Is it possible to host a Adobe Update server not connected to the internet? Can the updtaes be imported?

I need to track which computers have which version for Licensing and update purposes. I use Dell K1000 for tracking and updating. With Acrobat XI, Pro and Standard had different uninstall registry keys so I was able to track them with a simple check for which registry key was on the computer. They would also show up separately in Dell Case stating Pro or Standard. However, With Acrobat DC the uninstall keys are the same and they both only show up as Acrobat DC in Dell K1000. How does Acrobat DC determine which version is installed and how can I duplicate it so I can count used license and install the correct updates?

I've been trying to customize an install package for Acrobat Pro DC. I've been reading the official documentation and I don't know what I am doing wrong. These are the steps I've followed:1) I created a file called com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist and placed manually in <System Disk>/Library/Preferences/ and I added the information in the screenshot below. 2) Started the Customization Wizard and selected the plist file I created and also the Acrobat installer package. 3) I let the Customization Wizard create the custom package. 4) Installed Acrobat Pro using the custom created package.5) Every time I launch Acrobat Pro, it still has all the cloud features and the updaters available.I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello, I am having a bit of trouble disabling the required sign-in after installing Acrobat DC Standard and Pro. I have used the Customization Wizard to grant the offline exception which seemed to work but as soon as I take a ghost image of the machine and roll it out to a new one, Acrobat reverts to asking for the sign-in again. Removing and reinstalling on the new machine fixes the problem but this is not a solution when we have to roll out hundreds of computer images. Any ideas?Thanks for the help.

I cannot aktivate my Acrobat license. I installed Acrobat DC Pro for testing. Now I bougt an Acrobat DC Pro license via VIP. After login in Acrobat with my Adobe ID I have to type in a license key, but there is no license key in my Adobe VIP Portal.

A user has a Creative Cloud All Apps device licence installed on their Mac.  When it was initially installed there was no licence available so it showed on the Admin console as temporary.  We have applied a lic file to the device and the installation is now showing as Active.  However the Audition app is still saying “try”, so we assume it’s still not licenced correctly.  Any ideas and suggestions welcome.

I am trying to create a updates only package for CC 2015.  I am using Creative Cloud Packager and I selected just the updates for each app.  As it finishes downloading the updates and it starts to build the package I get the following errors located in the log:[FATAL] AdobePackageBuilder -  Error initializing Communication Channel. We have CS5.5 install on several computers across our district.  We have recently purchased CC and are in need on uninstalling 5.5 remotely and silently.  I have come across a couple of answers but none of them work.  I installed them by simply running setup.exe, no deployTried this “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\DWA\Setup.exe” –mode=Silent –deploymentFile=”%PATH%\uninstall-en_US.xml” When I grab the XML file from the deploy folder and run the above I get: UI mode: Silent Error : install source path does not exist. Exit Code: 20 Maybe because I didn't use the XML to deploy it?I tried this tool, but all it does it remove the entry in add\remove Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems I didn't install using AIMEE so I don't think I can uninstall with it?Thanks for any help!

We have an enterprice school license for the creative suite. but i need to use Encore for producing dvd's . So i download the free version of cs 6 encore ,install it ,but after a several weeks it stops and has to anyway registred with a serial number. or it say's that its not running in non Royal Serialised mode..What can i do , its so stupid adobe removed encore because a lot of people still uses DVDHans

Just downloaded the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 and when trying to run the latest version of the Wizard (CustWiz1500920069_en_US_DC.exe) I get a message saying "Wizard cannot modify this package. Please browse to a valid Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat MSI package."

Working with Acrobat DC, found the method to create an exception for the master image.  Ran the command before saving the image.  Acrobat now works (doesn't ask for a login), but my previous install of the Master Collection, which ran with another prov.xml licensing solution has reverted back to it's unlicensed conditon.  The Acrobat DC exception also removes the credentials from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.  Is there anyway to make these pieces of software play nice for imaging?

I am a lead teacher at a secondary school. We currently have CS3 and a 139 devices. We are comparing the Creative Cloud Suite (preferred) or the Adobe CS6 Collection. We require approximately 600 students to have access to it (we are looking at a per device licence rather than per student). Can anyone give me some help with arranging quite/getting educational discounts etc? I am writing a proposal to hopefully secure some funding for this purchase for our school.

Hello! I' ve got some problems with Creative Cloud: I got a new license for Adobe Product. When I click "Manage Group" on the web-site I see it in my Work Group, but when I destinate user and he accepts invitation, he doesn't change status. It is still "Waiting user", "The invitation was send" and that's all. What am I doing wrong ? Thank you!

Hi Adobe.I was using a trial version of Adobe CC, and, when I bought the full Adobe CC, after payment has been done, I was descovering that I bought Adobe CC for teams. In Danish I have chosen the full package. How come that in English it appears that I bought Adobe CC for teams? Can you help me her?After that, how can I go from trial version to full version on my computer?
