Feature Requests

I have Creative Cloud provided by my employer, I do not have 2 creative cloud subscriptions. I do not understand the logic behind forcing every creative cloud user to choose "personal" or "company" login each time they login. I have to login at least 3-5 times to finally access my creative cloud subscription. Even simple things like browsing behance turns into a 15 minute process just to login. I understand SOME people have 2 subscriptions and want to keep work and business separate, but I doubt that is the majority of us and it is a huge time waster for me.
when released date exactly for adobe research like Project Music GenAI Control and i need request photoshop for audio or add feature on firefly name " rewrite or redub text edit for video or audio"
Почему адобе фотошоп и ыреско существуют только для айпад версий, но их совершенно нет для андроид плвншетов. Я например пользователь планшета самсунг и не могу пользоваться этими програмами
I needed to make a GIF from a portion of a video I made and wanted to use the "Convert to GIF" feature of Adobe Express (since, let's be honest, making GIFs is terrible in Premiere or Photoshop). When I dragged my video to the UI, I got an error message, "Video is longer than 1 minute. Please try a shorter video." This makes the function, that I was really excited to use, far less appealing. This would be a much more useful tool if, after uploading the video, you were presented with an option to pick which range os frames you'd like to use for the GIF. It's fine if that range needs to be under a minute, but you really should be able to pick what will be in the final GIF. It seems crazy to not let you use the tool at all if your video is over a minute.
I ave many clients with adobe accounts and want to toggle back and forth when working.
I like this feature that when After Effects renders, it sends a notification to my phone. I would like to know when Creative Cloud will be back because I really like this feature. It saves me from having to sit in front of my computer. I can do something to make it render and it will send a notification to my phone. Please bring it back to my phone.
I work as freelancer with agencies and solo. I have my own account, but also use agency CC with my agency email login. Please make it so switched between accounts is easy like we can with Microsoft accounts. Unless there is already a way to manage this, instead if logging out of one and logging back in with the other - wasting precious time.
Adobe Creative already provides us with 100gb of cloud storage, The Adobe Creative app can use that cloud for storing application preferences, shortcuts, workspaces, and other saved templates and presets.I know that I could do it manually, but having auto-sync would be great. Every time I forget to export preferences and shortcuts before re-installing my Windows...
Please add the ability to reconnect the online document with the on-board document when they get disconnected. They get disconnected quite often. I imagine this would be accomplished by giving the original file an ID number or file path that can be entered in an online field to make the connection, or something to that effect.Disconnecting causes the client to loose the ability to review Resolved comments. It causes unnecessary friction and frustration in the proofing process that reflects poorly on us. Adding the ability to connect files to exising links can also offer new functionality by allowing file versions with iterative naming to be shared seemlessly with one link.
Problem Statement Currently, on MacOS, Adobe Creative Cloud applications (such as Adobe Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) create and store application preferences in subdirectories inside: ~/Documents/Adobe/ For example:~/Documents/Adobe/Adobe Media Encoder~/Documents/Adobe After Effects 2025~/Documents/Photoshop Cloud Associates~/Documents/Lumetri This is problematic for several reasons related to both MacOS platform conventions and user workflow. 1. Violation of MacOS Best Practices According to Apple’s MacOS Human Interface Guidelines:The ~/Document directory is for user’s personal documents. The ~/Library directory is for containing application settings, preferences, and other system resources that are specific to the user. Should not contain user data. Check the Apple's Library Directory guidelines. In general the Unix-based system principles, user configuration and application support files should not be stored in the Documents folde
If the user is on a metered connection, automatically disable updates to the Creative Cloud Desktop app and the individual Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Autoupdate is usually fine, but if the user is on a hotspot or metered network (e.g., working from home), the user probably wants to delay updating until they are on an unlimited connection. Yes, the user could turn off Autoupdate or prevent CC Desktop from booting at launch, but that shouldn't be necessary. Apps like OneDrive and Outlook disable updating by default on metered networks, prompting the user to actively enable updates. It would be great if CC Desktop worked the same way. (see this post from user marcoiosif with the same issue)
Hi Adobe Team, I’m reaching out to propose a practical and user-driven enhancement to the Creative Cloud pricing model: on-demand access. While the subscription model works for full-time professionals, many users — hobbyists, students, freelancers, occasional editors — only need Adobe tools intermittently. Right now, they face two options: overpay for unused time or turn to pirated versions. Here’s a better way:Introduce a flexible, usage-based pricing model alongside subscriptions:• $5/hour for quick edits• $12/day for project work• $30/week for short creative sprints• Prepaid credit packs for flexible usage*example prices This gives users control over how and when they pay, without locking them into a recurring commitment. Why it matters:• Reduces software piracy by making access affordable and legitimate• Expands your reach into previously untapped markets• Builds loyalty and goodwill among casual users• Generates new revenue without undercutting subscriptio
Is there any reason why you guys would keep updating to the point where my system is incompatible, and not have the option to download older versions of After Effects that actually work? smh what a stress this has caused.
