When ordering CC user subscriptions (VIP for Teams), we always add a PO reference number to the order. The PO reference is extremely important to large companies when it comes to understand for whom the software licenses has been provisioned on the VIP for Teams customer portal. We know which affiliate has placed the order, and can assign the subscription to the right end-user.Sadly, many software distributors do not pass the PO reference to Adobe. So, Adobe just books the CC subscription order under PO: n/a. Adobe should request their distributors to retransmit the customer PO reference number they got with every order.thanks for your feedbackPS: Of course there are other way to manage users, like with VIP enterprise of ETLA. But we just refer to VIP for Teams with this post.

I use Creative Cloud with a student membership though my university and have been doing so for the last year. All of a sudden, after the update, it seems like the terms of my subscription have changed and I don't have access to the apps I originally did- no Photoshop no Premiere nothing. Even though I still pay the same amount monthly, I don't own them anymore? I can't even get deep enough into my account to see what has changed, because Adobe just tells me to contct my school. Is anyone else having this issue? I can't even cancel my subscription and restart it on my own. I just want to restore my subscription back to what is was just a few months ago.
Hi all, I've been engaged to attempt to virtualize Creative Cloud apps using App-V. I've done some searching around the place but can't find anything regarding a way to get this to successfully work in the latest CC versions of Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro. We have had installation packages created through the Admin Tool package creator and they install fine and seem to be captured by the App-V Packager, however whenever we deploy them to the client machines, they fail to launch and just error out. I've attached a screenshot of the error that we're getting.
I just opened up a Team account and added two staffers' email addresses. But when one of them goes to sign in, she can't find the team. What do I tell her to do?
Instead of making us battle with extracting from the exe either:Put Adobe Reader in the Microsoft StoreHave the Acrobat Customization Wizard create a single MSI rather than an MSI with an MSTRelease an MSI each time instead of an exe. The amount of pain this causes for Admins is ridiculous.
We do have an Adobe account but has not expired. Since we are a non-profit organisation would like to purchase non-profit account. My Questions; 1. Can we renew the existing account and get non-profit account or2. We have to start for a fresh non-profit license.3. How to purchase non-profit license for a team4. How many members are allowed in a team Your earliest response will be highly appreciated
I picked my Acrobat 2020 Pro .pkg file using customization wizard, enter the serial I have and it spits back an error "The Input installer package is invalid". I got the customization wizard download from the manage enterprise tool on Adobe.com
I was recently converted from serialized Adobe Acrobat DC to named-user licensing. On my MAC, I was able to sign-in using my organizational account and "license" Adobe Acrobat DC. After I closed the program and attempted to re-open Acrobat, I get the dreaded Sorry, Something went wrong error box and am unable to use Adobe Acrobat at all. The error box suggests signing out and signing back in again, which would be wonderful if I had that option, but since Acrobat will not open, I cannot get that far. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Acrobat DC to no avail. This is on a 2017 MBP running Catalina with 16GB of RAM and plenty of HD space. Any suggestions? Thanks nate [Moving to the Enterprise forum... Mod]
This video explains the process of 'Managing Users' Step 2: Manage admins The primary admin for your institution on the Admin Console is a System admin. The system admin has the rights to perform all tasks on the Admin Console. However, it's always a good idea to delegate tasks to other admins. This decentralizes the admin tasks and specialized tasks are then performed by the roles that most fit those tasks. Create Product admins to create product profiles and add users to the organization. Create Product profile admins to manage product profiles and add users to the organization. See how to manage admin roles on the Admin Console. Step 3: Add users to the Admin Console If you plan to configure your shared devices to be accessible by Organization users only, you need to add these users to the Admin Console. You can manually add users, bulk upload users using a CSV file, or set up the User Sync Tool (for large organizations). For mo
Hi, I have a couple of questions about the Adobe VIP licences. Wonder if someone here can help me :1- Can you block Cloud access with ENTERPRISE licenses ? I found this in Creative Cloud for TEAMS documentation but when I follow the link there's absolutly no infomration on how to Enterprise licenses are different than Team licenses in regards to blocking cloud access. My organization wants to block access to certain services, such as storage and community features, available through Creative Cloud. Is this possible? If you would like the ability to turn certain services on/off, then a Creative Cloud for enterprise membership may be a better option. Visit the Creative Cloud for enterprise page to learn more. I was also told about O-GB products but can't seem to find them anywhere. Do these still exist ? How can I purchase them ? I've asked our reseller and they don't know what I am refering to so a SKU # would really help. 2- Can licen

Hi All I'm using Adobe DET software that is licensed via the Department of Education - see here:https://fuse.education.vic.gov.au/pages/adobe Yesterday, all of my apps, eg Acrobat DC, Photoshop, etc suddenly started to say that my license had expired and I needed to subscribe. I've now logged in using my personal account, only to be asked if I want a 7 day trial. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem, like force creative cloud to logout from all usernames? I am a high school teacher and have been using this software for over 1 year now. Thanks in advance!
I do not find my code. I am a teacher at the HTW University in Berlin since 2017. I am supposed to use Adobe for free, but there is an attempt to charge me again and again this time. It is annoying. What to do?

