All,I am an IT Help desk analyst.  We've recently started deploying the DC product in our environment.  Recently our webfilter/proxy was updated and now it appears that it is interfering with the installation of these products.  Where might I find a log file that would have the URL that the installer downloads from, or does anyone know what the URL is so that we can add it to the exception table of our proxy.  Any help would be appreciated.Thank you,Jesse BarnesIT Support Desk AnalystWeir MineralsMadison, WI

Hi all, does anyone have an answer to my problem?When I open the Adobe CC app on my desktop there's no cloud symbol at the very top right of the window. There's only "Fonts", "Messages" and "Account" but no cloud symbol. See screenshot: That's maybe the reason why the Creative Cloud Files folder doesn't work and I can't create links to videos I put into that folder.Any ideas? I installed Adobe CC just a few weeks ago and the CC app even updated itself. So, everything should be up to date. Thanks in advance,Daniel

My team and I are having trouble with adobe comments. Both in XD and in Creative Cloud... all was working well this morning, but now all previous comments are no longer visible and commenting is disabled. 

HelloIn the last days i've created several Packages to Download. Everytime when i try to download it will take about 10 hours to download a 2.3 GB File. (Creative Cloud App with Adobe Acrobat). I'm on a fiber ligne with symetric 1GB connection. Never had any speed issues but here i lost it, what's wrong at Adobe ?!?! RegardsAndré

Ok so I have all my stuff on my Buisness account but the app will only let me into the Personal one eben if I click on the buisness one. How can I get into my buisness account I need it for my school work ASAP.

Hi team, Our web lives within another team's website. we are recreating our site with AEM 6.5 React SPA and wanted to check about approch for itegration. If it is react only app, we can include script tags along with matching div name and that should work but since it is AEM app seems like there is some problem on ModelManager side where it is taking a root path of current url instead of our app(just a guess). Any ideas or approch to embed our app in other team's site? Thank you for your time and help

We share several libraries with several people on our team. Currently, we individually share each library with each team member, which can be cumbersome. Is there a way to automate the process, so each member simply has access to all libraries? Or maybe an admin panel where you can select a user and which libraries they can have access to? This would be helpful for new hires, so we could give them immediate access to a selection of libraries.

I work for an organisation with multiple Adobe CC accounts and I have taken over an account from a previous employee, changed the email and details but when another employee is trying to share a folder with me through the Creative Cloud Website, it still comes up with the old employee's email and not mine. How do I change this, everything in the Profile/account that I can see has been updated. Thanks Will

So I downloaded and installed Abode Creative Cloud but when I was asked to "let this app make changes to my computer I got a error message saying this "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140 was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". And I really need to download Photoshop, Priemere, And Audition for b=2 of my college classes that I'm taking this semster... and I don't understand as to why it was working fine before and now this happened so if someone could please reply to this post soon with a solution that would be great! Thanks so much in advance!  Veda

Hello, I have a connection problem. My photoshop subscription has been paid by my school (Ecole de Condé). I'm connected with my school's mail but Photoshop asks of me pay. How can I do Photoshop on my PC ?

I'm experiencing a little trouble using adobe creative cloud service. Using this email address (Edited by Moderator- email removed) to use the service or at least I was until something has happened. I have changed the primary email once to (Edited by Moderator- email removed)  once and then I changed it back to original one. I keep receiving the invoices and the money is clearly being taken of the card used to pay for the service. When I try to login to the https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ site using the same credentials I get an error message that I'm not allowed to access this site. Sorry if this is vague.Last year our college students too advantage of the free adobe access during lockdown.  This time around as there is no free access offer we have purchased licences to allow those students needing it to access Adobe at home.We have an administrator assigning licences to the college email address of students that request it.  However she has a student that she can't assign a licence to because it says his college email address has already been used.  I'm guessing it was used last year.Any ideas how we get the student licenced this time around?

The update for XD version 36 s not showing up in creative cloud app, only 35 is visible.  I tried suggested methods of restarting creative cloud app, signing in/out, reinstalling XD, nothing helps. Running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 Thank you

Small design agency using CC Teams, I'm the file owner and my co-workers are collaborating with me on my InDesign files (no one has the files open at the same time though).Every so often I get a 'Conflicted Copy' file duplicate, here's the weird thing – the duplicates name the computer involved in the conflict, but the computers belong to co-workers who haven't opened the files (sometimes never) like our manager, or photographer who doesn't work on these files ever.Anyone know what this could be?Our photographer did add some images to a folder, but this was over a month ago and they haven't been back since, and they never opened the InDesign files. The manager may have opened them once to check something, but not recently. So I don't understand why these 2 users' names are coming up as conflicted copies?

Before my upgrade to big sur on my imac I had green ticks/red cross indicators when synching files to icloud, seems to have been disabled? Must be a preference thing but driving me nuts, any help appreciated.

Is it possible for university students to use education FTE named licenses? 

I bought the Creative Cloud as a Student last week on January 28th, 2021. I was charged in my bank account for the first $19.99 purchase. However, as of today February 4th, 2021, my purchase as not registered the apps say "Buy Now" and "Start Free Trial" even though I purchased them. And inDesign will not even attempt to open for me. The application will not load. What would cause this? 

My plan inexplicably turned into the Enterprise plan(all apps serve none of my purposes), when I subscribed as a student. I have no ability to manage my plans, even when following the directions Adobe itself provides. This entire situation is great source of frustration and I simply want out of this this money pit so I have never have to deal with anything from this company ever again.

I have called the german hotline, have talked in the chat,nobody wants to provide us with a direct download link!Developermode incl sideloading is not an option for company pcs here.So anyone any luck with an offline installer? the 4 mb file does not do me any good!we have good licences which we cannot use due to the sideloding of the installer.  

Does anyone have conditions that must be met by the user to use the government license in Europe?I can't find anywhere. Thank you for help in advance!

We have some Creative Cloud installs that were done before I created a self managed package in SCCM. If I try to uninstall Creative Cloud on one of those machines it wants me to uninstall all the other Adobe apps first. Is there a way to change Creative Cloud on those machines to self managed without uninstalling everything. Thanks!
