Hola, Estoy dada de alta en Adobe profesional y tengo una empresa. ¿Seria conveniente cambiar a adobe empresas para dar de alta a mis empleados? Gracias 

        I have had an adobe account connected to my school email for a while and I won't be attending the collage anymore so I'd like to cancel my plan, but after days of looking I have found no way of canceling the plan or manage the payment. I've gone through their help center page that explains how you both manage your plan and update credit cards details, but both advise I press the Manage Plan button within the Plans tab but I don't have one to begin with. When I go to the Contact Us option it advise's I contact my administration for help.   I don't know what they mean by contacting my administrator. I bought the student plan (It's been a while so i'm not exactly sure which plan it was) when I was starting collage.   Within my profile it states I have the Adobe for Enterprise plan. Again, I do use a school email for this account.   Maybe i'm just missing something that's obvious, if anyone could help me that would be amazing.

Hey, I was just trying to uninstall adobe products since they were provided with my school and I am graduating soon. When I tried to uninstall using the windows apps and features, I need to sign in. This is unacceptable. Imagine what will happen if my account is deleted before I get the chance to uninstall. I will be stuck with adobe products in my computer and may need to reset my computer to fix this. Please make it so that I do not have to log in to uninstall the software. Thanks.

I am the admin on a company account and everything is paid for monthly and has worked perfectly for 16 years. But ever since I got an email about the updated the Admin Console nothing seems to work in the Adobe account anymore.For one thing, now I have two log in options--company or personal--where before I only had one—the company log in.Adobe seems to have divided me into two accounts, one where I can use the apps but have no libraries or files (years of company library content) and one where I have the libraries but no access to the creative suite applications...I have called customer service, they put me on hold for ages then said they would call back with a solution but still haven’t contacted me.How do I reset my account so it goes back to what it was before, ie functional?I have deadlines to meet and not being able to use my account is causing a lot of trouble for me and my work collegues...Any help would be very appreciated!Thank you so much!

Does Adobe have a plan that includes 10 different computers to download their apps on? Thank you for your time.  

We have Creative Cloud Licenses through a vendor and we are required to bid this out every so many years.  If a different vendor is awarded the contract can we keep our VIP#?  

I want to understand how the team license works. Does it mean i can pay for one and assign the license to more than one computer in my team?

I just was checking my bank account statements, and I see that I am being charged a monthly fee from Adobe for $33.38 (for the last 10 months). I am super frustrated because I have a work account, which covers the cost, and yet I'm being charged (personally). My work IT people assured me several months ago that this had been fixed....but clearly it's not.  Do you know whom I can talk to? I need to get Adobe to stop charging me (and preferably reimburse me for the last 10 months). Thanks for any help. 

HiI'm building a lab image with the full CC package on it and installs all ok however wodering if there is a way to have all application as desktop shortcuts for all users. Currently for some reason only has Ligjtroom Classic as a shortcutthanks

Hi all,We run the Creative Cloud suite across many PCs in a College and with the latest CC app update which auto updates on PCs to run the CC software, if the user does not sign in to the Creative Cloud app the sign in window keeps forcing itself open. We have narrowed this down to be every 10 mins if the user does not sign in. Many PCs are shared devices and not all users, especially in our libraries, want or need to sign in to the CC but the constant pop up is causing a lot of upset, especially with regard to our lecturers when trying to display content from another app in clsses. This did not happen with the previous version.The previous running version was 5.9.1.377 did not have this issue. Any updates to version 5.10.0.573 cause this issue.Windows 10 22H2 19045.2364.End result would be to not have the CC app force the sign in window if noboby signs in as it used to be. Users would close the box and it would not pop up again.

Hi all, I have access to create packages with the Adobe admin console. While creating the package, this includes the license file along with whatever applications I have selected. While downloading on a Mac that has previously had Adobe on it (I ran the CC cleaner and deleted all files I could find), whenever I sign in I get told my subscription has expired and it gives me plan options. This is while downloading the package with an SDL. I've signed into multiple different accounts with the same issue. I have also run the license activation tool and still no luck

I have a full Adobe CC licenceI am trying to create a  package from the Adobe Admin centre to deploy Acrobat Pro.But every time I try I cannot get past "Creative Cloud Installer: Installation Failed. Good day. We are a federal subcontractor and when we use cloud services, they must be ITAR and FedRAMP compliant. When we open Adobe Pro and we see saved documents, are any documents saved to the cloud? If so, where is the physical location of the cloud? USA?  Thank You

Can anyone help me troubleshoot an issue with a Magento plugin? I'm trying to run a function after an item is added to cart, and I've added a plugin for the type Magento\Checkout\Model\Cart in my di.xml file. In the plugin file, I've created a function named afterAddToCart() that should run after the addToCart() function, but when I enable the plugin and try to add an item to the cart, the page refreshes and the plugin doesn't work.I've also tried using an observer and have attempted to observe the events checkout_cart_add_product_complete, checkout_cart_product_add_after, checkout_cart_save_before, and checkout_cart_save_after, but each time I add an item to the cart, the page refreshes and the observer doesn't work either. Hello everyone! I downloaded the Creative Cloud All Apps Free trial (Teams plan). I never installed the free trial and now I have 12 days left but I want to cancel it so I dont get charged (my credit card is already registered). However, I do not see the Edit Bill and Payment or Manage Plan option. On my admin. console is says that the status of the product is active, what should I do?      ("Teams" added to subect for clarity)  

I can't cancel renewal subscription on adminconsole.adobe.comThere is infomtation to contact support Adobe but when I open chat i enter 'cancel plan' confirm question 'You want to cancel your plan. Is that right?' and nothing happend more in chat. How can i cancel subscirption??

I want to do the update using SCCM Configuration Manager or through Adobe Admin Console by creating a package and use it to deploy through SCCM. Update version will be from v23.0.0 to v23.2 (2021-2022)Posting the Q to find out how people have done their update and their experience with some tips or short notes to follow.I am going to do google search as well. My Adobe account is hosted through my company and today we switched from an old license (meant for the creative team only) to a company-wide licensed account. I was prompted to log in as usual, and selected the new license at the login screen. Shortly after this, my team realized we no longer had access to our CC Libraries, despite not changing our account name, email or passwords. When logging out, the option to log back into the old license wasn't available. We're now missing a massive CC Library and didn't realize we wouldn't have access since our account information stayed the same. How can I get back into the old license so I can download our CC Libraries? When I go to log in, there's no option other than my company profile and personal (which is empty and I believe a default option).

I would like to migrate my users from organization A to another organization B.I might have the term wrong, but I'm using the word organization here because that's what appear on the drop down in my admin console on the top right corner. I'm the admin on both organizations. All users ID type is Business ID. Org A - has VIP membershipOrg B - has VIP Select membership Questions:Reading on the automated asset migration, this only apply for cases from Adobe ID to Enterprise account, am I right? Please correct me if I'm wrong here - what I want to do is to migrate from Business ID to Business ID?From what I can see so far, the only way is to bulk remove users from Org A and then add them in bulk to Org B. Is there an alternative method to do this?My other concern is on the assest - namely the files in their Document Cloud. How to migrate the users' asset to the new Org B? Appreaciate any help.
