I've been sharing folders with my designers, who all work remotely (in InDesign, InCopy and Photoshop), and every so often, all of the files in our shared folder—every jpeg, psd, indd, icma, etc —show up in a team member's trash or on their local system—even files they've never worked on. (They suck up all the memory of their laptops too, crashing their computers.) If ever they empty trash, the files get deleted from our shared cloud and we lose everything. Anyone know how to solve? This has happened maybe once a year, and to different team members each time. [Moved from Community Help (which is about the forums) to a better forum... Mod]
Long story short. I have had CC through work, since 2015. Initially only two of us had a license. Gradually the whole dept. moved to CC. Yesterday I wiped my hard drive (Mac) and installed Mojave. Creative Cloud seems to think my work email is a personal account and gives me no option to switch to Enterprise, so all the apps I need to install, to keep working, say Try or Buy. None of the help articles help me. And our IT people have no suggestions.
Hi AllI am trying to setup a new user on an iMac 27 (3.2 GHz Intel Core i5) that already had various cloud apps installed for an old user (no longer with the company.I have set up the new user as part of our team membership, they received the ‘access is granted’ message from Adobe, visited the site and created their password, etc. They can log in to the site fine with their Adobe ID and see their plan, available apps, etc. However, yesterday I tried several times to launch the CC desktop app and install / update apps. Every time I entered the new Adobe ID and password (which works on the CC web site) I received a ‘Unable to authenticate your Adobe ID’ error message and I was signed out.Having read through various support FAQ’s (and spoke to support) it seemed possible that the Desktop App could be corrupt, so I downloaded the uninstaller and uninstalled it. I then downloaded the installer and reinstalled it.The installer required my Adobe ID and Password, which I enter. It then goes to
Good Day I am in an environment that uses SCCM to deploy software. I need to automate the installation of InDesign CS6, but I am not getting pass the trial version screen. I need to install the software as trial version, once the user logs onto the machine they will register. Also I need to skip all user interaction. I am using the Deployment install.xml file and it partially works.see below. can someone please assist or please give all the set-up.exe switches for automation.<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?><Deployment><Properties><!-- Set this to reflect desired install location. --><Property name="INSTALLDIR">C:\Program Files\Adobe</Property><Property name="EULA">-1</Property><!-- Set this to reflect desired install language. --><!-- Available languages: --><!-- en_GB --><!-- en_US --><!-- ja_JP --><Property name="installLanguage">en_US</Property><!-- To serialize the app
Hi there,I have an active support case with Adobe regarding this and no one has responded to any emails from me or my colleagues in my IT department who are trying to help find a resolution to this issue. Can someone PLEASE help with this issue?I upgraded my Mac to Catalina. I had been using Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app which told me there was an error and I needed to reinstall. When I tried that I got a P1 error. I tried to follow the steps on this page that guides how to resolve an install error. but did not have any success with the uninstall app. It doesn't run. I deleted all adobe apps from my machine and all adobe folders but am still getting the P1 error. This is when I contacted Adobe Support who asked me to repeat the process and try a different installer. That didn't work. I tried doing this with the root user on my machine and that worked. As requested by Adobe Support I confirmed I have full admin rights on my Mac. My IT team have completely reimaged the machine i
Hi Community,I am a VIP Creative Cloud for Teams Named User. Can I use my named user subscription within multiple businesses like a Microsoft Developer Network subscription (MSDN Subscription)? E.g I primarily work for "company A" but need to edit pdfs etc when I work part-time in "company B".Thanks for your assistance.Sharron
Hi, I'm trying to reach support but I'm constantly on hold, so maybe someone here can help. I've been told that once I migrate our license to shared device license, it will allow use of 2019 and later versions of Adobe CC, without any other changes to our licensing. I've read that device licensed computers will need to be updated in some way to be compliant within 30 days of the migration. Here are my questions: 1. Is the first part true. Will this for sure allow me to install 2019 versions?2. Does everyone need their own login, or can there be a shared login?3. For the existing deployments, is there a simple licensing package that will update them, or does the entire Adobe CC installation have to be removed then reinstalled? Has anyone actually done this and know that it works without a lot of issues?4. If I decide to stick with 2018 device licensing, how long can I continue to use this, will it expire and force us to switch? I don't see any messages alerti

