I would love to see the desktop version of Creative Cloud optimized for the desktop. Here's a good example of what I mean: lists of horizontally arranged menu items could open automatically as you roll over them and then stay open as you mouse downward to choose the item in the vertical list - like the top menu bar in Mac OS - instead of every, single, thing, being, a, single, click, to open and choose anything. It's just so slow and feels like backwards steps on the desktop - like I'm trudging through sucking mud to move forward. The feeling is similar to when I work with web versions of apps: it's like working on Dropbox's browser interface vs. working in the Mac OS Finder. I'm sure it's easier for Adobe to make all versions the same, but a desktop is not an iPad, so interaction can be different, i.e. desktops allow for rollovers and iPads don't, so why not take advantage of that to make the desktop version the best it can be. Lots of professionals use desktop systems and efficiency
If the Marathi language is not responding to your app and you do not have the Marathi font, then I think Adobe should work on this because it will be easier for a Marathi person to handle it. I hope you will do something about this soon, your Adobe member.
The requirement to sign out and sign in every time I work from a different computer is really annoying. I take photos for my business and depending on the time of day, need to edit them from my laptop, my office PC, my home PC, or a PC in our school's theater where the photos are taken. I often end up using all four PC's in the same day, and each time I need to switch PC's I have to (1) sign into creative cloud, (2) enter the digits of my cell phone, (3) wait for the 2FA text and enter that code, (4) enter my password, and (5) select another device to sign out of. What makes these even worse is that the sign-in is all or nothing; if I want to use Lightroom on one PC and Acrobat on another PC in the same day, under the same license, I need to sign in/out of the entire suite of software. I am the ONLY person who ever uses my account, and find this to be a completely unneccesary and time-wasting hassle. If Adobe knows which other devices are in use, why can't
This is less a "bug" than a willful slap in the face to paying customers. It 's very common for someone to have an employer-provided subscription to some products (like CC), and then to pay for another personally, (like Captivate). When that happens, Adobe forces you to have two separate profiles, and it's impossible to use apps from both of the subscriptions at the same time. You have to log out of one profile (which disables the the apps in that one), and then log into the other (with multi-factor authentication, no less), if you need to use the apps under that subscription. Adobe refuses to remedy this. It's a disgraceful and shoddy way to treat its customers; there's no reason why they can't just make them separate accounts that work on the same comptuer. Instead, they tell you to convince your employer to pay for all your products--which clearly is an attempt to get more revenue from bulk subscriptions. It's shameful.
Hello everyone, today I created an Adobe Homework app idea that could be great.Application logic: A professional application for creating designs like posters, brochures, assignments, banners. I think Adobe Homework would be a great application if these features were included: Font Detection: With this feature, when you select text in an image using a special box, AI or an API will detect the font, allowing the user to easily edit the text in the image. Reducing Object Resolution: To prevent an object in an image design from being easily visible, simply click on the added object and select "Reduce resolution" to change the resolution as desired, making it harder to distinguish. Pre-made Patterns/Templates: Those in a hurry can save time by using pre-made patterns or templates.Interactive Designs: If objects in the design are allowed to be buttons or text boxes in the Edit section, the user can interact with the text boxes and buttons there in the "Try" section.
More than once, I've had to click a shortcut to launch an Adobe App using the Shortcuts on the Creative Cloud Desktop. I think good UX Design should be applied an provide feedback that the application is working on the process to launch the selected app instead of me having to wait a long time to see if the app was actually started.
In the CC Desktop app, when going to Updates, there should be a link to the "whats new" release notes so that users can make a more informed decision on whether to update or not. For example, if Photoshop has an update, over and above the internal link "View more...", it would be helpful to have a link to the full webpage:https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/whats-new.html
It would be useful to have a search tool to selecte inactive users at the storage section of the Admin Console. Otherwise an endless list of users is displayed where is impossible to select a specific user. Without this tool is useless to keep stored the files folders of the old users because is imposible to locate them.
Hi! 🙂In Express it is possible, with one Apple keyboard, with command + or command - zoom to change the view of the files on the screen. Why doesn't it work in the Creative Cloud app in teh "files" folder? Do we necessarily have to enter the image and manually click on + - at the bottm right or have I not yet found the solution that already exists? Thank you very much! 🙂
Much like every other program ever on Windows, add a right-click menu to the system tray icon to allow Creative Cloud to be completely exited.
Would like to export an Excel sheet that lists fonts, product profiles, and the users assigned to each font separately for Custom font product. Would also like to export the list for custom font with each product profile permission settiings (that which font are enabled or disabled)
It was a bad choice to make them all the same colour from the beginning, and it's gone on long enough. I'd just like to be able to see what the app is at a glance. It's not branding, it just sucks.
