In the Creative Cloud desktop app, why is the "manage updates" screen now hidden behind a contextual button that only appears when an installed app has detected an available update? Bad user experience.

We use Adobe at our nonprofit organization and need to provide the invoices to our finance department. It would be really helpful to receive these automatically via email, so I don't need to take the time to log in and download them/email them manually every month.

I just got back from holiday, loaded up my work machine only to find I now had two versions of every single Adobe program installed, the old 2024 and new 2025 versions. I've never used Auto-Update so this has never been an issue, but had enabled this some time before going on leave. I had a look through settings to find the 'Remove previous version' button only to find that I had to do it separately for each program.Having that option separated for each program is obviously a necessary function for people who need an older version of a select number of programs, however I think it would also be good to have a button somewhere that enables 'Remove previous version' for all programs for when that isn't required. Just a thought.

Many of us have machines at our office, our own machine at home, and a laptop for when we are in the field. Please consider allowing three machines for installs rather than two. This would alleviate the stress of  heading out to the field for a few days and having to remember to deactivate one of my other machines to update my files and apps on the laptop before I go. The hotel wifi where I often find myself are not sufficient to download the large media files I need when updating folders. It can take hours. I'm sure there are other creative ways to verify that I am not sharing my license besides the two machine limit. Thanks!

Surely I can't be the only one who shakes their head a bit anytime they open up the CC Desktop app? There was a time when it was fairly useful, and looked as if it were made for the professional customers Adobe depends on. Not today:It'd be one thing to have the Home and Apps screens set up as they are now if we still had the option to customize it. But there's no way around it, leaving us stuck with a cluttered interface crammed with the equivalent of in-game advertising, despite paying for the privelage via our monthly/year subscriptions.

Allow administrators to see the names of devices where a user has activated Adobe products.

Sync Settings was such a great feature, I really don't understand why it has gone, it makes sense to have it considering Creative Cloud is a subscription based software which allows you to use your license on any computer.  I've recently had issue with my MacBook at work so I have been given a temporary one to use, if we had Sync Settings available I would easily be able to continue working without much disruption to my day but now it has gone I'm having to setup each Adobe progam with my user settings. I did use the export user settings via Illustrator and Indesign but the when I try to import the settings I get an error message, 'Settings in the file do not match the current locale. Settings were not imported.' This isn't helpful so I now I have to set them up manually, which is such a waste of time! 

We have lately purchased Adobe for our company. So far I had all my files on my desktop in seperate folders according to the manufacturer we are working with. Lately I uploaded all my files to Creative Cloud so my colleague is able to access to it when he needs to check some data so I shared ONE big folder with him and put all the manufacturers' name in seperate folders. These separate folders have subfolders and even those sometimes have subfolders. My problem is that when I open the Creative Cloud app all these folders and subfolders are opened on the left bar, creating a looong list. If I want to look for a manufacturer I either need to scroll down or close every single folder one by one. It is really hard to stay organized! I am working on Windows platform for many years, we can call that "I'm not used to it" but let's admit this is not ordinary. I suggest a flex plan for the "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" plan.  I assume the majority of subscribers use only a handful of the included apps.  How many of those creatives feel they are wasting money on apps they will never use?  A quick YouTube search of "Adobe alternatives" yields a large number of results because the perceived value of a Creative Cloud subscription is not at the level it could be. I believe a flex plan that allows customization of what is included in the plan would boost overall subscription sales for Adobe.  In addition, this type of plan would allow Adobe to craft a much more powerful marketing message.  Rather than "Get 20+ creative apps", the message becomes "Get exactly what you need to maximize your true potential." I believe a "credit" system would provide the basis for a great subscription plan.The numbers I have provided below are illustrative only.  How this would work:While multiple levels or packages

I urgently want an option like Federated ID / authentication via Microsoft Azure or Entra. There is a corresponding solution for Creative Cloud for Business. However, this is not available for offices with fewer than 50 users.It would be much more convenient for our users if they could simply log in with their credentials from the Microsoft environment to use their Adobe products.

We have a rather large tenancy. Currently, if we need to add an admin role for an user, we must do it on a per case basis. If we had a group, with all admin users in this group, then add an admin role to the group, this will cut down admin overhead and automate this procedure. As a sync currently runs from the Azure AD to Adobe, any new admin user will be automatically added into the group and assigned a role.