I have CC2018 with an enterprise license that will expire end of May 2020. We are unable to upgrade to CC2019 due to some software incompatiblities. I need to reinstall Premiere Pro 2018; which I have done. I need to install the latest patches-updates to Premiere 2018 but can't locate them anywhere. In the past I updated the software with Creative Cloud without issue; but now it forces me to upgrade to 2019; which will not work for me. We will have the incompatiblity issue resolved by end of May but until then if I rebuild machines I am stuck on old versions of Premiere/After Effect, etc. and the projects can't be wokred on machine to machine due to differing versions within 2018. Help!
Is there a way to enable syncing if it was disabled when packaged
Hey little confused, just curious where I can find clarity. Previously through my employer I had an Adobe Acrobat DC licence that was a personal licence, and I found that it gave me access to adobe sign, which was helpful. Our company upgraded that same licence to an enterprise liecnce this year, and so now I log in with my work AD account and not my personal email/password I created. So you know, enterprise. I can still get to Adobe sign, but it tells me I'm not authorized to use the sign feature of it. My 'about plan' page is a little confusing. The 'Find out more about adobe services' section on that page that includes adobe sign is indented under the 'included in your plan' header at the top, but unsure if it is included in my plan. But it was when I had Acrobat DC pro previous to enterprise. The cluster of IT admins and silo'd teams at corporate have no clue if there's an administrator that can give me access. So just curious, is adobe sign included
The SSL Certificate we used to create a user management API key for the User Sync Tool is expiring. Not sure if that matters, and if it does, can't find any documentation about updating/upgrading. Any help or suggestions appreciated.
My team noticed that DTM was very slow/not loading a couple of hours ago, only in Staging. I didn't see anything going on in the Adobe System Status page. When that happens, how can I tell what's going on? I'm thinking that bandwidth is being throttled during times of heavy traffic, only to Staging. Our Production sites were working fine the whole time.
Hi, I cannot talk with adobe services for some reason due to my "my administrator." AND I cannot download any apps because of the below reason. "You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to use this app or service."
We have a need to use Creative Cloud on a classified information system that cannot touch the internet. Is it possible to download a license or activation key on a recurring basis to refresh the activation of an offline installation of Creative Cloud?

I am trying to move Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 from a Windows 7 computer to a Windows 10 computer (and once successful will format the Win7 computer). I downloaded the software from the link under my order history after signing in to adobe.com and installed it using the license code. It installes fine so when I start it it needs to activate. It does not list Adobe Acrobat 2017 as one of the products so it won't let me activate it.
My AUSST server started to fail download/installs about a week ago, it was working great up until then. I've conducted a "fresh" install on my server and as always there are errors, but I ignored them as usual. When I attempt to run remoteupdate from any of my clients, I'm told that some applications are not in need of updates, but the ones that are, failed to download from my AUSST server. I've enclosed both the DLM and the RemoteUpateManager file for review.

My users keep encountering a wide range issues with Adobe, primarily Acrobat- One of my users has had an ongoing issue with Adobe Acrobat DC not recognizing his license after he signs in, JUST in his virtual desktop (VDI). His license on his physical desktop appears to be OK, but we’ve had to give him a couple of different VDIs now, and they will say that his trial has expired. The user is licensed, so we are quite lost. We’ve tried reinstalling the program several different times, updating it, and signing him out and back in, but we’re not getting very far.https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/ https://123-movies.red/In addition to that issue, I am trying to create a package to deploy users and after a simple install, we are getting the attached error- We have been in contact with Adobe support chat, but that has proven useless. There has also been a case submitted with Adobe but we can never seem to find a valuable solution to the problems we're enc
How do I change my iCloud email address to my Gmail address on my contact page of myportfolio.com?
Hi everyone, I recently bought a DELL XPS 15 mainly to work on projects and 3D modeling. One of the major programs I'll be using are Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, but it seems like I'm having some issues with the suite.Fans are always very high (especially when I'm plugged) and graphic acceleration doesn't seem to be working properly: InDesign is very slow even moving simple text in the frame, compared to my old iMac (2010) that is still rocking quite well. What could it be? Computer SpecsNVidia GTX 1650 4GBIntel i7-9750H16GB RAM Few other details:This is my InDesign version: 15.0.1 x64 I've also discovered that InDesign can't run GPU Acceleration (on Mac it's enabled by deafault) which means that I won't be able to use my dedicated graphic card while running the program. Fair enough for me, as I think the integrated Intel HD 630 might work fine as well. The problem remains: InDesign is still very luggy and definitely worse than on my 10-years old iMac or anot
Greetings. Vitals: I'm running macOS Catalina v10.15.2; using federated licenses at a university I'm getting consistent error 4 when trying to install a previously good and working Self-Service Creative Cloud Desktop App package from the Admin Console using munki. Using admin privs to repair the installation does not solve the issue. I did get one install to finish, and got to authenticate, but upon trying to install Acrobat Pro, I was presented with an error 304, telling me to download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop App again. Actually doing that, outside of our munki environment, also did not provide satisfaction. It led to more error 4s. Additionally, when I checked the Admin Console, the previously good self-service package was listed as "up to date," but it had expired. I decided, for the sake of troubleshooting, to download a new self service package. THAT package gives a never-ending error 81 upon installation attempt. I understand maintenance was don
Since this morning a few asset groups seem to be missing in my shared Creative Cloud Library. Right now I only see the type graphics, motion templates etc. All colours, XD components, Typography styles ar MIA. I already checked the archive and deleted files but they're not located in there either. Are there any copies on my local device where I can check if they're still there? I also asked the members I shared the library with if they have the missing files in their deleted files (although I do not think it works that way) which wasn't the case. Any ideas?
