Cannot authorize my computer since it is greyed out want to change the authorization information and it will not allow me on my computer

We are migrating to VIP from EEA site license next year. The new licensing type allows for deployment to student or teacher-owned devices.  For liability, student information security, and network security reasons, we are trying to create a process for allowing licenses on these student or teacher-owned devices.  Is there a way to create a package without automatic activation enabled?  Perhaps where the user may install for example, the CC Desktop app, and install a trial of Photoshop?  Then we simply send them a CCP - created license file, which they use to convert their trial, named license to a device license from the school's inventory?  If we did send the end-user a school-inventory license file, can that license file be used again? Hello everybody,we're using Adobe Acrobat DC Standard Version 2015.006.30279 on Windows 2 Go Sticks in a business environment and do receive the following error message "Acrobat failed to load it's core dll" at startup of Acrobat.This error does only occur on our Windows 2 Go Sticks with Windows 8.1 64Bit installed and we have found out, that it's a reproduceable issue. The problem does not occur on our Workstations and Notebooks.We found out, that the root cause of this problem is Windows patch/update KB4012216 March 2017 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 8.1.After installing this patch, Acrobat isn't working anymore ("Acrobat failed to load it's core dll" message appeared). When I manually uninstall/rollback this patch -> Acrobat is working again.It would be great if you have any suggestions, workarounds or even a solution for this issue.Thank you very much

I have bulid up a adobe internal update server by ausst and make a AdobeUpdater.Overrides, I use CCP to creata a adobe cc package and integrated AdobeUpdater.Overrides。But in the test, when I click "Update" at software , it will auto start Adobe Creative Cloud program it told me that has new version , but when I kick install ,it will connect to Adobe official server , not internal server ( because  we do not allow unauthorized users to access the Internet), so that it stop at download interface and we can not do anything.Pls help me what I can do can let adobe CC software update program connect to internal server?Thanks

Hi,Here is my issue, when i try to install Premier CC pro with the admin console package i always have this error ''Stopping the installation process (190)''I tried on different computer, running as admin, by running the setup.exe and the .msi, but the issue still the same, same error everytime.I checked on adobe website for any thing that could help me but i did not find it.Does someone could give me a hand on this pleasei have an install log if you need itThank you

We have around 100 licenses bought through the Adobe for Teams method. We've had three different computers over the past week sign out of all apps and say that it's a trial now. It asks to sign in with an account but we aren't using accounts for these as the license is built into the installer. We are able to fix it by uninstalling everything and reinstalling it but that is time consuming. Any ideas as to what's causing this and how to fix it without having to uninstall?Thanks for any help.

Does anybody know a way around the proxy authentication issues with AUSST v2.0? We are licensed for CS6 and currently investigating CC options. We sit behind a proxy and cannot download the updates requried to setup the update server. From what i've read the new Creative Cloud Packager fixes this issue but without an CC Enterprise Team subscription you can't use it.Why offer compatibilty with CS6 updates inside the Creative Cloud Packager if you have to upgrade to Creative Cloud to access it?

Hello,in our company we are using Creative Cloud for Teams. The problem is, that by default the saving/sync is enabled for all users.Is there any possibility to disable the saving in the cloud, globally for the PC, by GPO, Registry ....?Maybe by blocking specific URLs in the Proxy server?Or is it simply impossible to disable this globally?Thank you very much for your help!

Whenever we try to do a fresh or incremental update, we end up with this error Code 3.AUSST always fails downloading the files: "Could not access the specified path.".I checked the permissions of the --root folder: EVERYONE has full permissions in Windows. (Windows 7 Enterprise)About 2 months ago, everything went fine when downloading the updates.Within these 2 months nothing changed on this Windows 7 workstation (also Windows Updates haven't been installed since the last succesful update).I tried reinstalling creative cloud packager and do a fresh sync, which also didn't work anymore.Maybe someone has a solution for this problem or maybe a hint how to solve this issue.

When I receive a fillable pdf or create one from a pdf and then fill it I want to flatten it or lock it so when I send it to someone they do not see highlighted text boxes and they cannot change any filled data. I turned off in Acrobat but when you open in latest Reader the boxes are still there. Thank you for any help. I cannot find any good answers on web. Locking does not prevent changing fiedls or color on boxes.

I've read instructions on how to use CCP and it seems fairly straight forward.The only problem I am facing is that I cannot find a listing for CCP on the LWS Downloads page. It does not seem to be available in the dropdown filter for "Products". I have no prior experience with downloading software from LWS and I am somewhat confused.

We have over 40 PC with different Insallation-Packages that are expired now, and needs do be reactivated. Hi everyone. I am trying to create a msi from various Adobe Products we have at work. I am using AAMEE 3.01 which I belive is the latest. I am trying to package Adobe InDesign CS6. I run through the basic options and the MSI is created. So before I upload the package to the server I need to test it out. I run the msi in silent mode via CMD and nothing ever happens. So I edited the MSI in InstallShield and removed the requirement for it to be ran silently so I can do some monitoring. From here, I run the MSI and click next a few times and then it begins the install process. After a few moments it says "copying files" and then proceeds to "rolling back" and disappears. At some point the install is encountering an error and failing but I am not sure why. I can install the product fine on my machine by using the .exe I built the package from.I also installed and created a log but I cannot find any good information from it but I am no expert and the log is very long. We recently purchased Creative Cloud for Teams for the first time. When I logged in with an Adobe ID, the only option I get is to manage my account, I have no option available to add or manage users. The Creative product is apparently not registered yet because when I look under "plans and products" and then under "view my products" The only thing that shows is 2 very old versions of Adobe Acrobat. (Ver 9 & Ver.10) I don't see anywhere that I can add anything. Please forgive me up front, this is my first attempt at setting one of these up. I'm not familiar at all with how it is supposed to work and so far...nothing is working. Either I'm doing something completely wrong or Adobe has something extremely screwed up.

Is it possible to change license email notification default language? I added myself a license from adminconsole and the email notification language was norway so is it possible to change this emails language to english somehow because our end users don't speak norway?
