Enterprise account has over 213tb of storage available and I want our heavy users to be able to access this. Adobe articles say once they have set up our pooled storage then the user shpould be able to automatically go over the set 100Gb but that is nto happening and Adobe reps are not able to help.

Hello - similar to others, my install is stuck on waiting and will not continue. I have downloaded and utilised the Adobe LogCollector but now need someone to inspect. Please help Adobe!

In an enterprise setting as an administrator how do you remove old versions of Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc...?  Or do we have to rely on the end-user who has the CC license following through with the removal of the old software?  

Hello, We have one Creative Cloud license and two users that occasionally use the package. Is there a way of automatically interchange the account so that we do not have to manually assign licenses when one or the other need access?Thanks, N

Just a rant.  Move along if this isn't of interest. I hate that when I want to accesst the console that I have to log in 3 times.  I hate that billing and license management are separated by a Chinese firewall of clicks.   Some developer manager on that team is writing code because it's fun.  What they need to do is learn how UIs can be torturous to their enterprise clients. 

Is there a way to disable notification manager for adobe reader from installing on Windows 10 1803/1903. I have disabled auto-updates in the MSI, but this Application seems to install after signing into adobeMany thanks

I'm the account manager for Creative Cloud for Teams, but my account is now showing that I just have a free trial. The other member of my team has full access still but no admin rights. How do I correct?

Danach hat er alles wieder gelöscht. Nun bekomme ich diese "tolle" Meldung täglich und kann nichts tun, da der Link zur Admin Console nicht funktionert ... es kommt ein "Hoppela" Seite nicht gefunden ... und manuell geht es auch nicht, da das Konto zu dieser Organisationseinheit bereits seit mehreren Wochen geschlossen ist.Somit habe ich keinen Zugang mehr um die Anfrage zu bearbeiten. Wäre Adobe bitte so freundlich dies abzustellen!!! Vielen Dank.

Hello. I have not yet found an answer to this issue. I am the admin for Adobe Cloud for Teams and have multiple collaborators who have accesss to various files and folders. There are some files in the Deleted folder that I am unable to delete. I receive a message that "someone has restored them". How to I permanently delete these files? If someone has restored them, why are they still in the Deleted folder? How do I know which collaborator has restored them so I can see if they are on their system. Where did they restore them to? Any advice for this issue is welcome. Thank you!

My university provides access to the adobe suite. I installed PS in my computer through the free trial option instead of installing it from adobe creative cloud. Now it says I have 7 days left of free trial when I already have permanent access to PS, and I can't cancel this free trial so I make sure I don't get charged. What do?

My older version of Photoshop 2014 can't be activated recently. It doesn't sign in despite the Creative Cloud is on, and I'm logged in. It takes me to the screen where I can paste the serial no. but pasting actual serial no. doesn't help...I keep the old version of PS, for actions which doesn't work with the new editions, I also don't want to have the new releases slowed with tons of brushes and patterns, so I keep them at the old one.That's enough that clean Photoshop opens with a 5GB file on a scratch disk by default! That's totally weird.

I had previously cancelled an adobe plan within the 14 day grace period with no problem. 2 months later I signed into my account and without telling me my membership was automatically renewed. There was no notification of this, there was no reference to this. I am now locked into an annual plan without consent. Fix this please

Trying to update creative cloud to v5.9.0.372. It will download but creative cloud never relaunches. Any solutions to this? I cant access anything without updating this first.

Hello!I am using Classroom Management for Adobe Express.  It is not allowing me (or any teachers in my school) to go to Classroom Management from the dropdown menu (my icon), as described in how-to videos.  I am only able to go to management by opening a separate link. https://express.adobe.com/classroom/manage# So far the chat agents have not been able to help...

I have a full subscription at the teacher/student rate, as I'm a teacher.  I also have a user account with the school system I work for.  I have two MBPs the system bought me AT SEPERATE TIMES and different models.  Our technology department installed the CC app with the software I requested (PS, AI, ID, BR, LR and Acrobat.) on both.  They have an enterprise license and pay per user. On the older (3yo) MBP I can login to my personal account and manage/update apps.  But on the new (6mon old) MBP I can login to my personal account BUT not able to "manage apps" but still have access to my personal library, files and storage. I can't make heads or tails of why I can manage apps on one machine and not the other.  Any help or insite is greatly appreciated!
