Buen día, les comento que la empresa hizo la compra del Plan mediante tarjeta de crédito corporativa que está  a nombre del Vicepresidente de la empresa, las facturas están llegando a nombre del Vicepresidente de la empresa en lugar de llegar a nombre de la Empresa. Hello , I am trying to register to Workfront Proof but the adobe site is asking me to fill a form so a representative to contact me. I am filling this form the last 3 weeks but no one contact me yet and I can't find a solution from the support team because proof has seperate support department and it is impossible to reach them. Did anyone had the same issue, is any way that i can contact them so I can buy the proof license ? Thank you in advance 

hey im running on a samsung laptop which OS is windows 11 and im logged into my student university account on creative cloud and idesign is meant to be free for me but when i try to download it says that indesign ist available on my deivice and im not sure what to do here can i please get some help

I am having issues trying to silently uninstall software... Following this tutorial: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/uninstall-creative-cloud-products.html#create-uninstall-package  I downloaded AdobeUninstaller.exe and trying to run a --list parameter on it, and that works, however, it opens another command prompt and closes really fast. I even tried adding a pause command, but because it launches another command prompt window that has no effect...  AdobeUninstaller.exe --LIST PAUSE  Also is there is a way to uninstall without using this uninstaller but using adobe's deployment installer package? It would make life easier because we store these on the network and I could just execute a command to do so...

I'm affraid I'm not happy with the new 2023 versions of indesign, illustrator and photoshop, and would like to have the option of using the 2022 versions. I don't want to be using applications that step back in time and dont offer a credible swatch pallette that all printers recognise. I know what you are going to say @adobe (pantone are at fault) so I'm suggesting for now adding in the 2022 versions back to the CC suite - or designers might dare i say it look at alternative packages to desktop publish on.Any other designers feel strongly about the PANTONE issue with new 2023 applications?

I have a user who is constantly getting an error popup when starting Acrobat.  Sometimes the user is able to click OK until it goes away, sometimes it wont work.  Its an Application Error popup with code 0xc000007b and the process is for AdobeCollabSync.exe which is weird because this only happens when the user launches Acrobat so I assume another Adobe application was not uninstalled properly?  This is what I attempted so far: Uninstall/reinstall AdobeRepair all Microsoft Visual C++ distro packagesUninstall/reinstall all Microsoft Visual C++ distro packagesUse the Adobe Creative Cloud UninstallerUse the Adobe Clean UninstallerClean the registry with third-party registry cleaner CCleanerWindows updates Any other ideas?

Hello.When I try to open Creative Cloud after the download, the window is blocked, and i can't use the Adobe software.  When I click on "connction", the little window load and show me the same. I tried to unistall all the software many times, Creative Cloud too, but nothing works. Anyone know what I can do ?

J'ai de type de licences adobe, les licences en ligne (cc) et les licences hors ligne. Celles qui me posent problème sont les licences hors lignes. nous avons un lien pour les télécharger mais une fois que c'est fait j'ai un message d'erreur, le pc cherche à se connecter sur interent hors les postes qui sont concernés n'ont pas le droit d'être sur internet.J'ai un fichier de log (fichier joint) qui me dit que le poste cherche à se connecter à internet via un proxy.Je ne suis pas sûr que je sois au bon endroit pour faire ma demande mais je suis preneuse de toute information ou contact adobe eventuel.d'avance merci.Admin_adobe

I have two users that have been designated administrators for adding users to our Acrobat group.  However, when they add a user, the screen never prompts them to complete the addition of the user.  They can add the email address, but the fields to add the individual's first and last names never pops up.   Their accounts as admins look to be set correctly (when compared to mine and I have no issues).  Has anyone see an issue like this with group administrators?

So, I purchased a Creative Cloud licence to have access to all apps, but for some reason, when I download the app I get the message saying I have a 7 day free trial. I check my billing for last month, and the payment went through correctly. 

Why is my Acrobat standard team plan renewing at $14.99/m prepaid annual when it is only $12.99 per month.

can anyone help me find the proper way to cancel a free trial? I keep getting caught in the admin Console loop and the "manage plan" button does not appear as a suggested by the "support" page. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I am currently trying to install Acrobat DC on a Windows10 multiuser version in Azure. I would like to prepare this Windows version as an image later using sysprep. Unfortunately, Acrobat DC is always installed in the user context, so the sysprep fails. A    change user /install   is not helpful here. I previously had a student account I used for a long time but recently needed to use illustrator again. However, after obtaining a trial copy and creating a new personal account all adobe programs have become completely broken. All attempts to login simply return to the same error message, there is no way for me to relogging became it won’t let me log out. the programs also will not allow me to uninstall and reinstall because it just shows the same errors. 

Bonjour à tous et bonne année ! Au bureau notre connexion etait catastrophique (environ 5mo ... nous n'avons pas la fibre) et depuis quelques temps nous avons l'équivalent d'une grosse clé 4g/5g de la marque TCL et la connexion est maintenant d'environ 150/200mo, ce qui est beaucoup mieux. Mais lorsque je fais des mises à jour adobe avec creative cloud desktop cela reste extremement long... (1h30 pour un maj illustrator ou photoshop par ex) - question 1 : est-ce normal que cela soit tres tres long malgré une meilleure connexion ?- question 2 : si oui, est-il possible que creative cloud desktop fasse les mises à jour des applications puis éteint l'ordinateur automatiquement ? Merci !

Olá!Estou com problemas para acessar alguns arquivos que estavam na conta de outro usuário. Hoje esse usuário está como inativo, porém os arquivos foram compartilhados com outros dois usuários ativos (anexo). O problema é que quando acessamos a parte de arquivos compartilhados da cloud eles não aparecem. Vocês conseguem me orientar, por favor?Obrigado.

Einen anderen Partner konnten wir auch nicht finden, niemand möchte oder kann Adobe-Lizenzen anbieten.Daher würden wir gerne den Partner entfernen und die Bestellung der Lizenzen direkt über Adobe abwickeln. Ist das möglich? Falls nicht, bekommen wir offenbar keine Lizenzen mehr und müssen uns nach einer Alternative umsehen.Können wir die Lizenzen direkt ordern?Grüße,SK
