New account, new license, one time pin notification email not coming through when a user needs to register / log in to the account. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

We are a public high school and we've purchased a 100-device shared-device license for Adobe Creative Cloud. We've ensured that the application is deployed correctly as the instructor and I are able to log in to the machines as ourselves or as students, launch the software, and then log in to use the software using our accounts.Our students can launch the software but are prompted to sign in and then they get error messages or are told they aren't users. We've changed the permissions in the Admin Console to work with logins for our domain and that didn't work. I went so far as to upload EVERY student as a user through .csv files and STILL, we get errors that students aren't users. Adobe Technical Support is NEARLY useless - my last call resulted in my explaining to my support agent how to navigate the user upload template that came from Adobe!Are there any ideas out there regarding how/why this wouldn't work for our students?! Do I understand the information correctly that the ability to work on the cloud on synced files will be disabled and the cloud files will be deleted? Kindly provide me with additional information and clarification on the cloud functionality from 2024.

When I comment on a task assigned to me from "New Updates", it is completed as "marked this as Done" by itself.This is despite the fact that the "Status" is set to "In Progress" and the "Percent Complete" to less than 100%. I have to set "Assignments" to "Not done yet" every time.Does anyone know the cause and solution? 

I have group with 10 users in Adobe CC Enterprise.  I assigned Adobe CC products to 10 users.  I need to find how many users are logged in and downloaded the products out of 10 users.   As current audit log does not show this feature through Admin console.  I would appreciate if this feature is added in the admin console under audit log.  

I am the admin for our team, but I am the only one who has not received the "new" version of Acrobat Pro DC, which looks like it started rolling out in June 2023. I have literally every user asking questions about the new interface and I thought they were all smoking crack or something. According to the creative cloud desktop, I have the same version as they do, but mine is the "old version". There is no menu item to "disable new acrobat" for example. How do I get on the same version as my users? And why would it roll out to everyone except the admin account?  The problem is the same with my mac version, so I need to force that version to update also. Thanks,Mark

My school system just switched from K-12 All Apps Enterprise to MEEP. After the switch, there is nothing left on the cloud or any access to old files. Is there a way to access those files?

We recently migrated from a local file server to a file server that is housed at a remote datacenter. We access the file server that is on the same domain through a IPSEC tunnel. What we have noticed is transferring files with file explorer from the datacenter to the local computer gets around ~20MB/s which is 160Mbps. However, if we open that same PDF from the file server it opens instantly and then proceeds to load the remaining pages. We have large PDF's (sometimes 300MB+) which is why this is an issue. When opening with Acrobat, we can see the NIC not use more than 10Mbps which is odd. No other program does this. The fact that Acrobat opens instantly and shows the first page makes me think that Acrobat is reading the headers and first few bytes of data to display it but continues to download in the background using their own code instead of relying on Windows. We havent been able to assign licenses to our team. We raised a case with Adobe support three weeks ago and they havent been helpful at all. This is stalling our operations. We always get a reply that the case has been escalated but i think they have got the meaning of escalation totally wrong. I needed to add 1 license but i tried adding 5 licenses and we were still charged for it.

Hello!We need to automate installation of Adobe After Effects on Windows server.The main reason why we want to do this that we need to have quick way how to restore instance with AE in short time it case of it termination and avoid manual configuration that takes a lot of time .During AE installation there is nessesary manual step of loggin into Creative Cloud account for licensing. An employee left us a few days ago. In the Admin Console I removed the user & selected the option to transfer their content (Project files). I was able to download all of them which were sent in an email as several zip files (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html). However I am having issues with doing anything with these files. When I unzip the files they are all .PSDC and .AIC files. Photoshop and Illustrator does not recognize and will not open these files. The error message is: "Could not open “file-name.psdc” because cloud documents that have been exported as local files cannot be opened." I then found the article that said I needed to "Upload assets to your storage account" (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/upload-reclaimed-assets.html). Hi all!I purchased a six-month creative commons subscription using a student discount.  The purchase went through and Adobe tech support says they can see that I have an active plan associated with my adobe account but they kept trying to kick me to some sort of Admin Support (I don't have admin access so it denied me).  When I sign into the Creative Commons desktop app, under my user name it says "plan information unavailable." My school's tech support says they cannot make exceptions to the email firewall.Anyone got any ideas of a workaround so that my 6-month subscription is reflected in the desktop app? Thanks!

I want to be able to give department IT leads the ability to submit support cases to Adobe for issues such as egress errors when using SDL packages and installation errors on lab workstations in the departments.  What is the minimum role required that a department IT lead would require to be able to submit support cases tro Adobe from the console?  Or is there a way they can submit cases without going through the console?

My organization's Adobe Creative Cloud subscription renewed on August 9th.  We have seven (7) licenses.  After the renewal the administration page showed I had 7 (users) of 2 (licenses). Shortly thereafter five (5) users lost access to Creative Cloud.  Since then, the issue has degraded to 0 of 2, then 0 of 0.  Current status is none of my users have access to their Creative Cloud applications.  In an attempt to get users working I agreed to purchase addition licenses, and was billed for them, only for them to stop working within a day or two.  I did this action twice (purchased additional licenses) in an attempt to get my users working again.  This has been going on for well over a week at this point.Is anyone else have issues accessing their Creative Cloud apps due to licensing issue?Our Acrobat Pro licenses are working fine, only impact is with Creative Cloud licensing. 

We as Visteon has ETLA signed with Adobe and Adobe is for sure collecting usage information unless if the option is specifically disabled by users. Not many users do that.  We herewith request Adobe for usage report. Example: We want to know the no of days, duration the user has used the Adobe Application (Including Acrobat) in the last 3 months.  Adobe Competitors like Autodesk have made this report readily available in Admin Portal itself and Adobe being a big player in the market should start providing this in the Adobe Admin Portal for its customers.

We currently sync hundreds of files across four desktops so we can all work on INDD and image files as needed and back each other up when one person is out. Sync is going away? What is the set-up and workflow for a team doing brochure and document design in INDD with a thousand photos in our archives we need to access to place in the INDD files? Can't believe there's no guidance from Adobe on team workflows for shared documents and server. Must be so common for teams to be able to save to a central server where we can all access it. Scheduled an expert session. Had to laugh the Adobe Support website says they're happy to schedule a 60 minutes Expert Session with the account admin, but when you get to Calendly to book it, it's only a 30 minute session.