My system was deprecated by Apple a year and a half after I bought it new in 2019 (on clearance from the Apple store). When the AVX2 extensions came out for Intel processors the Adobe team decided to abandon customers with a lot of investment in hardware. My machine's got 24 threads and 128gb of RAM and I get notices that the new versions of the software are "Not Compatible." I know this. I've got a PC that is compatible with the fastest processor I could buy at the time. My Mac still shows all of these notices. The PointIt would awesome if there was a way to "hide incompatible updates." Maybe when a person starts an Adobe account on an old computer you can let them know that they're a pariah on the gods of tech for not trusting Apple then. As for the rest of us, the ones who would not pay $7k for a base rack mount system that was almost comparable to the system we just bought, we don't need to know that Apple doesn't support us.We also don't need to know that Adobe developer's hav
Currently, all administrators get billing emails. Our accountant should not be an admin on our account - following the basic security principle of "least access."Please allow a way to add a billing email that is not an administrator.
Adding to the user export log would be helpful for auditing purposes. Logins are also missing in the audit log if no other activity is performed. Thank you.
Please can we have a simple process to switch accounts. ie: I have a work and personal account for AdobeCC on one computer. This is a simle process for other major software companies (eg: Google, MS), and an absolute requirement in the era of digital nomads, and working from home post-COVID. Loooooong overdue feature.
Currently, we manage our users in two different consoles because we have two different license agreements—one for staff and one for education. For staff, we federate them and then assign a staff license. For K12 users, we add them manually as an adobe account and then assign a license from the K12. It would be much easier if we could federate all users under one domain and, when selecting a product, have an option to assign a license from the correct contract (staff or education). so the option to add is after clicking on add a product you get a list of licenses and then choose the right one. not sure how many have the same issue as we have but hopefully it will bre implemented in future updates
It would be really nice if Adobe had a way that users could list out EXACTLY what they spent every one of their generative credits on. I'm down to only a little over 200 generative credits, and I know that I have only generated about half of the images that I would have needed to in order to burn through that many credits. When I ask Adobe support, they just tell me :We don't have the ability ti see where all of the credits were spent on on a credit by credit basis. Yep I know. Hence my post.
For a Better editing of folders and files in https://www.adobe.com/files I would suggest to have more Explorer/Finder like Options, e.g. show Folders on Top and then files, drag & drop Files into folders, copy files into Folders (or have a pointer to the Original File so that there is no Storage issue), Quick Search bar (input the first letters of a file and they appear as result...), show more details for the files like Date, Filetype, length (for videos, etc.) etc. and sort them, Treview for better Organization of the Files and Folders, colorcoding Files and Folders, etc.
We need Android versions of the apps for which you currently provide only iOS versions, such as Photoshop and Illustrator. I do not understand, and it makes no sense, why you would not have provided equivalent resourses to the sector of the CC community using the Android platform. Makes a paying customer feel like a "second-class citizen." When may we expect this to be added?
Hello Ideas Central,Our organisation is an Adobe customer. In IT we're users/operators of the Adobe Admin Console. It's clear to me that Adobe has no real method to provide users with notifications of changes to the systems and it's products. It would be useful if knowledgebase articles relating to assigned roles within the Admin Console were circulated to 'named users' of the console. For example, A new version of Adobe Photoshop 2025 has just come out. A notification email linking to your product resources should be sent to users with the 'Deployment' role.Another example, "we have now included the creation of flat packages for macOS to allow installations onto macOS Sequoia". There is an article that I was directed to as part of a support case I had open. The article was published within Adobe's resources late April 2024 and I had no idea this had changed. Why bother taking the time to produce resources if you're going to cast them into the void, with the only way of locating them a few
For the people who find GenAI tools buggy or cumbersome, and know the difference between AI via algorithms like object select etc., it might be nice to have a version of the Adobe subscription without Generative AI credits or features/tools - at a discount. The energy cost is a factor, but also, GenAI is reportedly still largely unprofitable in most cases based on the cost of energy and cooling required for processing and training. And that's likely a factor in justifying our subscriptions continuing to hike up in price (it's not like we don't get a cost breakdown to see what money is going where). If you're a user not into the GenAI features, especially for ethical reasons, why should you shoulder some of that cost for others? I'm all for mutually beneficial things like debugging, but again - for ethical design reasons. And if you aren't using the features, your files should definitely be automatically opted out from any model training, in case they try to put that int
I work for a government entity and I would like the ability to display my LGA console licenses via a PowerBI dashboard. My goal is to allow agencies/offices to view their license assignments without giving them console access. I'm looking at LGA account apps like Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. And the agencies groups area already being assigned in the LGA console when we assign a license so I'm just wanting to display this information.
