Um for some reason, since Oct. 2023, I have been charged twice a month for two separate plans. Either Im stupid and signed up for the wrong plan but I used my university email to make an account as I was supposed to have a discount for being a student and I remember it telling me it was supposed to only be 20 something a month becasue that was the deal at the time but now I have admin access. But its not normal, I Im the admin and the student so I think im paying for both but I dont know how I ended up with this situation and now to cancel it. its like 200+ bucks and adobe wont help. The chat bot just shows me my billing info but it only shows the creative plus all apps charge (64.03) and then another which I dont know what it is for (37.35) Im spending so much money and I dont even need it for school this semester!!!!! Help please!

Goodmorning,Our company has about 10 people using Adobe Expres, I as the admin don't have a licence.Is it possible to add a font for these 10 users, but from within the admin console, or do al 10 people need to add this themselves?

Hello,I've been working for 3 months on my old schools adobe account thinking that I was on my new schools adobe account, Yesterday while trying to work on Illustrator I wasn't able to access my files (it was saying that the files couldn't be found and that I needed to contact the owner of the account the file was on to open it). Im guessing my old account got shut down. PLS help I have no access to my cloud and might have lost all of my work.

For a large organization where we are automating as much as possible, would be nice to have the ability to assign Admin Roles to a group which is synched from Azure AD.

HiI have a personal subscription for Lightroom CC and a work subscription for Acrobat Pro CC. Whenever I am signed in with one account for one app I can't use the other any more and vice versa. What am I doing wrong please?I am using Mac OSX 12.4.RegardsRalf

The last time I used creative cloud, I was on a school account. That school account has now been deleted and now, every time I open creative cloud, it gives me a sign in page. There are no options other than a sign in button, thus meaning I cannot sign out because I cannot sign in. I deleted and reinstalled creative cloud multiple times. Please help, I cannot use any Adobe apps because of this.

I have two profiles with my Enterprise plan, one under my work email, one under my personal email (which I mistakenly set up because I didn't realize which plan I was signing into).  I never use the free account, and I already have a separate photography plan that I pay for, separate from the company account.  I've looked at all the support documents on how to delete an account, but I don't seem to have that option when I'm logged into the free plan.  So, three profiles:Personal photography plan (no changes, personal email)Enterprise plan (no changes, paid for by my employer, employer email)Enterprise plan free (I want to delete this one, personal email) How do I delete it the free one? Do I need to contact my company's administrator? Thanks.

I have two licenses in my CC and I need to delete one. I don't want to keep paying until the renew date. How do I do this? Why is so hidden and complicated?

Hello,   We cannot access Admin console. Since last week we receive information that our company is being migrated to VIP Marketplace.   "Your account manager has made a change to your Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) membership. Your products, services, users and VIP number have not changed. You can access Admin Console as soon as migration is complete. I have already set up Single Sign-On (SSO) with Adobe. Is it possible to include a "Continue with Microsoft" button on the login page, similar to this: We are currently using the default Adobe login portal for authentication. Hey so i have a federeated domain attached to the admin console. We can currently single sign on. I believe this was set up through AD connect but not sure as it was done by a previous person.The workflow was to create a user in admin console and then single sign on will work with their active directory login. When i try to enable sync, it wants me to go to azure and set up a sync source. I can follow the instructions, but we already have an item in there called "adobe identity management".  I can see users authenticating to this when i use the activity -> sign ins. Guten Tag zusammen,leider kann ich zu unserem wahrscheinlich ganz banalen Problem nichts finden, daher erlaube ich es kurz zu erläutern. Wir sind ein kleineres Unternehmen und nutzen Adobe für Teams und haben dazu zwei Creative Cloud (Alle Applikationen) Lizenzen. Die eine Lizenz nutzen wir im Stammhaus mit einer Adobe ID an zwei Computern gleichzeitig, was keine Probleme macht. Die andere Lizenz wird von nur einer Kollegin im reinen Homeoffice benutzt mit ihrer eigenen Adobe ID genutzt. Die zweite Lizenz ist notwendig, damit die Kollegin nicht ständig einen anderen Computer abmelden muss.Leider gelingt es uns nicht, aus den zur Verfügung stehenden jeweils 1 TB Cloud Speicherplatz je Lizent eine gemeinsame Cloud mit 2 TB Kapazität zu machen, in der dann ein echtes geteiltes Arbeiten möglich ist.Ist das überhaupt so möglich und wenn ja, wie? Hello, Does anyone know how to enforce a user's storage quota within the admin console?There should be a way to enforce (to prevent abuse) and adjust these quotas as needed. By default, users have 5GB allocated to their account, but we discovered several users are storing far beyond the storage quota - exceeding 1,700% above their quota! Chat support said there is no way to prevent a user from going over their quota and can use as much of the total allocated space for our tenant. This would mean that a user could store over 1TB of data in their personal Adobe folder! They also recommended that I submit a feature request, but it's baffling that it is not already a feature! I sure hope they were wrong and just didn't know the answer. How many users (instances) are included with an Adobe Teams account? I have an office of 5 users. What would be the total price (monthly) for this service?

I have a paid subscription to Creative Cloud and have a couple of technical questions about the apps. When I try and contact support via Chat, which seems to be the only option available to me, a bot keeps telling me I don't have an active subscription. Clearly I do as I use InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc, every day! I think the problem is that the account is registered to our IT department's admin email address, not mine.  I can't get past the bot to explain this to someone! It just keeps saying: I see Adobe Reader linked to ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]), which allows you to read PDFs for free. To make any changes in a PDF, you need to sign in to or purchase an active paid plan.

Hi is it possible to have creative cloud auto sign out on a mac silicon system?  We have multiple users on one system so it would be handy to impliment an auto sign out after a certain ammount of time. Thanks in advance.

Hello,  We did the payment for our licenses two months ago (you can see in the attachment) but our account manager (adobe@duepuntozerosas.it) does not update and now we have only one day left before the licenses expire. They suggest us to move to another contract without any reasons. We'll lost our link history, cloud links. They say we should do manual backups.... It's an awful situation, but we paid in advance as we did every year.... Do you have any other workaround to mantain our actual contract? Best,Francesco

Currently the data export feature for License Assignment in the Adobe Admin Console only allows download into CSV file. However, we would like to create an email subscription which will export and send us the updated CSV file through email.This will help us to keep track of the latest assignment data values more efficiently.
