HiWe did a clean install of OSX Sierra and some of the Adobe CC app's on the startup disk of the MacPro CPU's.The apps boot fine for local users and for network users with a local home folder. But the Adobe apps don't boot for network users with a remote home folder (so where the home folder is on a server share). This always worked fine until now in Sierra 12.3.Any suggestions how to work around this issue?Grzt,Zarathoustra01
Has anyone out there experienced an issue where the Adobe PDF printer is not showing up in the printer list?Acrobat DC build 2015.006.30279, Windows 7 SP1 x64, serialized licensing. We are using VMware Horizon 6.2.2 and the desktops in question are Linked Clone virtual desktops. The "parent image" that we use to create linked clones does have the Adobe PDF printer on it when you log in to the parent (golden image). Acrobat DC was installed by logging in as local administrator. The parent image is not domain joined, but the linked clones are domain joined.Let me know if you have any thoughts on the matter. Thanks!Matt

I am an college instructor and we will be implementing a new Design program. I have purchased new macs and want to load them up with the creative cloud software. Is it possible, that the students could just log onto their creative cloud account via the classroom computers to active the installed software? Then, it would not cost the college any additional cost. The students would then benefit from the 19.99 monthly fee. They would log out of the computer at the end of each class so the next class students could log into creative cloud to activate that computer software. Is this possible?
We recently upgraded our Mac users to Sierra and found out after the upgrade they could no longer run the CC app. They get an error trying to connect to the Adobe servers. We tried to reinstall the CC app, but got an "Error code: 207". We discovered the cause is that if a machine is configured to use a PAC file, CC won't connect. If the machine is configured to point directly to a proxy, then it works fine.A network capture with only a PAC file specified shows the client trying to connect directly to the Adobe servers and never attempting to download a PAC file. Has anyone found a resolution for this?
When i am trying to create PDF from Powerbuilder application getting "Please ensure there is sufficient free space on the destination drive" error.
Hi thereI'm now responsible for Adobe deployments. I'm given access to the dashboard http://aedash.adobe.com.I think I quiet understand about classic and continuous track, about serialization and LEIDs. I successfully used the prtk tool to configure Acrobat Pro XI. Now I wanna prepare Acrobat Pro DC (2015 Classic) for Windows 10.But where do I get the volume license key? Is it visible somewhere within the Enterprise Dashboard?Do I need to find out who in our global company does have the license PDF or something? Thanks
I'm wondering if others have run into this. We had created an install package for CC for Teams 2017 using the Creative Cloud Packager. This is the first time we have tried installing the CC for Teams on a Windows 10 computer, so I don't know if this is related to Windows 10 or not. I suspect not since I found a couple old discussions regarding the 'explorer.exe' process being killed off during the package installation and this was with previous versions of CC for Teams.Regardless, I'm wondering if others are seeing this and what, if anything, can be done to fix this problem.Essentially during the package installation, the Task Bar (Start Menu, System Tray, etc.) disappears AND the entire desktop background disappears and goes "black".The installation continues to run, but you have no control over the computer now. After the installation completed, I was able to manually start the explorer.exe task, which did bring back the Task Bar, BUT, the Task Bar and Start Menu were NOT f
HiI am planning to deploy CS apps to my organization. I have made a creative cloud installation with cloud packager. The idea is that they log on with the cloud app and download and install the apps. When I start the creative Cloud app and log on it starts installing an update. When that is finsihed i go in and click on the app tab and get this error. Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support (404).I see that I have two active apps on Adobe teams site and it works if I install the apps manually. I ahve ckecked dlm.log and it only reports that the cloud app update was successfull.I have tried on different computers and with both standard users and admin users, same error.Anyone have any solution?Best regardsThomas
When I try to open Photoshop or Illustrator, Creative Cloud keeps saying me that I'm on trial version, although we bought the licenses. It happens since it was updated with 2017 version. We tried some solutions, but none of them worked. I have other programs from the suite, like Adobe InDesign, and it's working fine.

I have created a PDF from a form I created in excel. Using Adobe acrobat pro I covert the file and use prepare form to make certain fields fillable by others. I use the preview button and it seems to work the way I want. Once I email the form it shows up to the recipient as a PDF but i no interactive fields, Can't do anything but print and view the document. I have tried other documents from excel and have had the same issue. Can you let me know what I am doing incorrectly so I can get this to work properly. Thank You.

I have a licensing problem (some applications falling in trial mode after update) and was advised by the chat-support to create a new licensing-file with the cloud packager. The creative cloud packager always crashes when I want to do so. On for different machines. Always the newest version.I'm writing here in this board because the agent on the chat couldn't help me and advised to write in a message board. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

I have a team account for Adobe DC. Why can't my team use the "organize pages" button without downloading the doc in a separate window and making us jump through hoops like circus monkeys to delete a page? Why can't we just click the button and delete a page?
I ordered 4 licenses over the phone with Adobe in December. I received an email with the 4 licenses/serial numbers in it. I have downloaded 3 of the licenses. The 4th license after downloading (when it decides to download) keeps asking for a sign in/log in. We do not sign in to each Adobe download. We should just be able to open Adobe and look at documents. My IT company has tried several times to fix this. Is it possible that the serial number I have is "bad"? Do I need a new one?
How can I download Acrobat Reader dc for enterprise deployment?Activating the link tha was given by Adobe (http://www.adobe.com/de/products/acrobat/deployment.html) produces an "error 404"
We installed Acrobat DC on a test PC with Windows X 64 Bit though the Adobe cloud app update function. Before, there was a working Acrobat X installation incl. printer driver, etc.During the test phase, everything worked fine - with DC. After the test period ended, we uninstalled Acrobat DC - it does not really seem to have any important features, so we wanted to simply get rid of it.Unfortunately, now the Acrobat X print driver an two other printers using the driver only produce error messages - either "pinter is not activated" or "printer not found" - or simpy nothing happens at all. The old driver is still installed and Windows shows it as certified an ready, an Acrobat X works fine if used as an app.Any ideas, how to fix the problem would be great.A simple uninstall - reinstall seems not clever since it would mean to reinstall some other software, too.
I am having trouble with a new installation for one of our staff. I recently installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but it kept requesting a login. I contacted Adobe, and was given instruction to use a specific download package, then during the install to skip the section where it requested a login. I was also directed to an Adobe uninstaller utility. I performed these steps and it was ok initially, but a week later the user contacted me that he was unable to use the product as it kept asking for a login. So, I am looking for some suggestions to fix this issue. I have a single user who will be stationary at his computer, so I don't desire to any login features. Also, I would like to know if there's a way to back up custom settings. The user has already customized the product to his liking and I am wonder if there is a folder or some specific file I can back up in the event I need to re-install.Thanks!
Hello everyone,We have a RDS 2012 R2 environment for our users and I have recently installed Acrobat Standard DC on to our host servers. These servers also have Reader DC installed on them.We have restricted access to Acrobat to two users by editing permissions on the exe as they are the only ones that require access to the application.Since the installation of Acrobat, any PDFs being opened from Internet Explorer 11 are opening up in Acrobat and telling users that they need to accept the user agreement before they can open their PDFs, which they cannot accept as they have been denied access to Acrobat. I have checked out the default application for individual users as well as myself and it is set to Reader but the PDFs still persist in opening in Acrobat. These PDFs are being accessed through our local intranet which is on SharePoint 2013.So really my question is, is there a way to force PDFs to open in Reader rather than Acrobat other than through Default Programs? Any help would be

Cual es el problema?Soy administradora del sistema con derechos completos. No se porque no me aparecen los iconos correspondientes. Gracias por vuestra ayuda
