Dreamweaver automatically switches to split mode when I create a new php file.

Hey everyone,Recently, a coworker's Dreamweaver has begun adding bizzare amounts of tabbing on every line of code in every html file she works in, and it's driving us all crazy, because every time we open a file after she's saved them, they're incredibly difficult to read and work in, and trying to fix them wastes a lot of time.So, here's an screenshot of one of our webpages:And this is what it looks like whenever she re-saves the file:She doesn't have to even do anything to the page, she just has to save it. This happens whether she doesn't do anything to the code, and saves it as a new html document, and also if she simply adds a single space somewhere in the code, and saves the file as itself. I've worked in Dreamweaver since it was owned by Macromedia, and I've never seen this happen before.One interesting thing about this, is that her Dreamweaver only ever adds all this extra spacing within the <Article> tag. OK, I've seen various answers to this problem but none of them have worked for me.  When I add videos to a website they work fine in the preview.  Then when I upload it, none of the videos work.  The url is www.roberttaylorfamily.com/limited.html.  Please let me know what's wrong. When I open in another window, I get a 404 error however I don't know why the links would be broken since I used the media/html video command.  Let me know.  ThanksRobert

I built a table but can't seem to get all the cells to the same font size?  If i highlite all cells and change properties it doesn't help?

hii am a first time novice of dreamweaver 2017.I'm using a boostrap starter template and i want to make changes to the bootstrap.css which is read only.  is there a reason why it is read only given the html wasn't?  should i simply mark it as writable and begin to 'attempt' to modify it.  or should i just delete the whole thing and start from scratch; which seems appealing now... is there simpler way to begin to create a css with simple changes? or perhaps the better question is what shall i do begin a create a css style sheet from scratch as all the tutorials i have found seem to have 'prepared on earlier' and instead show how to modify.thanks

I'm noticing that some of the fonts I've used in CSS are missing whenever I preview the webpage in any browser (Firefox, Safari or Chrome). In particular, the TypeKit fonts, like "acumin-pro-extra-condensed" are not displaying in the browsers even though the CSS coding seems correct. But even some of the fonts on my local workstation, such as Univers, are not appearing.What could be the problem?

I have a couple of websites that have my artwork displayed in slideshow plugins.These work well, and are easy to use, but the problem is (with my limited understanding) that any text that accompanies these images in the slides is not searchable through google.So if I have a slideshow with an image named "Snow Queen" and someone does a google image search with that name, my image will never show up in a search.Is that correct?Does anybody know if there are any plugins that are slideshow-based, but do allow searching the text?In the old days, before I used CSS, I would manually create a separate page for each image. This was tedious, but they were searchable. In fact, if the user clicked on a link, it would take them straight to that image. What was annoying was that I had to hand link every "Next" and "Previous" button to go to the other pages.Any help appreciated with what might be a better method.Thanks

I have installed Dreamweaver MX 2004 on my new laptop but am having trouble activating the license on it. I can not connect to internet with it (now running Windows 10). Tech support via phone says software not supportable with them by phone. ANy help with this?Rad.

I've researched this problem and tried every combination I can possibly think of to no avail. I'm simply trying to overlay text and a button on top of a responsive image. I got the text on top of the image but for some reason it won't center! I've tried text-center, center-block and more combo's with margin's than I can think of. Hopefully it's something simple. Hello, I have a plain text file with special charset like ' ëèé' I finally got it to work. But now i am trying to use a asp file to write out the text. But i don't know how to convert to UTF-8 in ASP. I have created a series of related tabs and need to link and synchronize the related tabs, e.g. when C++ is clicked, all C++ tabs open, etc. How do I do it?
