is asking me to sign in so I can open Adobe Illustrator. Once I sign in and hit continue to open the app it again asks me to sign in. I can not open the app. Please help!

I am trying to subscribe for the photography plan as I want to start paying for the service and product but it's not accepting my cards, keeps telling me my info is incorrect. I have tried every of my cards that I have, I am from Nigeria. Is there any possible solution to this please?

I lost the hard drive Captivate was on and now need to reinstall it on the new hard drive. Is there a place where I can find step by step what to do? 

I did this on my Macbook Pro (running at Sonoma 14.5) but continually hit error code 1 or at times error code 25! help please!!! Everytime I try and call Adobe they hang up on me or if I try online to connect to someone it shows this...   

I need the download link for a version of Photoshop prior to 2021.My computer is not compatible with the new updates, so even though I can download them from the official website, it does not allow me to use them.So if anyone can give me a download link for a previous version I would greatly appreciate it.Sorry if something is grammatically wrong. Hi, I have CS6, and it was installed on my two laptops. A few days ago, one of my laptops crashed and I had to reinstall Windows, which wiped my apps. I downloaded CS6 and reinstalled it on the computer it had just been wiped from (using my serial number to activate) but now when I open the programs I get the following message: "The serial number (my serial number) is already in use by the maximum of 2 computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 29 days to use this product." But it is *not* on 2 other computers - just my second computer, and the one I'm trying to reinstall it on - so I have nothing to deactivate. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it on my recently-crashed laptop to see if that changed anything. It did not. I'd like to get my software working again please. Thank you.

Hello, Lots of Trouble - Reinstalling PhotoShop 12 owned many years Due to Issues, I had to Uninstall, then Reinstall... did, then wouldnt accept my Product Key... ? What, had to do this B4 & it worked. Now finally I got it in, But can't get it on...? Went to my Adobe account, I signed in & it displayed Registered products, then even gave me a Zip Fie (req'd Windows) for program download, then I even had to subscribe to WinZip to open.Cost me $7.99...Ok I did...figured worth my time to get PS 12 back up. Subscribed, opened Zip File, installed PS 12, then opened program & said I had to Log In,okay - I did, now this is the message I'm getting The Adobe serial number you entered is invalidIt may be blocked due to misuse – or because we no longer support new activations of outdated software and apps.Upgrade your Adobe app or start a free trial to get the latest features and functionality.

I purchased the Adbode CS6 Master Suite for >$500 AUD quite some time ago which gave me access to a number of products. However, when I have recently tried to access and use some of these tools , I found I no longer have access to them. I did some searching and came across this article. In the interest of seeking first to understand, can Adobe please help me understand:1. Where are the products I paid >$500 for?2. How do I access/use the products I paid >$500 for?3. If I'm no longer able to use the products I paid >$500 for, will Adobe issue a refund for essentially forcefully taking them back? This is very confusing and would appreciate some clarity on what has happened here - Mike

My Elements 2024 worked fine last month.Wont open this month showing can not link to ippcve9.dllI'm running Windows 10. Nothing has changed between when Elements worked well and not working at all.I tried uninstall, download, reinstall. Still wont work. Help please....

Hello, I recently got a new card and tried to update my billing information. After adding the new card and seeing the $1.00 test transactions come through from Adobe, I am getting the following message still: "There is an issue with your payment details.."I have tried it multiple times and multiple test charges have come through (nine $1 charges). I really need access to my Adobe account as I have prjects that are being delayed. Specifically I am having issues accessing . Adobe Stock and can't even view the page. The message reads: "Page not found. Sorry, that page doesn't exist . Try your search again"I have tried all of this on multiple browsers and have tried logging in and logging out. Nothing is working!

Hi,I'm a trainer in Adobe sotware and work with clients with different languages. I have a (business) account where i use my software in english.i have a (private) account where i would like to install my software in Dutch If i instaal from another account the software is overwritten, installing another version doesn't seem to work either. How can i accomplish to install 2 version (languages) on my computer?

Hello group,When I perform updates via my PC (Windows 11) or my MacBook Pro (14.2.1), there is no more bandwidth available in the entire network and the computers become extremely slow when working online.I have a 100 MBit line, which should be fast enough.I have always had this problem, even in other networks, e.g. when I work in another household.What is the problem?I can no longer work during the update and cannot hold a video conference.Thanks for ideasStefan

I am working in Windows 10, Ryzen 7700 processor, 64 mg RAM and have a new motherboard. I need my Acrobat X Pro program but it will not read my PDF files (that it created over the past number of years) telling me they are corrupted. They weren't yesterday when I use the program just prior to my rebuild. Now the Adobe program, although licenced and activated, refuses to activate on this computer despite have no activated devices listed in my profile.  What must I do to get the program running (activated on this computer) and what might I expect when I am getting messages that the PDF files are corrupted.

HiWe have workstation that has the same software and the same hardware till now -  Windows 10 and Adobe CS6 (since 2013). Adobe CS6 exist on the workstation without any changes for many years (used daily).But, on May 9 2024 the message/window appeared with re-enter the serial number.But what is important is that, after re-registration we get a message:  "The serial number you entered has been revoked".This happened (for no reason, no new installation, no serial transfer etc.) on a workstation that has been running since 2013.  And the Creative Suite 6 become be a trial. Hi I saw on other post that although you can install the heavy stuff on other locations, the creative cloud app itself can only be installed at the same drive as the OS. My old HDD was bought back when solid state HDs were quite small, I have only Windows intalled on it and it is almost full.  "https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/how-do-i-install-creative-cloud-on-different-drive-than-c/td-p/11250643" There is a discussion involving workarrounds and etc... but my question is: WHY it is like so? What is the purpose of not allowing the user to choose another drive?

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe einen Kunden der alle 3 Jahre aufgrund von Leasing einen neuen Rechner erhält. In der Vergangenheit wurde wohl versäumt die Software CS 6 Design Standard vom alten PC zu deinstallieren um sie auf dem neuen PC zu installieren. Nun stehe ich vor dem Problem, dass die zugehörige Seriennummer aufgurnd von zu vielen Aktivierungen nicht mehr zulässig ist. Die alten PCs sind leider schon längst bem Leasinggeber gelandet bzw. vernichtet. Gibt es die Möglichkeit sämtliche Aktivierungen zu einer Seriennumer zu löschen? Im Adobe Account sehe ich zum Produkt leider keine Rechner. Darüber könnte man sicherlich PC-Aktivierungen löschen. Vielen Danks chon einmal für eure Hilfe.

Bonjour,j'ai télécharge créative cloud sur mon mac mais impossible d'accéder à la gestion des applications alors que sur mon PC fixe le compte marche très bien. J'ai déja installé/désinstallé l'application mais ca ne change rien malheureusement...Vous avez des solutions ?Merci d'avance
