Dreamweaver

It's been a while I'm having issues to replace text in a html file and can't find a solution. When I use the "find and replace" function, it often replaces only a part of the wanted text and I have to relaunch to process, sometime several times, to replace all instances of the same text.Has any of you experienced the same issue? I'm using the up-to-date version of Dreamweaver (21.3), on a macOS Monterey but even with previous configurations, the issue occured.

I'm having a lot of problems getting this working.  Currently Dreamweaver says it's can't locate Git and that I can add custom paths in Prefrences.  I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be putting in these fields.  I've tried E:\Program FIles\Git\git-cmd.exe and E:\Program FIles\Git\git-bash.exe, neither of which have worked.  I don't know what else to try here.  Git is installed, Github works fine.  The paths are correct as far as I can tell.

https://www.arklahomawx.info So, how would I make everything "slide down" when someone hovers over the menu?  That way, the menu doesn't cover anything.  It works perfectly in mobile view, but not on PC view.

This is driving me crazy.  I have used Dreamweaver for years and never had this problem.  Using it currently and it doesn't happen on other sites.  I am making changes to pages and then uploading them as well as the css files.  Some of the changes show up but some of them do not.  I have refreshed, cleared the cache, quite Safari, tried another browser.  Still don't show.  Is this a bug in the software?  Driving me nuts!

I'm not entirely sure if the issue here is with my code or if this is a bug in Dreamweaver. The code is working perfectly fine and checking the console in my browser tools isn't flagging anything as incorrect. Hi there, in dreamweaver, last version, in file explorer, the icons for php files are missing, instead <?> is shown. See image How can I fix it?Also, is there any way to customize this, folders colors ie. thanks

I have four media queries, three in which the center tag appears and wrks just fine. However, when checking the fourth one, the element with the center tag disappers completely. The query size is 1276-1920px, not sure if this information helps. Any comment or suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Is there a "dreamweaver for dummies" I can turn to. In the past i was able to create sites using Microsoft front page. Some people reading this may not have been born yet. I'm not in the tech world although i've been using Photosho,  Illustrator and Acrobat for two decades.I'm a photographer and want to build a site to organize my thousands of photos. I cant assume any one would want to buy my photos but i would like to have that option.

Just recently got back into coding after years of strictly designing. "Back in the day," as they say, you'd need jQuery + the right script just to have a simple photo lightbox on your website. For the sake this argument, I'll define "lightbox" as  clicking on an image and getting a larger version of it centered and overlayed on the rest of the viewport, with a semi-transparent black or white layer in-between for contrast; and a standard transition animation (even if it's just a quick fade-in / fade-out). To return to normal, clicking anywhere is fine. Slightly blurring the background would be nice too, but not necessary. Don't need previous/next buttons (to cycle through multiple images while in the lightbox) either; one at a time is fine. And lastly, I don't even really need to add text to the opened image, which should simplify things a lot. ^ All these things are nice to have, but ultimately all I really need is for the image I clicked on to go full-screen (contained)

I just contacted chat tech support. First... I literally was just helped by some bot for like 15 minutes. Then FINALLY I was connected to an actual person. They were completely rude!!! I just paid a lot to start and will pay a lot more but oh no Adobe has to f^&king outsource their tech support to India. But I know from past experience, I am stuck for the whole year!?!?!? Literally, $660 but I had so much trouble even trying to install what I bought. WoW, Adobe... I'm actually a programmer with a master's degree. Maybe I need to lead your software development dept.???

I'm having a problem with the presets menu in the Files palette. There are too many items being unpacked that are not related to Dreamweaver files. Some of them are repeated several times. The most "junk" is from the backup items from the Time Machine backup disk on the Mac. After reinstalling Dreamweaver it cleared up but within half a day it filled up again. Does anyone know what to do with it? Thanks.

I need help creating a table that has colums and rows. Let's say 5 columns. If i had an item or something to the first place of the top row, then the last item on each row will automatically move to the first on the next row. If that makes sense.

I try to make 6 items in a row, and divide in pages   However, when i go to the last page,  the remaining items are aligned centrali try to edit in align-content/align-itself in left but it doesnt change may i know is there any method?

Dreamweaver is not allowing me to edit in split mode or design mode, only the code.  Please can anyone let me know how to fix this, it is very time consuming losing this option

Hello, I have a real begginer question. How do I get image files to display on a Dreamweaver site that I have saved? I know how to upload image files, but once I have uploaded the images and saved the site, if I shut down the computer and then reopen the site, the images do not display -- all that appears is a wireframe.  Thanks for your help!

Is it already possible to impement 360 Sperical Panorama in Dreamweaver including hotspot etcetera?
