Is it possible to deploy a package created by Creative Cloud Packager by GPO without requiring admin rights or is SCCM the only option?I can't get it to work so it would be nice to know if it is even possible.

My Creative Cloud Packager does not have the option for device license even though it says I have 1 available device license. When I select create package, the only options I have are named license or serial number license. But NO device license like it says in the video.

Hi, Can I Update all Old adobe licences in www.adobe.com. I have all my now licences in the cloud but is it possible to update the old  licences as well as? Eric Mizrachi 

Hi,any issues known about installing adobe products on a virtual machine using app volumes? Packages created with ccp works fine on physical machines and vrtual machines without using appvolumes. After creating an appstack and start provisioning on a virtual machine no package works anymore. Using up to date 6.2 versions of horizon and vsphere. And up to date win8.1 as OS on client.TIAem

We purchased one license for Adobe Acrobat Pro a few months ago (monthly). Now we have more users that need it and are ready to purchase more. But when I purchased it previously, I just purchased it as an individual with my corporate email address and my name as the owner of the license. I want to add more licenses but want to manage it in the enterprise portal. How do I convert my existing Adobe online logon and license into a enterprise logon with the license management features?

Hi,     We have created packages before with CCP and it has worked ok.The problem we have with the latest version: V1.9.6 Build 56 - is that the packages have trouble completing.For instance - usually we build 2 x packages with the most commonly used Adobe apps but this time I have only been able to get it to work by making the packageswith less apps.So - no probs - except I'm building the last smaller package with:Adobe IndesignAndDreamweaverand we can never get it to finish.It gets to around 75% and then stops - You get a "!" next to one of the apps with the "Oops something has gone wrong".We have looked for Firewall exceptions and added all we can find including those listed in the "Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints" document.But to no avail...>We have tried this on a different workstation, Flushing the cache but nothing helps...The only log I can find that might help is PDapplog in the user\appdata\local\temp: 08/22/16 14:14:49:236 | [INFO] |  | ASU

Hello,  I need to get some assistance on using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.  The documentation that is on the website doesn't give enough information:Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems Basically, I need to script out a removal package that will remove all flavors of Creative Cloud 2015 individually(Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator,etc.)Thanks

Load behavior shows as "unloaded", even though registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Ofiice\Excel\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin value is "3".  I have also checked HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Ofiice\Excel\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin value, it is also set as "3".  Running Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.  I have tried running a repair on Adobe as well as on Excel.  I have also uninstalled Adobe and re-installed, all to no avail.  PDFMaker shows as an inactive addin, and allows me to activate, however, as soon as I close Excel, it goes back to inactive.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am stumped.

Hi,we already have a XenApp 6.5 pvs based deployment with Acrobat Pro 9. We used the preperation tool to preregister and it actually works.Now we got a new MCS/PVS Deployment on XenApp 7.9.We have now big problems to preregister. Actually we have 100 Single Licenses (no volume License).The old installation is registered with one on of the old License.Now the Problem, when we preregister and set disable registration, the user got registration prompt on Acrobat XI startup.Is it possible to deploy provisioned Terminalservers with Single User Licenses? There are any suggestions what we have to do?

According to the following post https://forums.adobe.com/message/8102575#8102575? any registry key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\2015\Installer\Migrate will generate a key under HKCU when the user access the application for the first time.First of all I would like to know if that key is officially documented somewhere. I spent hours with Google and find nothing ! The application I would like to deploy is Adobe Reader DC and I wonder if I should change 2015 with DC. Secondly I wonder how the application detects it is launched for the first time. I suppose it checks a registry key, but I have no idea which one and it will take too much time to investigate. The reason I ask is that the HKCU keys are not created also if I manually edit the HKLM registry. Before wasting other time I would like to be sure the key is correct and there is nothing dirty from previous installations which compromise my tests.ThanksFilippo

Hi,We are under the Enterprise license and we would like to get our China team to start using Adobe CC.The Adobe CC suit has been installed on their machines and we are now setting up the Adobe ID through the Enterprise dashboard invite. When the user in China accepts the Adobe invite and setup the Adobe ID, there is no China in the Country selection dropdown.Is there an alternative way to set up users in China?Regards,Chito

Hello everyone,I have chatted with several Adobe people but I'm still having issues.  I manage 11 Device Licenses and 7 User Licenses.  I'm not having any trouble with the User Licenses, just the Device Licenses.  They were working fine a few weeks ago but last week all the programs went to trial subscriptions when I have the whole suite as part of my Device Licenses.  What do I need to do to correct this?  I have tried to do "serialization" and it caused an even bigger issue with one computer.  I did not try it on any other computer.  Any ideas?Thanks,Stephanie

Hello,We have setup a local AUSST server and executed a fresh cache from the Adobe Server. When attempting to update a client, RUM sees 6 packages which need to be updated. However, when RUM attempts to download the local files it errors our saying the files can't be downloaded. I'm not sure what is causing this problem. When attempting to download an update a Fatal Error 125 is thrown and then Library returned 129 failed to cancel the running operation. I double checked the IIS configuration (Windows 2012 R2) and everything appears to be setup properly per AUSST instructions. Does anyone have any idea on this issue? Thanks,Bob

I am creating installation packages for a large company.  I need the enterprise license key.  I can't find this information.  Whenever I go to license.adobe.com it tells me I'm not authorized even though I have admin rights.

Hi, I'm wanting to push out acrobat pro to some machines, and allow staff to go to a sccm application catalogue with the option of installing additional creative cloud programs (eg: add photoshop and dreamweaver, or add the entire suite). Anyone know what solutions are available for this?

I've built (and rebuilt) an install package for a group of users and the update function is not working and failing silently. This package does not have the desktop app enabled but does have updating enabled--I checked and there is no .dat file disabling it. The Update option is available in the Help menu. It's not grayed-out. However it does nothing. The first time I try it, I can see the AAM icon appearing for a split second and then it disappears. I've reinstalled AAM via a download and this does not help.Launching the Remote Update Manager either locally or remotely via Apple Remote Desktop does work, however.This is the latest CC release and the problem has occurred on MacOS systems running 10.11.5 and 10.11.6.

I have Acrobat XI installed on Server 2012 R2.  Now when a user tries to start Acrobat they get "Adobe Application Manager has stopped working".  I have upgrade Acrobat to the latest version. 11.0.17 and application manger to version 10.  No change in behavior.  I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the application but that didn't help.  I assume Acrobat is no longer activated but I can't activate since it won't start.  Any ideas?
