We use the Admin console to buy and assign licenses for Adobe products. One of our users has the Creative Cloud license. It was my understanding that Adobe Acrobat Pro was included in this license. I also understand that this includes unlimited requests for signatures on a PDF. She tried using the Fill & Sign, Request E-signatures option, but gets an error that reads, "Could not Send. You are not authorized to send documents for signature." I checked her account and an Acrobat DC license is in the list of apps. I don't know why she's not "authorized." Is there an option somewhere in the Admin Console I'm missing to give her this option? Or is there something else I'm missing? Thanks for your time.
I ordered my adobe creative cloud aboud 2 weeks ago and I followed all the steps and payed for everything. But I still can't use any of the apps I payed for.
Hello, I have to hand it to Adobe - I've never come across and application that sells 2 separate versions, with a cost difference of over $100, that they intentionally made it nearly impossible to distinguish between one another. We use SCCM, and from what I can tell, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro & Standard both have the same GUID, version number, and display name. How in the world are we supposed to accurately track our licenses? We use ServiceNow's Software Asset Management module, integrated with SCCM, to manage software licenses. It can't tell a difference, and even I as a human, and a 10 year IT Pro, can't either. Can someone please tell me how I am to accurately manage my Acrobat DC software licenses?Thank you

I am aware of configuration to allow users to update Adobe CC Applications and so that Users can select the option to automatically update Adobe CC Applications.I need to be able to perform an unattended install the Adobe CC Suite so that the Adobe CC Suite gets automatically updated and the users can install the Adobe CC Applications they need and that the Adobe CC Applications they do install will be automatically updated. Thank you,
I need a method of unattended deployment via EMS "Tanium - if it helps" for Adobe CC so that User Installed Adobe CC Applications get Automatically Updated. I am aware of Admin Suite Package Configuration to allow users to update Adobe CC Applications and so that Users can select the option to automatically update Adobe CC Applications. But we know users, that will never happen.I need to be able to perform an Unattended Deployment of the Adobe CC Suite so that the Adobe CC Suite gets automatically updated and the users can install the Adobe CC Applications they need and that the Adobe CC Applications they do install will be automatically updated. All workstations in my environment are Windows 10 21H2 Thank you,

Company one (ABC) was recently bought by Company 2 (DOGS), their domains are still separate. ABC has their own enterprise account but the license has expired for its users DOGS has also as a enterprise account, and has recently added ABC accounts using the email addresses prevously set up in the ABC enterprise account. When a user from ABC tries login into the creative cloud app they are able to select to use the DOGS account, which they do. But they can not see their licensed products. If they log into the web using their DOGS account they can see all their apps. I have tried uninstalling all the apps and creative cloud but this has not helped. Any Ideas?
Confirmation email is not being sent to users when I assign Acrobat license to them. I find it difficult to find support regarding this.
We tried to cancel the subscription for Adobe XD for several months. We call and you only hang up. We also have Adobe Teams subscription.
I am currently looking at my plan via 'account.adobe.com/plans' I can see my plan - Adobe for Teams. I can access all the apps via Creative Cloud desktop. HOWEVER, there is no option to manage my plan. Say I wanted to cancel or change my subscription, how am I supposed to do it? Below is an image of the page - as you can see, where the official Adobe webpage that tells you how to change your plan claims I should have an option to manage my plan, there is just blank space. Anyone have any ideas?
I have tried a complete uninstall and re-install of all Adobe Products and the CC desktop app and I still get the error"You don't have access to manage preferences for Syncing.Permission from your IT administrator may be required." Please help! I need to be able to access my synced libraries!
Hi. We have two enterprise teams with say 40-50 licenses in each account. For ease of mangement i want to just put them all into one account. I cannot find any easy way to do it. Is the only way to try to remember to do it when ones about to do it's annual renewal and then add all of those users with the correct licenses to the second account and remove the licenses from that account so there are zero licenses in it..It's fine but these 50 users don't know their details and are all over the country so it's a real pain to sort out trying to get them to login to the new account. Some are on old email domains that don't exists now It's just a lot of work is there nothing easier?

How do i get a copy of my governement agencies most recent VIP agreement?
I don't know why either of these things are true, but they are. We are using a package that lets users update apps, but these two things are creating a situation that requires technician manual intervention, and we don't want that. We also don't want to have to repackage the desktop app every time there is an update that would require an administrator to install, for obvious reasons. What is the best practice for handling this?
Hi there, i have 2 users who are using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on an Horizon view from vmWare environement. I am the admin on the Adobe Creative Cloud account and im trying to install the Acrobat DC Pro on a VM that we use for our pool of machine in vmWare. But since i have no licence under my name in Adobe, i cant seem to install the Acrobat DC Pro app in Creative cloud. The user have to install it each time i recompose the pool of VMs (in instant clone Horizon View 8). there must be a way for me, the admin of the acocunt, to just install the app, wich i dont need to use. so that each time i recompose my pool the 2 users dont have to re-install it. Any idea? Thanks Mike P.
I'm doing grad school and it offers free access to the adobe programs. I can't seem to find the option that allows me to switch. I updated my email with my school's email, but I don't think that will stop future payments.
I got to know that you could get adobe creative cloud for free using a library card, how could i do that? I meant whats the process to get this?
When trying to purchase more licenses we get the following error message. Current credit card details are vaild. "We couldn't process payment on this account. Please contact Customer Support. Payment must be received within the next 90 days to keep your account active. Until then, you won't be able to add new licenses or assign existing licenses."
We are using isolated frl, because we work offline. i need to trasfer one license to a new workstation. i have deactivated the license using the licensing tool kit. because we are offline the license did not return to the pool. how do i come about returnig it to the pool so i can activate it on a new workstion?
My organization is using Adobe XD at an enterprise level. However my team has used FIGMA for years and has many artboards/designs in FIGMA. We are in the process of transitioning over to XD and were wondering if Adobe has a roadmap of how they will integrate FIGMA. Will they merge the products? Should we continue with moving off of FIGMA now that they will be part of the Adobe product suite? Our biggest question is around moving all our assets off of FIGMA to Adobe XD, which we were planning to do until we heard about the FIGMA acquisition by Adobe.
Hello! My Adobe Creative Cloud won't let me sign out, the button is there, however it is gray and I can't click it. To give more context, the account that is signed in is not this current one, but my other one, which is a problem. I have all my subscription plans with this account, so since I'm signed in with my other account on Creative Cloud, I only have access to the free trial versions, and I can't access the files I've already made with this account. This is something that, if you know what I need to do, I'd appreciate if you could help! I need to access my stuff ASAP as it relates to college work.
Hi AllI want to, at the organisation level, force 2FA for all the users in our organisation. I've checked help files, google and this forum and cant find any obvious way of enabling that. I obviously want to avoid having to get all my users doing it manually via their account as compliance would be somewhat low 🙂 Does anyone know of a way to do that please? Thanks in advance Mark
