We have paid licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro, and all of a sudden, no one is able to use them. I'm the administrator, and my own shows as "Subscription Expired" when I'm in Adobe Acrobat. I've logged into the admin panel and made sure that I our subscription to Acrobat is current and that I have a license assigned, yet it's still showing me as expired. This is happening to all our users across the board. How do I fix this?!

I am assuming I have to deactivate a seat and then download on a new machine? How does one go about doing that? If not that, then what do I do? Thanks

Hello,April 2021, during the "renewal window" of the subscription for my company, I wanted to bring the number of licenses down from 5 to 2 because there are less employees than before. The only way to do this, was to call the Customer Care by telephone - an international call. The Adobe employee on the phone by all means did not want to bring this number of licenses down but told me he would arrange for 3 months free subscription. After that I would still be able to bring the number of licenses down he said, so I agreed. After that, I noticed the possibility (which was not available before) to change the number of subscriptions in the Admin Console and I did, but the three months are over now and Adobe restarted to invoice me the complete subscription. Please fulfill your promises, I don't understand why I'm paying already years for 5 licenses while I'm only using 2!BartAdobe Case ADB-18826587-M2S4 CRM:08823000006241   

We are a team of 3 people. We have 1 creative cloud licence which up to 2 computers can use at the same time when logged in as the same user. This is fine for our use of the creative apps but we were getting tired of having to sign each other out every time we wanted to open a PDF with acrobat so we bought an additionnal acrobat licence which is registered to the same account. However, even with this additionnal licence we are still being asked to sign out. Is there any way to be able to switch between the creative cloud and acrobat licences without having to assign one licence to a different user and sign in and out of our Adobe account every time we want to use a creative app?Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello - I will be moving to a new team at my place of work and I currently own 6 CC libraries used by 100+ users. I would like to transfer ownership of these libraries and remove them completely from my Adobe Account. Is it possible to do this without having to send communication to our current 100+ users that the CC Library follow links will be changed?

One of our users forgot password. Sending new password from Admin Console never got through. From Exchange Message Trace I see other mails coming in, but didn't see anything from Adobe. I deleted user, then created it again, but no go. Created a new email alias for user and new Adobe Enterprise ID using this email. Same result. Trying from adobe.account.com asks to verify Adobe ID with a code sent to users email. But again, code never gets to user and again Message Trace shows nothing. At the same time I get mails about new users, new licenses and other Admin Console actions done. Now I'm wondering what to try next.

I saw that for a while Adobe was letting students whose educator had a license of Adobe Creative Cloud, let students access it from home and download from there. I was wondering if this offer still stands?

Background. I administer the Adobe account for a small business. We have 20 licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC assigned to 20 users. Every time we add a new team member we buy and assign another license.  Objective 1. How do I check if a user has activated his/her product license? Objective 2. How do I check if a user is or is not using the product license i.e. whether it makes sense to keep paying for them to have the license or whether to reduce the number of licenses? Any guidance appreciated.

I have 3 Licenses how many users can I have ?

We have 58 Acrobat Standard DC subscriptions via a VIP Select membership. I would like for the 58 users to not have to remember yet another ID and password for their Adobe ID. I want to sync it to Azure AD since they are M365 users. When I find the guide, it refers to Enterprise and Creative Cloud as a prereq. It then talks about creating a directory under Settings, which I don't see that option. Am I missing something or is the membership/account I have not eligible for Azure AD sync integration?

I purchase licenses for our company, but I am not the one who assigns them. I need to find out if one or more licenses have shown up in the admin console. For example, a vendor (not Adobe) might say they delivered some licenses but on my side the numbers might not reflect that. Where can I see which licenses were added when? Thanks!

Hello, My company purchased Team licensing for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Want to be able to push the installation using MDM (Intune) and more importantly leverage Microsoft Enterprise App SSO to ensure only the 50 users have access. 1.) Any guidance on how to setup SSO with Adobe via AzureAD2.) Can the installation be packaged with the licensing embeded.3.)
