In some cases, "other versions" menu is not shown as below:  My colleague, who is troubling in this issue, would like to install previous verison of XD, 45.x.x.x.The menu is shown on her CC in local environment, but it's hidden in VDI. Is there any way to install previous version, 45.x.x.x, of XD. Looking forward to your answer, Thank you. 

Hey, I wonder if it is possible to run creative cloud enterprise on multiple computers at the same time? - More than one mac- and one windowsdevice.

I'm trying to re-install Creative Cloud for an enterprise level user in my organization, and having serious issues getting it installed again. After my first few attempts were unsuccessful, I tried fully uninstalling CC using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. At least Creative Cloud finally disappeared from my Windows 10 Apps & Features screen, so that seemed like a good sign. Now, though, after running the installer I downloaded from Adobe's website, the installer gets stuck on a "Loading Creative Cloud..." screen and thena blue message pops up saying "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load." Finally, that window closes and another message pops up saying "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to solve this problem", then the URL it gives you to install it goes to a page that only lets you download a free trial. Is this a known issue? We've been having issues with all Adobe software for the past week but this one's being a real struggle to get CC installed again.

we have 2 licenses and need to remove one. considering we bought each license at a different time we should have 2 dates to unsubscribe from each license. This isn't the case as there is only one renewal window. who should I contact to solve the matter?

Hi,Back last year our organisation was using Adobe with Azure Sync.  Within the Adobe admin portal I was able to see all the user groups from Azure and I was able to select which user groups I wanted to sync through to Adobe.  Eg 'All Staff' 'Year 10 Students' 'Year 9 Visual Arts Students' etc.As of late last year the sync was upgraded to OIDC, and now I cant seem to find where I can find a list of Azure User Groups to select/deselect.  I just have the previous synced gorups under Users > User Groups.Am I missing something here? 

Hello! I have all of a sudden begun receiving an error message stating that my CC Libraries aren't syncing due to my Cloud Storage being full... which it isn't -- not even close. I've attached a screenshot below, but has anyone else been getting this same error? How do I fix it? Thank you!

I was wondering if it is possible to get the Adobe sites / admin console to sign in when using Azure AD without the user having to enter their email address to sign in.  This is paticually annoying when a member of the team is accessing the Adobe sites from the Microsoft Apps portal (which they are already signed into) to then be presented with another screen to enter their email address before being signed in.  Would be great if there was a way to make this flow a bit smoother.

I am the admin at a small startup, signed up for an account and don't currently have access to https://adminconsole.adobe.com/Am I right to assume that once I buy mulitple license of say Acrobat DC for teams I will automatically get converted into a busines / enterprise account and get access to the admin console? Or do I need to start from somewhere else to begin with if I don't have access to admin now? Microsoft 365 admin center I could access even before I made any purchases, can't quite figure out how things work at Adobe, please advice. 

I have an Creative Cloud All Apps Student License from the Academic college there I study. the license will expire just at dec.22 . when I log in with the adobe ID, This is the message I'm getting.        why??

Hi there! Im a student and last year I had access to many adobe products through an enterprise plan. This year we've changed to a new plan, but im still stuck on the old one with no way to change. The old plan no longer has any programs avaliable to me. Is there any way to change plans?

After getting a new windows laptop i downloaded adobe creative cloud and was using indesign, today when i have logged on alls it says is 'you dont have access to manage apps' 'permission from your IT administaor maybe required' however i have this and have followed the email from my promission, so i dont know what to do please can someone help. 

Hi there. I have created a new package from the web interface console for the latest versions of PS, ID and ILUS.  I plan to deploy these to our 100+ workstations via PDQ Deploy. I have a package for 2018 versions of adobe software thats worked fine for the last year or so. Dear all, I've to change the computer of a user who still use Indesign CC 2019 14.x. both computer (Source and destination) are running Windows 10 last update.  On the new computer, I'll try to find a way to install Indesign CC 2019 14.x from Creative Cloud Apps. But the oldest version that I can find is 16.4. Hello,I recently began having serious lagging issues with my CC programs and discovered that the Adobe folder that should be on my local drive was installing to my company network drive when I upgraded to the 2022 versions of An, Au and Ch. Our company network speeds are laughable and all working files and any associated program files have to be on my local drive. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the programs from the CC Desktop, but it always puts the folder on the network drive. I can't seem to find a way to tell it where to install that folder. How can I do that as this is making Ch, An, and Au not function. Which is pretty much every program I need to use right now. Will just dragging the Adobe folder from the network drive to the location I want solve the issue?Any advice is appreciated.

Is it possible to disable access to Creative Cloud Files when using Creative Cloud software for Teams/Volume Licensing customers? We're considering moving to Creative Cloud subscriptsions instead of traditional licensing and the ability to turn this feature off would be the easiest way to comply with our company's security requirments. Long story short, we have some issues with trying to create a Team library in Adobe Creative Cloud. What I think I found was that we have Enterprise Licenses. You might be able to confirm… Just wanting to figure out what we need to do to get Team libraries set up so we can secure the design system we are using. It looks like it should be a feature that our licenses allow us to do, just not sure if there is a setting or something that needs changed or if a shared folder needs created.  Not sure who managed that Admin of the Adobe License stuff at Cardinal. A couple of the links below start to show the idea of what we think we should be able to do.  But we don’t have access or cant see some of the options that are visible in these demos or documentation. Not sure who the right person is to start with on this kind of thing, sorry.  If you think this might be someone else or if we should go ask the vendor I am open to anything! Just need some help &#
