Hi all,Currently setting up a local server with IIS.Have been following the instructions here: Use the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST)However I found that when I put the web.config files in the respective folders as per instruction, my clients are unable to connect and get Download Error in the Creative Cloud apps tab.As soon as I remove both web.config files, they are able to see the apps to download. Can anyone explain why? Am I doing something wrong? Also the whole creative cloud suite are able to be downloaded and installed except for Indesign. Using Wireshark, I can see it tries to get a file from the validation folder however file is missing. Does this mean I need to do an incremental sync to get the missing files?Any clarification would be appreciated.
I work for a corporation where multiple users use variations of CC on a subscription basis, I use Photoshop only, but am an infrequent user. Recently, trying to open PS, I received an error message my membership expired. Does this happen if you don't use at least so many months? I contacted our IT Vendor Mgt team who removed and readded me to the company team license or whatever it's called. I received the "you're invited to join..." email and thought that was enough but still get the membership expired. I don't have to have our service desk re-download and install the local exe for PS again do I? When I call our service desk, they never know what to do since there aren't many users company wide of PS or CC generally...

I have an enterprise CC account through my university. I have been using lightroom for around 3 months and I have now received a notice that "the trial has ended". Lightroom is now locked. When I click on "Buy now" a window opens with the message "You subscribed"; Lightroom CC is ready for you to use. But as soon as I close the window the application locks and says that my trial has ended. Any suggestions for how I can resolve this would be appreciated.

I have adobe acrobat reader version 2019.010.20099 installed on one of the citrix servers. I want to make a change in Edit - > Preferences - > Security(Advanced) The change is to uncheck the "Enable protected mode at startup". I am able to do this change from my account and this change reflects when I open Acrobat reader via citrix. But this change is not reflecting for other users. Other users have to manually do this change by opening acrobat reader and then saving the settings. Unfotunatly this is not a feasible solution as the userbase is more than 500. Is there any way that I can do this setting on the citrix server and it reflects for all users? The other way to ask same question is" Where this setting is stored for all users on the same server?"
I am looking to get a team license to allow 5 users to access acrobat Pro. I have two questions really. Is Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe DC Pro, then same product? I couldn't find a team license for Acrobat Pro only individual licenses. Is it OK to install the team licence on multiple terminal servers? There are five terminal servers in the farm so it has to go on all of them.

Hello, I need some help with Adobe Acrobat 2017. We purchased 5 license and the program is working OK on 4 PCs but one of them is having an issue where it will prompt the user to Sing In. We try skipping it and sign in but the same window keeps coming back. It looks to be in a loop. I tried so many things to try to fix the issue that I already track of what I have done. I have spent more than 4 hours on this PC and it is driving me crazy. Is there a way to start Acrobat in a safe mode or a way to start Acrobat and bypass the Sign in required window?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are you unable to see the older versions of the applications when you choose "Show Previous Versions" on the online packager when creating SDL packages? However, It showed the CC 2018 and CC 2017 versions when you build named user licensing packages? This is because Shared Device Licensing (SDL) is only available for the latest 2019 versions of Creative Cloud apps. Previous versions do not support SDL.To learn how to create Shared Device Licensing packages see: Create Shared Device Licensing packages. For more information or questions, add your comments below. If you are using Adobe storage for business, your organization owns the user accounts and their associated content. When IT Admins remove users who have assets stored in their folders from your organization, they can choose to transfer their assets to designated users, either immediately or later.Designated users receive an email with a link to download the compressed archive. The compressed archive contains the synced assets the user had, including files, libraries, and cloud documents in a well-defined folder hierarchy. Each folder in the hierarchy contains a particular type of assets or files. For example, the files folder contains user assets, while the assets/libraries folder includes libraries. The designated user can extract these files and upload them to their own Creative Cloud storage folders. For more information, see Download shared files. I have a pc that cannot ever access (per government rules) the internet but need to update adobe reader dc and adobe flash. can i accomplish this or do I need an active internet connection
I have an Adobe Update Server set up in our environment, but I'm wondering what URL(s) does it contact to pull down the updates? We have the full Creative Cloud suite in use on our network.I found two articles that are very similar, but have different published dates, that list a ton of different URLs, but I'm not making any sense of which of those it would be utilizing.Article 1: Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints Article 2: Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints I think our network admin would have my head if I were to ask him to put all of those URLs into the firewall.
Hello,I work in an enterprise environment as our System Center administrator, so I push out Application installs and software updates in an automated manner. My question pertains to Adobe Reader DC and how it reacts with other professional Reader programs. Due to the high cost of Adobe Acrobat Pro, we have opted to use Acrobat Reader DC (the free version) for people who don't need to edit, sign or convert; and Nitro Pro for users who do.However, whenever I push out an adobe update, it constantly tries to take over as the default. So basically now, every time I push out an Acrobat install, I have it repair Nitro right after that, which makes it take back over as default - simple enough. My next problem arises with the two Internet explorer add-ins conflicting with each other. As of right now, I just had at least 5 computers who couldn't open attachments through CRM, because the Adobe Add-in re-enabled itself. I checked all of my deployments, and none
Hello. I need to update Dreamweaver from 13.0 to 13.2. I have done so on a different computer, but on my laptop the option to update is missing. Yes, I know 13.2 has been replaced several times, and we should now be using 19.1. However, I must use 13.2 because it is the version used in a class I am taking (the course is not updated, don't ask). What do I need to do to update 13.0 to 13/2? The update is missing in the Creative Cloud desktop app, and the "updates" under the Help menu in the program itself doesn't work.I'm using an Enterprise account, and the tech people on my campus do not know how to solve this, though they successfully installed DW 13.2 on lab computers.Thanks,e-mail removed by moderatorFeel free to email me directly.
We've deployed Acrobat Pro 2017 to our office systems using an .mst file created in the Acrobat Customization Tool. We added our license key to it so our users would not get the Sign In Required prompt. Over the past week, we've had some users get the prompt when using Acrobat. We're wondering if there's a web-connection issue that's preventing the client from phoning home to an Adobe web site and maybe the prompt is due to that. Does Acrobat check in to a web site to verify the license key at each start?I've been looking through some logs that I think might help troubleshoot the issue, amt3.log, oobelib.log and PDApp.log. There are some errors in there but frankly I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking for. Our office, in their infinite wisdom, neglected to purchase support when buying Acrobat so we do fly blind sometimes trying to sort things out. Has anyone run into a similar issue and found an answer to the mysterious Sign In Required prompt?
