I followed the steps provided in this post [1] in an attempt to overlay the /libs/cq/xssprotection/config.xml file.  My changes are not being recognized per this warning in the logs: "The span tag contained an attribute that we could not process. The endnote attribute has been filtered out, but the tag is still in place. With all the things that Adobe and CC offer now, many of which I am not totally familar with, I thought I would ask.  I want to create a portal for one of my clients to be able to place orders for their items.  No money or credit card transactions are necessary, just an easier way to place orders without having to email me each time they need stuff.  Does Adobe or the CC offer something like this?  We do have an Adobe For Teams account if that adds any possibilities. If Adobe doesnt have anything like this, any recommendations on websites that do offer this?  Maybe a free site to start that can be upgraded?

We are migrating our users from VIP for Teams to VIP Enterprise - Not ETLA. We are wanting to make use of the federated ID's. How would a user who has a federated ID, access their Adobe Stock for teams license / Images? Will the user be allowed to use both an Adobe ID and Federated ID?

Hi,I have a company that are using thin clients connecting to a Citrix Xenapp server They require 1 user to have access to some of the adobe products in the Creative Suite and am unable to get a straight answer as to yes or no it will not work. Hey everyone!   The company I work for wants to get a creative cloud license for all of the employees and wanted to see how to go about doing so. I started looking at Creative Cloud for teams, but it appears that it costs $80 per person. Does anyone have a suggestion on how we can pay for a plan that has unlimited accounts or a way to bulk order accounts at a discounted price? Our company would definitely benefit from this since at the moment our boss has multiple accounts for each person (at home and at the office). I appreciate it!

Hi, I have an Adobe Enterprise account. The company I work for did a recent internal Adobe account change. I have the same login as before but all of the files I had saved on the Creative Cloud is gone. Is it possible to recover this? I have no idea what to do.  Thanks for any help.

I have a user who is using the web version of Lightroom. Since he started, he has accidentally been working under an Adobe ID, rather than his enterprise ID. Since he was only working under the Adobe ID, his "trial" ended and we are not able to retrieve (download, transfer) any of his work to the enterprise account because he is locked out of the Adobe ID account.  Is there any way to get his Adobe ID trial extended for one day in order to retrieve his work?

Hello, a client has massive problems with the synchronisation of data via the Creative Cloud. Following situation: Graphic designer has an iMac in the office (MacOS Mojave) and a Dell notebook in the home office (current Windows 10), both use the same Creative Cloud account. The installation and setup of Creative Cloud on the Dell notebook went without a hitch, Creative Cloud content was synced to the notebook. Directories and files that are subsequently created on the Dell notebook are not uploaded to the cloud, or at least not reliably. In Windows Explorer, the files are marked accordingly "uploading", but the Creative Cloud app says that the synchronisation is complete. Files and folders created or uploaded in Creative Cloud Web also do not appear on the notebook. There is no error message. We then deleted the sync history. Afterwards, the data was synced correctly, but only the first time. Afterwards, we had the same problem again. We deactivated the virus prote

Hi, does anyone know how to switch my account from a school account to a personal account? I signed in using Google, and my account defaulted to a school acount using my school email, but in order to use my student license to get the program I need, I have to register under a personal account. I can't figure out how to change, or even to delete the account connected with this email so I can start again. Does anyone know how to help?

Hi, I am trying to renew my yearly license. Adobe tells me to that I need to contact my account manager for that. What do I do if she is out of reach for weeks? There is no one I can talk to. Anybody else had that problem?

So I have 5 licenses for adobe creative cloud. So far I have deployed two (different) packages on two different PCs. Now I would like to repeat this by installing the second package on a another PC. I have tried to install package2 again on a PC, but each time it fails - sometimes it tries and then rewinds and installs nothing, other times just the cloud is installed. When installing I’m I meant to be using the setup file (inside the zip file) or the ‘Windows Installer file’? Also is the problem the on my Adobe admin, it is saying that I have only 2 users? When does the third user get created? Do I create it, or does it automatically jump to three once I have successfully installed it on the third machine. On the third machine is that when it does install it only install Adobe Cloud. If I then login it is not giving me the option of installing the premium programs (which are included in the package that I created) just gives me the option to trail/buy these and Dowland the free st

Hello, I finished University after completing an Adobe Spark page for my final assignment. I was told about Graduation Adobe Com. I have been workwith my UK university to try and gain access back in to my adobe account. I was finally able to gain access to my unvieristy account but found that everything has been deleted, or so I thought. I still have the two hyperlinks for two webapges I made through Adobe Spark. If these two hyperlinks still excist with content than that means that my account must still remain if not been moved. I thought about migrating the content of my university account over to by personal account but once again I found that all the information had been deleted.

I currently use SCCM to distribute all our software to the end users.  This includes the Current Adobe Acrobat XI Std and Pro versions.  We just converted them over to Acrobat Pro DC and Acrobat Standard DC and want to use SCCM to fulfill my installations.  I have downloaded the Creative Cloud Packager but that does not seem to allow me to create a package for Pro and a separate one for Standard.  Am I able to download a standalone MSI file that I can then configure to create our own MST file and then deploy through SCCM out to the users.  We do not allow users to install apps, so being able to utilize SCCM resolves that issue, and allow us to manage how the software is deployed.Any assistance with this would be appreciated.  Using SCCM 2012 R2. There may be instances when you don't want your end-users to have access to particular services, such as Fonts or Behance.   The easiest way to control access is by using Product Profiles. You can enable or disable services by creating different product profiles and adding users to particular product profiles. Some services, however, are core. These cannot be switched off or disabled.   For proper functioning and access to these services, you must also ensure that your firewall or security setup does not block access to our network endpoints.
