Download & Install

I have creative cloud and have paid for the full Adobe Package, I have downloaded Indesign but can't download Photoshop, it installs but immediately disapears from installed list.

After literally hours of waiting and unhelpful discussions with Adobe Support, I'm turning here for help (as I also sit on the line for the reps "technical team" for 2.5hrs and counting). My issue is this: I bought CS6 in 2012 for Mac (still have a mac). My license is associated with my account, I followed all the right channels to re-download the software from Adobe, entered the correct serial number, followed random instructions that didn't make sense from the service rep (a 1.5hr discussion that ended with him being very forceful and rude, and saying he'd call me the next day which was untrue), and read a couple of forums. Not sure what to do at this point.

I want to open Creative Cloud so I can install Adobe Bridge but it won't open. I tried relaunching it, restarting my computer and even reinstalled it, but it still wouldn't open. Can someone help me fix the problem?

brought today 11/16/23, got download key, installed but continually asks for the key # when I try to use the product?

So this seems to be an extremely common problem, that lots of people have posted about before.Works fine in other programs so confirmed not the tablet issue or driver issue, but regardless clean installed the drivers, issue persists. Of course did the classic turn off/unplug and replug in repeatedly each step, no result either. I checked the windows Ink settings tried with Ink on and off on the driver side, tried the force to use Wintab option as well (I did delete the workaround file after it didn't work so that isn't the issue now) Checked all the pen pressure settings in both brush settings for a sanity check as well, same result no pen pressure. Currently downloading an older version to try that and will see if that works; so two questions.  Is there anything I haven't tried? Why am I paying so much for what's supposed to be the industry leading program that breaks pen pressure when other much cheaper programs can manage it no problems? I've been

Hi, My mac did an OS update on 15/10/23.... somehow i now have a 2023 version and 2024 version of illustrator and photoshop on my mac... and neither are working properly!  It's taken me a few weeks to realise something weird was going on as i have two AI icons on the menu bar and files are not appearing in 'recent'.  A complete pain and most tools are greyed out and the search facility doesnt work properly either.   Which one should i delete?  And if i delete one version will it mess up any of my ai files? Cheers Jo

Hi Com,The title pretty much sums it up. I bought CC and tried to Start Muse, but the only message is: "0 days of trail remaining - please verify Sub" -> I do this, but it keeps telling me no Sub was found for my Adobe ID.I tried:Reinstall/Downgrade of Muse.Sign in/out of CCRestart PC.. Adobe Support told me that, in fact, I do have an CC subscription I bought today, but couldn't help otherwise. Help is greatly appreciated.

Every time I try to install an adobe application I get to the menu where you select the programs to install and install folder location and when I click "install" an error pops up saying "Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\PDapp\core\..\D6\..\D...\Setup.exe'"(I have had an issue with windows 10 where it doesn't recognise the file extension in the filename, so if I was able to find the file I might be able to fix the issue by renaming it to "setup.exe", but the folder/file in question doesn't exist)

I am running out of space on my C: drive and unable to update to newer versions of Lightroom Classic etc....I am thinking about uninstalling from the C: drive and reinstalling on my 😧 drive. My 😧 is just a partition on my internal hard disc.Questions:1 Is this possible and wise?2 If so how do I go about it?I am not very computer savvy!! ThanksJim

I just paid for my monthly subscription and I haven't been able to install any apps for the past 3 days. When creative cloud tries to sign me in, it goes to browser then says I'm already signed in. This is prompted and happens about 3 times before I finally get the message in the attached image. Someone help out pls. 

I am having this new issue where i am trying to install illustrator and it is not working.  The weird thing is, it says it is installing and but i don't see proof anywhere it did and I can't find the app.  My creative cloud update has stalled at updating at 33% and i am not sure what to do as I keep going in circles.  any help would be much appreciated!!
