Goodmorning everybody,I'm a teacher at school and we have 12 iMac in the Graphics Lab. On 2 of them I upgraded OS to High Sierra but I have problem with Adobe CC. I created a package for installing the suite on different devices (device licenses). Everything seemed normal but after 1 week of constant use I get this error message before opening ANY Adobe program: Translation from Italian: Activation failedYou can not enable Creative Cloud.Product activation is required to use Creative Cloud on this Creative Cloud All Apps device. A working Internet connection is required to activate this product. Check the connection settings and try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator. (Error Code: 255: 255)I already tried to contact the customer service but they just suggested to create a new package again. After 1 week of normal use, I again get the same error message. I downloded the Creative Cloud Packager (CCP) through the team portal and launched the CCPLauncher.dmg file. I then launch the CCPLauncher app in it and it just hangs. Activity Monitor reports Creative Cloud Packager (Not Responding). Mac OS : 10.7.5Model: MacPro

Today I created 5 packages using the CCPackager for different products. All installs worked using command line msi except for Acrobat Reader DC. DC installs correctly with setup either command line or GUI. Using the msi file only the ACC installs then it exits. There are no errors in the logs even in verbose mode, exits success 0.

Hi,I'm a member of Fine Art school, we have 40 computers some are old (Early 2009) some are rather new, there is no problem with the new ones, but for Imac Early 2009, it does now allow to install Sierra - High Sierra, so for 17 computers we can not use Adobe Creative Cloud, for older computers can I install old versions of Adobe Cloud for our computers? Can you help me with this situation?

All users in our organisation have Adobe Reader DC installed by default. A number of users are additionally being given Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.After we deploy Pro DC to the users' machines, when they try and open PDFs in the browser (IE) they receive a message as per the below - "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (9:9)For some users if we repair Reader through programs and features after both have been installed it seems to fix it. I am assuming this is just some registry keys or similar that need to be changed to resolve it, is there any way to know which so we can include this as part of the deployment?We used to be able to run both simultaneously with no issues.Appreciate any suggestions.

I have downloaded Creative Cloud in design after being prompted by our administrator . when i downloaded the software it would not link to our business account and only let me set up a free trial, now that the free trial is complete how do i link it to a license we are paying for? .

Someone asked me to make a device license version of Creative Cloud 2018. I've done so twice, but after deployment it asks me to sign in for a trial mode license. This is on OSX 10.12.6 using CCP 10.0.0.49.Since it takes hours to make a package and test it - I thought maybe I should see what licensing options really are enabled for the ones I've made? Is there a way to do this?

Following Manage your Adobe Creative Cloud for education device licenses and Reactivation of Archived machines in Device licensing I had Return Code 20 What is wrong? Is there any lock-time which prevents user from reactivation device [not quicker  than xx hours]?

I have been installing and uninstalling Photoshop the last 2 days because it refuses to start up. All it shows is square box stating "Validating Software License..." anti continues on without any progress

Hello,we are trying to install the Adobe Professional (via cloud packager) on a golden image (vmware view) and when starting the client it asks for a adobe ID. We entered the license and no issues where seen, only when starting the application it comes with the question for a ID.We had a older package which we implemented the new key on with the cloud packager and this works fine. It's on a different golden image. Now when trying to install the latest licensed Adobe Pro 18 we get this problem.I used the clean up script, I update the packager to the latest version but nothing helps. Anyone any idea?

Hi,our faculty bought Adobe CC device licences through a global agreement for french universities as an enterprise contract. We received a link to download a prepackaged installation (zip file). Once extract, we have all we need to install the entire CC suite, via a setup.exe which don't ask for anything during the process.We're using Virtual Machines (citrix xendestop), so we install the suite on a virtual machine to make a image master, without starting any adobe CC products. After creation of the master, we start creation of  32 virtual machines for using Adobe products. All virtual machines are restored in initial state after each end of connction.It work well, except that the first time we launch a application from the suite, licence files are created in the programdata\adobe\lstore directory, but the application don't start. We need to launch it a second time to make it start. After that, every application start correctly.We wonder how we can avoid to have to start twice for

