Any new files that get uploaded to our creative cloud do not successfuly get uploaded/sync. This is anything from PDF's to photoshop files. The error is stating that the file owner is over their quota and when I check the user storage allotments, no one is close to hitting their quota. 

Without my knowledge, my school has continued my subscription to adobe creative cloud. After 3 months I noticed this on my bank account and when I wanted to cancel this (already given up on the amount of money I lost, because I know what kind of company adobe is.) I found out that an additional €145 is required to stop the membership! This is insane for a subscription that I never requested or even used.   Except for phone numbers, nothing useful can be found online to get any more information on this.   I would love to get in contact with someone from adobe in order to settle this, as this is an unjust cost, which comes at a most unwelcome time!

Hello, Using the Adobe API under the new oAuth model I am able to query user information. However, I am not able to create user accounts.  I am sending the JSON payload in this format but it looks like the API does not know how to handle this. I'm trying to understand how to overcome the issue with servers and InDesign server: "No. The font licensing isn't compatible with server installation. You will need to purchase the appropriate font license for any fonts that you want to install on your server from the font foundry directly or the foundry's authorized reseller."So if I buy Adobe Font licences for all my team, but we're using a server to do our work, do I need to buy custom licenses for every font we want to use? 

Hello, I have big trouble with CC proxy settings.What happens: I started a VPN and it changed some of the network settings that gave me troubles, but now I uninstalled it.All is back to normal EXCEPT CC!CC cant' connect to Internet anymore: I see a never ending blu circle spinning.With some tools I found it tries to connect to 10.149.x.x which is the proxy of the VPN I removed, but this proxy is not set anywhere now.I tried setting a different proxy in Internet Explorer and restarted CC: now it connects as expected, but when I remove the proxy from Internet Explorer settings again, CC still tries to connect to that proxy!!!Where is this stored??What can I do?!?Please help!

I work for a school district and my licenses are expired.  My account rep will not reply to me. I have called, opened several cases, chatted...nothing.  I'm only posting here with hopes that someone from Adobe will see and tell me what to do.  

I want to share my entire Lightroom library (all syned to Adobe Cloud) with multiple people in our company; I simply want a shared company LR library.  I converted from an individual plan to a Teams plan and purchased 2 "all apps" licenses.  Adobe sales is telling me that the libraary can be shared.  Adobe support is telling me that it can't be shared.  Support is telling me that the only way to share is to share individual albums.  Well, even in our small company, we have hundreds of albums in dozens of folders in a nice, clean hierarchy.  Sharing indidual folders isn't efficient or feassible.  I could share things 1 album at a time under my individual plan, so why pay a lot more of a collaborative business (Teams) plan? Can someone please help?  I have spent several frustrating hours on phone calls with Adobe getting absolutely nowhere.  There has to be a way to share the Lightroom library. It would be great if there was an option to allow notes for the Creative Cloud users.  Or even an optional field for departments.  When it comes time for billing in a large organization, it would make splitting the bill between departments much easier.

Hello,  I am a technical specialist and I assist clients in performing migrations from VIP->LGA on their Adobe Admin Console. The "Troubleshoot Bulk CSV Uploads" helpx guide includes documentation on how to resolve various errors, but sometimes after performing these migrations I get a "Not processed" error, where 0 users are migrated with zero insight as to why, and nothing within the Adobe documentation I have found explains this occurrence. If there is a guide that explains this issue, please let me know.  If I had to guess, I would suspect that the enterprise-type console throws an error when it sees Adobe IDs (which a lot of my clients are still utilizing) as opposed to Business IDs. But if this is not true, then I am completely baffled why some migrations I perform succeed without issue, and some fail for seemingly no reason.  

Hello,I am experiencing an issue while downloading Lightroom Classic 12.3 via our internal Update server. As soon as I click on "Install" the error 403 appears.We set up the internal server about 2 years ago and it worked perfectly fine. Since the latest updates were downloaded via AUSST this issue appears. I even tried to download the updates again but nothing changed.We are able to install all CC Products and even Lightroom Classic 11.5 but if we try to update or freshly install Lightroom Classic 12.3 the error appears without starting the download. The solution from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error403 won't change anything. I logged out from Adobe CC and even uninstalled the whole application -> same issue. It also appears on different computers.

Fresh installed windows 10 creating the following error when running installer for adobe creative cloud: The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose "OK" to download the installer that matches your windows. Error Code: 717. Pressing OK and downloading the suggested installer also return the error 717.

I noticed in my Admin Console under Products and Licenses that for Adobe Illustrator I have 2 quantities. I believe this needs to be corrected because I only require 1 quantity. Can I cancel 1 Adobe Illustrator quantity?

Hi there, I have an Enterprise Adobe CC account and after creating a new library folder and adding assets into this, the folder will not sync. I only noticed this issue because when sharing the link to the folder to my colleagues, they told me the folder appeared empty. Have attached a screenshot of the issue.Any/all ideas welcome, i recognise it could just be a problem Adobe side but would be good to get this confirmed so they can fix if so? 

I own a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription that I use regularly between a desktop and a notebook. Rarely I need to use the software on a third machine. However, I need to use Adobe Acrobat daily on that third computer. What is happening now is that I need to constantly logoff/logon and deactivate one of the licenses, just because of my need to use Acrobat on one of the machines. I'm thinking about getting an Adobe Acrobat license for the third machine.  My question is this: when I will login on the third machine with the intent of using just Acrobat, if I assign an Acrobat license to my AdobeID, will "Adobe license server" apply my Acrobat license? Or my Creative Cloud license? I'm thinking I can create a different AdobeID just for Acrobat. However, on my phone I use Adobe Account Access app and also Adobe Scan. I'm worried that this will all become a mess even worse that just having to logon/logoff from one of the3 computers as I have now. Can anyone provide me

I previously bought 3 full adobe creative licenses from a reseller but now they have expired.I accidentally added 3 licenses to my profile( VIP) from the adobe site. How do I delete them from my profile?they have been added but cannot be used because they are still to be paid and I don't want to pay them.Thank you