In the Fonts section of the Creative Cloud app, please add: search function so I don't have to scroll through the list of fonts to find a specific oneoption to collapse all font menus (so that just the family name is visible; would love if this was the default view as well)option to sort by whether the family / font is installed locally or not (I've got to scroll and click through my list of thousands of fonts to make sure all are installed on my system, why?)option to "Install all font families" (again, I've got to go through the list do this for each family individually, why?) Thanks in advance,Jo
I use Google drive to upload files to send to clients. I thought as I'm paying for Adobe cloud why not use that instead. Little did I know that you can't do that. Why not allow people to drag and drop a file into a folder and then let them send a link to the client to download. Very simple. i never use Adobe cloud. I understand it's so you can work on projects remotely. Well that's fun when you've got a massive Premiere Pro project with all the assets and you want to work on it on the side of the mountain and your internet speed is dire. 40 years later and you managed to put in a dissolve. Anyway, please think about what I've said. I pay for your space but never use it, because it doesn't work for me in the way you've set it up.
Hello! I would love, love, LOVE to be able to filter and sort files in my Adobe libraries by what kind of license they have: Licensed (from Adobe Stock), Unlicensed (also from Adobe Stock), or Non-Stock (anything else). We can already do this in the Stock site's library, but not in the CC Desktop App library, or the CC online equivalent library, or in Bridge. But sadly the Stock site doesn't let us move licensed images from one library or group to another - at least, not easily enough that I'd have found it within the last few years. In other words, I would love to have one designated place I can access and manage my Adobe Stock library in detail. Currently different important features are split across several different places - the Stock site, the CC central hub app (whether desktop or online), and Bridge. But if I could do all those features at once in just one software/site/program? Oh, I'd swoon. Here's some screenshots to illustrate what I mean. CC DesktopHere's the
Hi, I noticed that after the last update of Creative Cloud (CC), it is not possible to know the remaining generative credits from the application itself. After the last updates of Photoshop and Illustrator, it is possible to know from the applications themselves, which is appreciated. The problem, at least for me, is the fact that the CC application, sends you to open the browser, through a link, to know the remaining credits. I liked it better as it was before and, in my opinion, it is a small step backwards. Greetings!
Hello! I'm working on building out a video asset library in CC and I noticed I cannot import '.prtextstyle' file types. Is that something that will be added in the future? It'd be awesome to be able to save those in CC so they are easily accessible from project to project or for when we work with contractors. Thanks so much!
We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. Error code: 12013.
Would love to be able to click on multiple images and move or delete them. Currently, you have to right-click on every image you want to move and move them one by one. In my case, I have made a massive library for a project which is so large that I can't find what I'm looking for. I made, and am moving them into smaller libraries organized by topic. It would be nice to be able to click on the little boxes in each picture thumbnail, and then move them to a new library all at once.
I love that I could export MOGRTs directly to a CC Library to share with multiple Adobe users. Would be great if I could also add Premiere Presets to that CC Library, so that editors can have all their presets and MOGRT options in one place in Premiere.
(This is actually primarily a Adobe website issue, but there is no place to make those requests. So this is the closest.)There are significant annoyances on the Adobe Help website where a popup comes up if we are not in the USA region. There is some information available in forums for changing our region, but it doesn't always work. Changing website region, option 1This is a common option:change your country on adobe.com, https://www.adobe.com/international/selector/ But this page does not tell us what region it is currently set to.So we have no way of confirming if any change has stuck, or indeed what region Adobe thinks we are set to.Changing website region, option 2On many pages there is a link at the bottom like this:Clicking on that gives a large popup with a list of countries we can select. However, neither the link at the bottom, nor the popup give ANY indication of what region is actually currently set. It also appears that in ord
Dear Adobe Creative Cloud Team, I am writing to suggest a feature enhancement for the Creative Cloud desktop application to improve the user experience for individuals who frequently work with multiple Adobe accounts or profiles. Problem:Currently, the Creative Cloud application requires users to fully sign out of one account before signing in to another. This is a time-consuming and disruptive process, especially for users who need to switch between accounts multiple times during a workflow. This process interrupts work and can be frustrating. Proposed Solution:I propose implementing a "Switch Profile" or "Account Switcher" feature within the Creative Cloud desktop application. This feature would allow users to:Save and store multiple Adobe account credentials within the application.Quickly switch between these saved accounts without the need to fully sign out and sign back in.Potentially, offer an option to have multiple profiles logged in simultaneously (if technicall
This has got to be a common problem. I have a personal Photohop/Illustrator account that I use at work for work, and at home for fun. While at work I also need access to Acrobat Pro to edit PDFs which is provided by my employer. It's a real gargantuan pain to have to completely close Photoshop to work with Acrobat and vice versa. Please fix this. As the Acrobat situation is likely the most common app this happens with, maybe just start with allowing that application to login to Adobe indepentent of the Creative Cloud Desktop.
Hope this is the right place to ask? If not, who should I ask?Until recently the Creative Cloud app and downloader used to have an option in the preferences to set the amount of internet bandwidth the app used while downloading. It’s gone. At least in my case when CC is downloading app updates my mac slows to a halt for any other internet activity. Can we have that back please?