Hello,I purchased a 12-month Adobe CC subscription through CollegeBuys.org on may 18th. Please see below image of receipt: I then received the below email saying everything was groovy:I was able to use all the apps perfectly fine up until about a 2 weeks ago. On my profile, under My Plans, I still see the plan is there: I tried reaching out to Adobe Support, but I am greeted with the below prompt:So I did just that. After 2 weeks, but IT administrator from campus reached out and told me to reach out to Adobe Support, as they "don't have control over manually purchased licenses." Thus leading me into a dead end. Hoping someone here is able to assist, as I am signing up for classes in the Fall that require these apps. Thank you,Chris
What tools exist to manage the exploitation and use of licenses: last registered date, usage times, etc.?
When I try to open any of my Adobe apps the "credits/title screen" opens up and it starts to load, but then the app just shuts down. This just started last week and I updated to Catalina probably about 3 months ago. I have tried the cleaner with no luck. I tried to uninstall apps but it says"Specified product is not installed on this machine. Please quit the installer and start over." CreativeCloud won't uninstall because it says that I still have apps installed. The apps uninstall icon are also grayed out in my application menu too. This is an Enterprise license, so I am not sure if that has something to do with it. I have tried to install, lets say Illustrator through CreativeCloud, but I can't even find it when searching for it via the CreativeCloud app. Any help would be amazing because I am totally stuck and need to get back into my apps.
When you buy a teams subscription, is there multiple licenses included in the cost or do you have to purchase licenses on top of the $1300?
Hi, I have updated my email ID by visiting "account.adobe.com/profile". Now I am able to login using by new email ID. I have also verified my email address by clicking the link I have received via email. I am a part of the Admin team within my enterprise and when I login to check my account on "adminconsole.adobe.com", I still see my old email ID under my profile. Does it take some time before the change getting reflected? Context: I am asking this as we are in process of asking few set of our users to update the email address and provided the steps to perform. Now for us to validate if they have updated their email addresses correctly, we should be able to see the changed email addresses in "adminconsole.adobe.com" Regards,Vamshi
We have a small team subscription. We have set up two Windows users on one computer (because each user wants a different keyboard layout, non-CC files, etc.) and they each have a C:/username/Creative Cloud Files/ folder synced to the cloud. That's all fine, but it's inefficient from a syncing point of view and from a drive space and (because it's on C:) overall performance point of view. So we'd rather have D:/Creative Cloud Files/ [note the lack of username in that path!] synced to the cloud by both users, and do away completely with the two C:/username/Creative Cloud Files/ folders. Could you walk me through the steps I should follow so I get it right on the first try and -- most important! -- don't accidentally lose all our files. Thanks!
We have all MacOS 10.14.6 computers and IT Staff rolled out Adobe DC to them all.IT just used the default process of adding a user in the admin and then having the user follow the setup steps from Adobe generated email on their computer instead of creating an installer through the Adobe Admin Console with specific end user settings. Is there a way to allow the end user to manage their own install by changing settings on their current install?I'm interested in enabling these settings:Enable self-service installAllow non-admin to update and install appsThanks for any assistance.
We have some users working from home with temp laptops that have the adobe vip team plan Adobe Pro DC (Acrobat) license assigned and app installed. When they move back to their office desktop, will they have to unassign their license and uninstall the cc/acrobat apps on their laptops before reassigning their license and installing the cc/acrobat apps on their desktop or does the adobe vip team plan license allow the user to install a second copy of the cc/acrobat apps on their desktop without unassigning the license and uninstalling the first copy on their laptop?
This video explains the process of setting up the Identity. As a system admin on the Admin Console, one of your first tasks is to define and set up an identity system against which your end-users will be authenticated. As your organization purchases licenses for Adobe products and services, you will need to provision those licenses to your end-users. And for this, you will need a way to authenticate these users. Adobe provides you with the following identity types that you can use to authenticate your end-users: Adobe ID Enterprise ID Federated ID Click here to see: STEP 1 - Set up Identity (Azure & Google Connector) STEP 1- Set up Identity (Directory & Directory Trusting) STEP 2 & 3- Manage Admins & Users
