I need to automate Adobe CC logouts for our machines and would like to do this using the command line. At our university we have public devices that students can use. Adobe CC applications are installed, but the students need to activate them using the Adobe CC menubar app. Since most users forget to logout of their Adobe account when they leave the machine, this causes all kinds of troubles. So I'd like to create an launch deamon for macOS that automatically logs out the connected Abobe CC users during shutdown or at boot time.

We set up a test machine, just to look at the uninstall options. We installed … I did try the uninstall option as to prepare uninstalling the upgraded adobe products in an ordered manner. And as I expected, I ran immediately in an error.   setup.exe --uninstall=1 --sapCode=PHSP --baseVersion=2015.5 --platform=win64 --deleteUserPreferences=false Exit error 135   My first problem is, that I cannot find the sapCodes for all the CC programs. Second, I made a guess on what the baseVersion should be. Platform also is derived from a win32 reference, found on the Adobe help system.   Question: Where do I find the sapCodes and the baseVersion of my software? What could be the issue with that exit error code 135 (unknown (sic) error)?   When trying again and stripping base version, I got error code 103.   As we say: Avis aux amateurs!

Hi all, I just got a new computer and have been redownloading the creative cloud. I've been using my universities email as my account, so I've been paying the student rate. It is downloaded on my old computer under the same account. When I went into my account on my new computer, it only gave me an option to "try" rather than download...So essentially it is putting me in a 7-day "free" trial and then going to make me re-purchase premiere...Does anyone know why it's not recognizing my purchases under my account on the new computer? Or how to fix this? 

Hello,  I have bought 6 licences for my company. From the admin console I can see that the licenses are correctly associated with the email address and I can see the Adobe Pro Id icon next to the user. Every time I try to access the login works but Adobe keep telling me that I can use trial version for a few days and then I need to buy a license. Could you please tell me how to fix the problem ?

I currently have an Adobe Acrobat subscription. I signed on to buy the entire creative cloud subscription for Black friday to add on to my current subscription. However, when i sign into my account, i do not see my new subscription. I'm already being charged for it.   

Hello! My team adds certificates to PDFs. Recently we have been unable to embed the timestamp into those certificates. We upgraded to Acrobat Pro 2022 recently, but did not have this problem for the first couple of weeks. The URL for the TSA looks correct. We get the error "Transport connection timed out" before the PDF is signed (the certificate does get added but without the embedded timestamp).  Please note that I have already looked at the following thread and this does not appear to be applicable in out case:https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams-discussions/recieving-error-when-signing-a-document/td-p/1954251  Thanks for any help that can be provided!

We migrated from Adobe acrobat 2020 to Acrobat Pro DC for all of our users.  Environment is about 16 citrix session host servers.  Since migrating to Acrobat Pro DC we are having all sorts of issues that we are unable to resolve.  Main issue seems to be, several users are unable to send email as outlook attachment directly from adobe.  They get a white box.  Online cloud options are disabled, send attachment as link is unchecked.  I have done several reg keys etc.  Nothing seems to work.   We are considering going to foxit since it seems to work.  Really dont want to deal with user training, etc. Thanks for the help.

Hi, I purchased my student plan for CC after finished trial for Illustrator.Even though they showed my subscirption is done properly,  CC shows still in the status of  trial.I need to use my Illustrator ASAP but having been struggling with it, as I cannot even reach to customer support chat or contacting them via emal and keep coming back to the same website. so if anyone could help me solve this problem i'd much appreciate it, cheers! p.s. I had kept logged out and in for times and nothing really changed.

I am trying to upgrade to adobe creative cloud for my team in my organization, however before i do this i would like to contact customer support to assist me as the plan that we want seem not to exist. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with one of your salespeople/customer support that can assist us with our inquiry?

I personally can no longer afford to pay for my subscription and just realized that I was paying for two subscriptions (my fault). I went to cancel the first one, which was under my personal email address. Cancelling that account was very easy because it gave me the option to view my payment and subscription options. However, when I log into the second account under my school email, I have no way of viewing my payment options or subscription options. This leads me to believe that I don't have to pay and that it's being covered by my school. But once again, I am being charged twice, with $17/month and $21/month, so it's clear that it is, in fact, two separate subscriptions. I tried to check out my school's covered products, but an Adobe plan was not one of them. I have no other accounts, and customer care has been useless. I hope someone knows the answer!

I need to remove Illustrator from my subscription how do i do that the auto renewal is the 12th Jan so im inside the month how do i remove this so i dont get billed again for a year again please

Hello, Since Saturday December 10 my firm receives the "We're making some improvements" when accessing the Adobe Admin Console.I received an email on December 06 containing a reminder that the console will be under maintenance for 30 minutes only.Currently we haven't received any correspondence from Adobe with an estimation when the console will be responsive, the cases we have created also remain unanswered. So far the Adobe Admin Console has been down for more than 24 hours.Users who have a current Adobe Standard or Pro license receive the following error:"Sorry this web browser is not approved for use at our company." The error has only appeared since the console has been down.Regards,Chris

I created a library that was originally shared with the larger organization of my company. Now I would like to make this library only accessible by invitation - is that possible? I don't see a way to remove the Workspace option (and I have other libraries that do not have Workspace members included, so it seems like it should be possible).

Hi everyone. I just purchased Creative Cloud for Business, but I can't run any apps in Creative Cloud Deskop. I have a "request acces" information next to each application, even though i assigned a license in the admin panel. Even when I ask for access, it accepts it, nothing changes. Could soemone help?

Ya revisé la página y no aparece "cancelar plan". También traté de comunicarme y contactar a adobe por el momento, y me dice que no están disponibles por el momento. 

Since the middle of October (around 17th October) 2022 we seem to be having issues. First it was installation problems, now it seems to be mainly monthly Adobe check in. Users are using Adobe Creative Cloud, and mainly Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. We have Zscaler deployed, but I cannot see anything blocked anywhere. I have played around with various SSL bypass rules, and I believe I might have got the installation issue resolved (although there still seem to be a couple of users affected). The main issue is now the re-activation (every 30 days, so it might have started at the same time as other issue). The error we're getting now is: Sorry, something went wrong.This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you're not connected to the internet. There seems to be some kind of mismatch between Adobe and Zscaler, as this error seems to go away once Zscaler is disabled (which is obviously not what we want). Anybody has come accross ths issue and have a

I have an issue with my resseler, wehen I asked for license renwal He confirmed that the licenseis renewd but when I check my admin console I find that the expiry dateis not changed (17-12-2022) it should be 17-12-2023, and when I asked my resellerhe told me that on the expiry date the new licesne will take effect ,please I need a confirmation from your side about my case, thanks

When adding a new user with license assignment (Acrobat DC Pro) a welcome email is not sent. There are no blocks on emails (I'm an administrator) and there are no logs from Adobe emails. I've even tested with personal emails (@gmail, @outlook, etc) and even these don't receive the email. I've been facing this problem for at least 3 weeks now and phone support has not helped at all. Thank you all for your help.