Hello Adobe and fellow community members, I have been an Adobe System Admin for several years and I believe the Admin Console and the Creative Cloud Desktop App still have a lot of opportunites for improvement to meet large enterprise needs. Kind Greetings, I realize this may have been proposed already, however I could not locate a thread on it: My request is: Please add ability to open or hide all font families in Adobe CC - Adobe Fonts. Similar to the layers control click, used to hide or view all layers in InDesign; or a pulldown. Whenever I open Adobe fonts, all families are expanded by default. I'd also like them to be closed by default, which is better for my workflow. Thank you!

Right Click > Close should be an option on the apps. Similar to how all other programs behave in Windows.

Currently, Adobe's SSO mechanisms do not allow you to customize which IdP attributes map to which Adobe profile fields. You are restricted to using the "default" attributes dictated by Adobe: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/automatic-account-creation.html#attribute-mappings Adobe support states that the attribute release should be handled/customized on the IdP end and that this feature is not offered by Adobe.  In a lot of SAML and LTI implementations, it is against best practice to override standard attributes with new values on the IdP end. Instead, you are able to release additional custom attributes, and the SP or Tool Provider (Adobe, in this case) should be able to map those to Adobe's profile fields. For example - the Canvas LMS, does not allow you to override attributes at all. You can only add new attributes per-tool, that are prefixed with "custom_". This causes an issue with Canvas, specifically, because Canvas allows users to change their defaul

Could a search option be available for the individual's My library assets?  Yes, I could create many categories, but it could be valuable to search assets selected for use later.It saves time, especially if the My Library category has many assets. 

In preparing for the Adobe Creative Cloud synced files deprecation, we discovered that out of our thousands of Adobe users, all of their storage is combined into one storage report versus a report that is broken down to see how many of our users are actually using synced file storage and thus are affected by this change. Due to this lack of granular reporting, we are unable to communicate directly with the affected users who are using creative cloud synced files, and we are forced to communicate to all users and this has led to a lot of confusion. Please add a separeate dedicated report in the Adobe admin center that shows which of our Adobe users are using Creative Cloud Synced file storage, and how much storage they are consuming so that we can communicate directly to those affected by this feature deprecation.

May I request that Shared Device K12 Creative Cloud Licenses be allowed to use GenAI please?My students and teachers are unable to learn or experience this despite having access to the full suite.

Is there any reason Adobe can't add a warning to the login page that they're blocking you due to VPN usage?  We use a VPN for almost everything and a few companies including Adobe just reject logins, but fail to give any type of warning.  I don't care to discuss VPNs, I would just appreciate a little warning as sitting there for 20 minutes trying to guess why it isn't working is unnecessary.  If I hadn't tried a different browser on a different machine we never would have known and been submitting tickets, wasting time etc.  I know, they couldn't care less but posting for anyone else having an issue.  

Hi, Recently I found that Adobe Creative Cloud does not respect the "Low Data Mode" network setting and downloads gigabytes of data through the background processes, which is very frustrating when travelling between countries and using a international roaming for network usage. The problem persists even when I choose to quit the Creative Cloud from the menu in the top right corner. The only way to actually kill all the processes I found was to use the following in the terminal: sudo pkill -9 -f Adobe It asks you for your password and then kills all the processes that mention Adobe in the name (be aware that it will kill any open Adobe applications as well). Only after that, my laptop stopped downloading things. Is there any other way to prevent these unexpected downloads? Is there a setting or a workaround to temporarily turn off the data usage? Ideally Adobe should respect the network setting by default, but while we wait for a fix, maybe there are o

This has been an forever issue and still nothing changed for years ever since language option moved to account settings. You've already setup user account sync what's so hard to include user language preference with the account data? Where's our subscribscription payment the company spent on exactly? Nobody would want to remember to check and set to the right language first EVERY TIME they setup creative cloud on a new machine. And people always only find out after new installation done and had to remove and change language preference and re-install apps again. Is there any actual Product Manager here on the forum or all your service here just letting users cover eachother?

Evey year, when it is time to renew our Adobe Service for our School, I have to jump through hoops contacting support to find out who our new "Accoutn Manager" is, because it always changes.  And apparantly, the only way to get a renewal quote or invoice for the upcoming renewal is for the Account Manager to initiate that themselves. I would be WAAAAAY easier if we could do this through the Admin Console, or at the very least if there was a spot that lived in teh Admin Console that would always show us our current Accoutn Manager name and email address, so we know who to reach out to so we can request the renewal quote/invoice. Please make this happen! It would make everyones life so much easier!

Perhaps a nice addition would be the posibillity to fully customize the interface. (Like virtually all the other apps). So tired of this useless but unremovable clutter that treats you like an absolute beginner. Discover this, Get Started that... NO. I've been using Adobe software for over 25 years now, I think I kinda know where to go... Perhaps a "Beginner" and an "Advanced" mode would be helpfull.
