I have taken over responsibilities of deploying software in our organization. They had been deploying a couple of general CC packages with SCCM, one has a few basic apps, the other has all CC apps.Sometimes a specific user will need one CC app that had been originally only put in the full package..If I want to deploy that one app I have been resorting to either deploying the full CC package or creating a whole new separate custom package with that 1 app plus any others that are needed, which wastes server storage.I have been doing this because I don't know whether I can deploy multiple packages to a single endpoint. So my question is, can I not simply package each CC app separately and then use SCCM to arrange and deploy them as needed?Thank you
Since installling CC, CS6 Application Manager asking for Serial Number. Where do I find my serial number?
Is there a CURRENT document that provides information about packaging, deploying, and installing Acrobat Pro DC and the CC 2015 apps? Using Windows 7, service pack 1. Installed Acro Pro DC, but it crashes. No option available to uninstall. Keep getting prompts saying Creative Cloud needs to be opened (but it won't), and again Packager won't let me uninstall. I'm not an IT person, I'm a graphic designer, and I would truly appreciate some current documentation and guidelines to follow.
I have reviewed the enterprise deployment guide, however the process is not working. I am constantly getting errors that acroext.exe isn't in the cab file. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I have Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. I've created a number of typeable form PDFs and when I email them to people to use, SOME if not all of them are not able to save the data. What have I done wrong?
I have created a named license install package for CCE for Windows. It creates a package that is >10Gb. When I call that package via an msi command line it only seems to install the CC app and asks me to sign in, none of the actual apps are installed. When I sign in I get the full list of available apps with an "Install" button next to it. Clicking this requires admin rights which our users don't have. Is there a way of getting the package to actually install all of the named apps prior to sign in?
Is it possible to install Adobe products like Photoshop CC, Bridge CC, Illustrator CC in enterprise environment with different languages(f.e. English and German)? Users want to have options to chose language from UI. Do we have to make 2 different language packages and install both of them or is it possible make it with one package?
How do I get my invoice corrected?
I have a CC account through my work as a civilian with the US Army. We use CC Suite. One reason we use it is so we can use Lightroom to work on imagery while away from the office. I had the trail version of Lightroom installed on my iPAD, but now when I try to run Lightroom and sign in, I get the message that Lightroom Trial has expired. Isn't there a way to sign in with my @20614382.mil account?
i have reinstalled creative suite 2 premium but will not activate?
I have been making an installer using CCP 1.9 that contains all applications. Every time that I attempt to install the pkg file either with installer on the command line, the installation fails. All programs that are installed at that point in the installation install successfully except for Acrobat DC. When deploying CC 2015 to multiple computers, will the old applications be retained?
Hi,we are not able to dowload the "Creative Cloud" application. The dowload just won't start. The ports 80 and 443 are not blocked by the firewall as recommended. The "Application Manager" also can't reach the Adobe-servers and terminates with an download-error.Any idea which settings have to be made to download the application in a proper way? Thanks
Trying to install a device license onto a Windows PC. The software has packaged OK and is stored on the machine. Run the msi, get to the stage where it claims to be configuring for installation. Progresses 30% through the progress status and then rolls back to 0 and the dialog closes. No further installation occurs. I have tried running the cc cleaner and this hasn't helped. Running as an admin on the machine. Can anyone assist?Creati
Installed on Windows 7, Service Pack 1. What can I do? Thanks.
We are using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, Windows 7 with IE 9. When we attempt to open a .pdf file we are prompted to "Save", "Save As" or "Open". Is there a way to eliminate this prompt? It does not seem to matter whether we are openning through IE of directly from Adobe. We are attempting to view images from a web based application.
I am trying to connect to Acrobat XI (11.0.11) from Outlook 2007 to extract some contents, but wasn’t able to instantiate the Acrobat application. I referenced the Acrobat.tlb file, which is shown as “Adobe Acrobat 10.0 Library”. I suspect this is my problem. Shouldn’t it say “… 11.0 Library”? When I tried to instantiate to Acrobat application, I get this error: “There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found.” I'd appreciate any help resolving this problem. Thanks.Reference:Error:When I tried to instantiate to Acrobat application with: Set acAPP = CreateObject("AcroExch.App")

HelloADOBE PRO in DC I have the problem that I have no TIMES.Can I download it somewhere?
We are about to deploy Adobe Reader DC in an enterprise environment where none of the users has local admin rights on their desktops. Updating and patching typically requires that users are local administrators on their PC, but that is not allowed in this corporate environment. If set to install updates automatically, do you know if Adobe Reader DC updates & patches will get installed on these computers? If not, is there any other way to get these updates installed, either by using an Adobe tool or otherwise a 3rd party solution?
I have to deploy Adobe Acrobat DC in our enterprise and facing an issue with the feature lockdown.I set the registry keys HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown- \cCloud --> bAdobeSendPluginToggle DWORD 0- \cSharePoint --> bDisableSharePointFeatures DWORD 1But I still have the "Add Account" option to add a SharePoint account as well as the "My Account" icon in Outlook and the "Send & Track" option.Disabling Sharepoint works for Adobe Reader DC, but not for Adobe Acrobat DC.Is there another possibility to disable those features, for example using the customization wizard? The registry keys were added by an AutoIT script after the setup finished. Thanks in advance.
Hello,I'm looking for a way to remove 100+ licenses all at once without having to uninstall the Adobe CC suite from our laptops before we re-image them all, so that we can make this a quick process.I'm also assuming there's no portal that we can log into to see who is using your license as well.
I have had this issue pop up and have not been able to come up with a fix. This has been happening on both mac and windows, but more often with mac. I will install the CC desktop app, and then attempt to start it. It will pop up in the finder bar for a moment, and then close. Attempted to fix up permissions, killed off any running adobe processes, reboots and nothing, same thing.
I'm just starting with our enterprise licensing and packager. What we would like is an install package that's minimally interactive with the user; just enough to allow them to choose which products to install. We don't want to install everything everywhere, and it doesn't make sense to create a bunch of packages with various combinations of desktop apps for silent installation. I would like to build a package, pre-license it, and include all of the desktop apps in it. When the user runs the installer, they should be able to check off the apps that they want, click go, and installation proceeds. Is there a way to achieve this?
An .msi package has been created using the Creative Cloud Packager and successfully installed on a user PC. This is a Device licence under Creative Cloud for Teams. When the user tries to access the applications, they are asked to supply credentials to activate the product. What credentials should the user have? The licence is showing as being active on this device in the management console, and the user has no credentials to enter for activation. (Only the main account itself has credentials to access the account screen, and this is nothing to do with te hends users).Thanks.ML
