Hello, I have migrated from my old Mac to new Macbook M3, I have installed all adobe apps perfectly fine but acrobat is not able to install and it says installation failed. Tried support with Adobe and Apple but not able to install it

Hi I have gotten a new computer, there is replacing the old one where CS6 Adobe Design Std was installed and activated on before. I then want to install CS6 Adobe Design Std on the new computer, but it will not activate, here is my progress.Downloaded the installer from my Adobe account, where I have the serial number registeredWhen download is finished, do I start the installation, where I select to activate with serial numberTyped in the serial number as seen in Adobe account, but when trying to activate it says the "The filled in serial number is invalid. Try again. If problem persist contact customer support" as seen in the foto(Sorry it's in Danish, translatede the message the best I could)I then on 13. december contacted Support, where I was asked about my process, where they then told me to remember to deactiavte on the old device. I then did that, waited about 30 minttes and tried activate again, still no success.I then wrote back and forth with support, where we then came

I need to find a way for creative cloud to reinstall the ps2020 I just unistalled by mistake, I thought newer photoshops will work with my AMD phenom cpu from 2012. Turns out I unistalled the last photoshop that worked wiht my cpu pc. Is there a way to find the older 2020 photoshop? the installer doesn't show it, the oldest it shows is 22.2 which shows a IPP library error but the previous version of it worked. What is a solution for me?

I have an iMac running OSX 10.13.6.   Despite being 10 yrs old the computer itself is working fine with the exception of Photoshop.  A recent update has rendered the software useless as it crashes all the time. I have version 21 on my desktop and 22 on my laptop which works fine, however, laptop is not really the place I do my main work.  I wanted to revert to an earlier version of Photoshop that doesn't crash but that doesn't seem to be possible.  The only options in the install earlier versions section show the latest incompatible version plus the version I have installed (which crashes).  I see all the earlier versions for lightroom and thought it should be the same for Photoshop/Bridge. I just want to roll back one updated.  Unfortunately I don't have a TimeMachine back up from an earlier version as I had inadvertently switched Time Machine off.Any ideas how to get the earlier versions to show up?    

insufficient disk space when downloading adobe photoshop

Hi all, I'm trying to get Creative Cloup app on W10 but, as the title says, the installer downloads the files up to 100% and then closes itself (and the .exe is deleted too). No error, nothing... I tried to clean everyting, update everything I can but that doesn't help. What can it be ?

Hi, I just purchased the download version of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 online from Adobe.com but I can't download it. I downloaded the file (PremierePro_6_LS7.exe) which I was directed to and tried to run it but a pop-up notification stated "The file archive part of the Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. Pls download all parts." Problem is, I already downloaded the only other file (PremierePro_CS_6_Content_LS7.exe) but I still get the same pop-up notification. Pls kindly advise, thanks!

Hello  I currently have a majority of the CS6 programs licensed and operating fine on my current 2011 iMac running high sierra.I realize this setup /32 bit support is outdated however there is a few tools I find useful within the software and it is not used within professional context. It is helpful to have accessible for small personal projects. My computer recently started to have issues, and I had considered migrating to a different computer that still is compatible with 32bit/CS6. When my software is running/open I believe I have access to view the original serial numbers. As it was all purchased some time ago and I no longer have it physically documented elsewhere I was hoping to find out the best way to verify my existing serial numbers and confirm compatibility prior to migrating devices. Thanks! 

