We're considering purchasing enterprise subscriptions of Acrobat for users in our organization, but I have some concerns about shared computers. We have several conference rooms with shared computers that users use for meetings and presentations. Users may log on to multiple shared computers a day as they move around the office for meetings.Since Acrobat is now subscription-based, can we activate Acrobat on these shared computers so users are not prompted to sign in to Adobe on different devices? We don't want these devices to count towards the users' device activation count or they'll constantly be signed out of their personal (non-shared) computer. If I'm going about this all wrong or there's a better way to do this, please mention it!For comparison, with our Office 365 subscriptions when one user activates the Office applications on a particular computer, the Office apps are activated for all users who log on to that computer. We have dedicated subscriptions to activate Office on thos
Hello,I need some help how to perform a silent installation of that software. I've downloaded two packages from Adobe portal (after sign-in) and currently, I install this software by clicking inside GUI. I need to do this by the script and perform an unattended installation. Could you advise me how to do this?

I've purchased a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year) from the online reseller - Digital River International S.a.r.l.. and it shows on Plans & Products section in my account.I passed all the process, but when downloading the cc programs i got trails, instead of full programs. In few cases like illustrator i been asking to give an authorization code, which i didn't get in the purchasing process. somehow my Adobe ID doesn't recognize the plan that I paid for.I've tried to uninstall (in the regular way and with adobe cc cleaner) and to re-install but it doesn't work. how can i fix that? Its running on pc.
Good afternoon. What kind of licenses do you have to buy to have the complete adobe suite installed on a terminal server?I would be interested in setting up a scenario with vmware horizon to present applicationsthanks
We have created packages for a Windows 10 box using both the online packager and the CC packager. When we run the installer, it runs for about 1 minute and then rolls back. It also asks to close Windows Explorer before the install get going. I have tried this with single app packages and multi-app packages .. same result. Suggestions?Scot

I'm installing Acrobat Professional 2017 on a virtual master image and it works on the master image, but when I provision the virtual desktops the users are getting error 16 when launching Acrobat pro 2017.
I've seen some posts discussing removing the form field highlight individually. What I need is to be able to apply this specific change to a number of XenApp servers so it has to apply to anyone that logs in without that user needing to do anything special. Is there a config file we can add or a registry key/value we can create/add?Thanks.[Question moved to Enterprise Deployment (Acrobat and Reader). -Mod]
We're considering purchasing enterprise subscriptions for Acrobat DC and I'm reviewing our options for single sign on.We already federate our on-premises Active Directory identities with Azure AD and Office 365 and use Microsoft ADFS for authentication and SSO. We want our users to be able to use that same identity to log in to their Adobe subscriptions. (i.e., no separate Adobe password)My question is: Can we configure Adobe SSO to authenticate to Azure or will we need to configure Adobe SSO to work with ADFS?What's the best practice in this case? The Azure setup is slightly easier, but we can do either. Also, when it comes time to deploy, is there a way to configure the applications so they'll automatically attempt to log on with the user's credentials? We want deployment to be as seamless as possible for users. Thanks

I'm pushing creative cloud offline installer to our staff over 150 machines. I'd prefer to keep the offline installer as it means we don't have to wait so long for the online version every machine.Using ACCCx4_5_0_331.zip I am able to silently deploy using Set-up.exe /SGet it here Download Creative Cloud desktop app However with latest version ACCCx4_6_0_391-sign-in-bug.zip I must sign in.http://ccmdl.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/ACCCx4_6_0_391.zip Is there a switch to bypass sign in process? Thanks

I'm trying to create packages with CCP and it keeps failing. It states "Please connect to internet and retry". I am connected and it does download several items before it fails.I have made sure all ports are open and nothing is being blocked. I think there is an issue with Adobe's DNS entries. My client tries to connect to ffc-crawler.oobesaas.adobe.com which is a CNAME of web-stage.corp.adobe.com. The problem is web-stage.corp.adobe.com doesn't seem to exist. I queried it against Google's DNS servers and other and all return with no result.Any thoughts?[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from regular forum to deployment forum... The following error is produced in Acrobat when trying to click version history documents in SharePoint 2010. "The URL you have provided could not be reached. Please verify that the URL is correct and that the network location is reachable." The revision of the document is reachable, but through typical HTTP via a web browser...but not through the SharePoint <==> Acrobat X Pro COM object magic that works fine for currently checked out documents. Please see inserted image. Thoughts on a fix?
Hello does anyone know if there is a way to set up Adobe on the server so we do not have to sign in/out each time we change computers.

All,Please excuse this post if it has already been asked and answered but I need some help/advice....I am desperately looking for a new animation product and I really want to look at Adobe Animate as the replacement for Flash based animation. I am currently working on outdated courseware that has embedded flash content and this content will not run on Windows 10 (current upgrade schedule see's the upgrade occurring within the next 6 months and there is a mountain of work to do).The problem I have is that as the current network stands, Cloud Based applications are not permitted. I have heard conflicting advice as to whether or not Animate can be configured to "not" access the cloud. Some people have told me it can be configured this way and others have said no.I have considered products that will possibly do the job instead of Animate, to the same quality, but there does not seem to be a lot out there and other Adobe products are so prevalent in so many areas, I want to reduce and possi