Hello,I currently am having issue downloading and installing adobe creative cloud using my company's enterprise login.Everytime I try to login on Adobe.com using my enterprise ID (which is different than my personal one posting here), the website keeps telling me the following error:-------------Another user is currently logged in.In order to sign in using, please clear your cookies and restart your browser.-------------I've tried clearing cookies and restarting browser, but still getting the same error message. I have a CC account. Im working on windows 7 pro x64. i had installed CC modules for 2015 and wanted to update them to the latest version. I tried and the update failed with an error 171.I manually removed all CC modules. I downloaded and ran the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner exe and it removed all remnants of the softwareI checked my firewall would allow:ccmdl.adobe.com:80swupmf.adobe.com:80swupdl.adobe.com:80I login to my account and go to download the Creative Cloud manager - it fails with an error P205If i try to download a module like Indesign, it fails with an error P201Any ideas how to get this to work? I have a fibre connection to the internet 100Mb business from my datacentre so bandwidth and quality isnt an issue

Hi ForumI am working on a pc version. My creative cloud account is part of a company one but I have my own ID.I am trying to update indesign to the most recent version (I am on 12.0.0.81) but it will not do it. I don't know why, my colleagues updated without a problem. I've rebooted etc.I cannot find any way to contact adobe support directly. Please can anyone on here advise?Thanks very much

Hi Everyone,So we have 20 licences of Acrobat Standard that we need to publish to those users.  I have followed the Recipe here App-V Deployment: Acrobat DC — Enterprise Administration Guide (although that is for Acrobat DC).  Here is what I have found:After publishing it will open, then close straight away then requests a sign in and says it is in Trial Mode (even thought the PROV.XML file was generated to stop this)I have read some where that you can only publish Adobe Acrobat via AppV globally rather than to a specific AD Group.Here is my question/s1)  Can I publish Acrobat to an AD Group?2) If it can only be published globally is this what is causing the sign in and Trial mode to show 3) If I can publish to an AD group any idea why the above would happen.Thank you for your time

I see you are given the option to buy more than one license, is this for multiple businesses or does each person in the business require a license?TIA.

Hi I'm using a Enterprise Account of Adobe CC and have created a website using Muse which I would like to host a demo via Business Catalyst but alas when I go to publish this a message pops up not allowing me to do so due to the fact that I'm using a Enterprise Account.Can I create my own personal individual account for Business Catalyst to launch this demo site though as a work around?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance

If I was a system administrator installing Creative Cloud onto roughly 200 iMac (Sierra) computers with an image build of the whole Adobe suite would there be any reason to consistently (happens 1 out of 4 times) get the “Sign in Required” screen when attempting to open any application? Having multiple computers Creative Cloud isn’t used for students to sign into but to only use the applications as needed or standalone. I have already: (1) checked for updates (2) uninstalled and reinstalled the CC application. Thanks for any responses.

Hi!I have this issue with Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams.I was about to reasign a license, but I clicked in the "remove license (expires 14/12/2018), mostly because the other option was to "reasign the license to another person", and i didnt wan t to do that right then.Well, the problem is that now i can't find how to reasign that license. In my account details that license still appears, and it says that i have acces to that license until the next payment date. nevertheless, I can't reasign it to another user.I would like to find a way to reasign that license to a new user when neccessary.Maybe i'm a bit clumsy with this, but i couldn't find a satisfactory answer in the support ages nor in the forum treads.Thansk in advanced for the help.

Hallo,ich habe als Admin  jemanden auf seinem MAC die TEstversion herunterladen lassen.dann habe ich per Packager ihm eine Lizenzdatei geschickt. - Gerät wurde freigeschaltet.In meiner Admin-Console habe ich (versuchsweise,.. wir haben das Produkt ja neu erhalten) den REchner und dessen Lizenz deaktiviert.Problem. das Neu-Aktivieren funktioniert nicht. - Es funktioniert auch nicht, eine neue Lizenz ihm zu übergeben und aufzuspielen. --> neuerliche Freischaltung wird verhindert.