I just bought the full plan for adobe plan and it's says I have to buy it again 

Ich habe mir gerade ein Adobe Foto-Abo gekauft und wollte jetzt die Programme installieren.Allerdings funktioniert die Setup Datei irgendwie nicht, denn wenn ich auf diese doppel Klicke dreht sich das Laderad kurz und danach passiert nichts mehr.Auch im Task-Manager wird die Setup.exe sofort geschlossen, genau so wie die Adobe-Creative-Cloud Applikation, welche gleichzeitig gestartet wird. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen kann. 🙂

Requesting help from tech support is not working. waited for 20ish minutes for a response and they drop the chat in less then 2 minutes. passing around and not any real answers. I understand CS6 is not supported for updates, I am fine with that. I paid for the masters collection and have the serial number. I am however running into an issue where adobe is locking me out of the product I have paid for. 10 years with the product and a few computers through the years(which I do not have access to due to junking them). Only have one activated left apparently. I understand they are not supporting the software, again I am aware. They are however dropped it and forced others to not be able to use the product they paid for. you don't buy shoes and fill in concrete into the holes because you don't want to support it. For something that is not being supported they are still manging the rules used for the product that is not supported. I am fine not having two active at the same time but I should

Hi I am trying to install Acrobat Pro from my creative suite and I get this error (in the attached image). I have restarted the laptop and it did not help. Anyone knows what is the issue? I have not have any problem previously. I purchased the CS5.5 in 2012 and it has always worked on any machine. Not sure what is the issue. Thanks for your help in advance. 

Hello,   I am hoping that someone can help me out. I had a support ticket open ADB-33066919-Y2Y5 regarding my desktop CS6 serial number showing revoked. At this time it now seems impossible to contact a person by phone or even the chat support.  In the email response regarding the ticket it said that my serial number was restored. When I tried the program and entered the serial it still said revoked. The fix did not work. I tried to reply to the email but received a response that the ticket was closed and the email account is not monitored.   I have had this software since 2012 and there never has been a problem until now. Over the years I would install it on a new computer and would recveive the message to deactivate my previous install. I would go to the old pc and deactivate.  No problems. Bonjour,je viens de remplacer mon PC (Windows 10) sur lequel etait installés "Photoshop Eléments 2018 & Première Eléments 2018" par un Mac mini sur lequel je voulais réinstaller Photoshop 2018 qui me convient et me suffit. J'ai ajouté à mon mac un lecteur CD pour utiliser mes CD d'installation que j avais achetés en magasin avec une licence perpetuelle. L'icone du CD apparait mais l installation ne se lance pas. Est-ce qu'une personne aurait une solution ? En sachant que je ne veux pas prendre d'abonnement mensuel car mon usage est dans le cadre du loisir et ponctuel.Je vous remercie à l'avance d'une réponse. 

Hi, I recently purchased a Japanese version of Design and Web Premium CS6, I called Adobe and got a set of serial number for an English version. All the programs except for Photoshop were successfully translated into English. How do I get an English version of the Photoshop program?

I purchased Ed Edition of PhotoShop Design Standard in 2011. Now I have a new computer and want to install it there. I never registered with Adobe so they have no record of my purchase but I have the purchase email with serial number. Is there a way to transfer Photoshop to my new computer and continue using it?

I have Photoshop CS6 installation CD with serial on a sticker, but i cannot activate Photoshop on new PC. I forgot which email I used for activation (probably one which no longer exists). Is there a way how to reset activation count and deactivate PCs linked to it as they are both scrapped. I need to activate PS on my new machine

I am trying to install my ADobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection onto a new laptop (MacBookair) i am getting a message telling me that the install needs to be updated. I am not an IT person at all. can anyone hlp me please? 

I workflow plug-in that I want to use is only compatable with versions up to 2022.  Is there anyway I can access this older version?  TIA

So yes, I'm still using Fireworks. My old computer has cs6 installed. Now I'm trying to install on a new computer. I don't have the discs but have gotten it thru creative cloud. 1) accessed products and there is a separate serial number for cs 5 suite2) that actually comes with download links3) that download does not fully install4) still have the old computer with working copy5) I don't see the serial number anywhere6) installed various downloads of cs5 and cs67) pay for creative cloud monthly for years!!!!! My business has used this all along. I have paid for these products since 2006. I want fireworks. I know it works on windows 11 cause it did on mac/parallels.  I understand adobe does not want to support old products but considering the amount of money I have put out since 2006? Seriously folks.  Now what?
