Please add the ability to crop a video on two opposite sides simultaneously when holding a key. Currently, in Premiere Pro, the Crop effect allows adjusting only one side at a time or all four sides at once.
We are broadcasting films with subtitles by embedding them and sometimes we need to embed subtitles in more than one language if the original language is other than English. But premiere doesn't recognize two subtitles on the screen at the same time. If one is active, the other subtitle track becomes passive automatically. For example if we are working on a video, let's say in Japanese, we need to add Turkish and English subtitles on the screen which must be seen at the same time. But it is impossible unless we turn them into graphichs. And sometimes we are supposed to arrange in and out timecodes which makes it harder when one of the subtitles are used as a graphic title. Also we cannot export this transformed subtitle as srt file. Secondly, if two subtitle timecodes overlap (and they have different start and end timecodes), we cannot make a modification as the second subtitle track isn't recognized on screen. For example there is a dialogue in the video and we have a subti
Currently in order to set a specific value for a guide one needs to perform absolutly different actions in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. In Photoshop you need to click "View → Guides → New Guide…" and then enter a specific value for a guide : In Illustrator you need to create a guide, select it and adjust its position in the Properties panel under the Transform section: In Premiere Pro and After Effects, you need to right-click on a guide, then select "Edit Position…" in After Effects or "Edit Guide…" in Premiere Pro. After that, you can edit the value inside the window (even these windows look different in Premiere Pro and After Effects):Premiere Pro: After Effects: Due to the inconsistency among the apps within Adobe's Suite, it's challenging for new users to learn how to use it. The same result is achieved differently in each app for some reason. Please make it consistent to decrease the steep learning curve that is present no
Neden adobe programlarının bir kısmı türkçe dil desteği sunduğu halde , diğer kısmı sunmuyor ?Bunu yapmak hiç zor değil .
Dear Adobe Team, can you please please please add the Hungarian language to the auto-transcribe in Premiere? Thank you!
Hi Adobe Team! 9:16 content is becoming more and more recurrent in my workflow, and its demand is only increasing. One of the challenges I often face when working on 9:16 cutdowns is reframing and positioning clips accurately without losing sight of the full image. Right now, when working in a 9:16 sequence, the black background in the Program Monitor completely obscures what’s outside the frame, making it difficult to adjust positioning properly in full context.Feature Request: Adjustable Background Opacity in the Program MonitorIt would be extremely useful if Premiere Pro allowed users to adjust the background opacity in the Program Monitor when working in different aspect ratios. This would help visualize elements beyond the cropped area, making reframing much more efficient without the need for workarounds.Possible Implementation Ideas:A slider in the Program Monitor settings (under the wrench icon) that allows users to adjust the opacity of the black background.A toggle optio
Hi everyone, I am looking for a possibility to move the default watermark because it is annoying in the bottom left corner. I know about the possibility of creating your proxy presets, but you have to determine the aspect ratio every time, which doesn't fit different aspect ratios. I can only avoid the aspect ratio problem using the Premiere Preset (Picture 1), but unfortunately, I cannot control the default watermarks position then. I looked inside the Premiere Pro program files for an opportunity to edit the watermark and found the path to change the default watermark icon (Picture 2), which was too large for me. As you can see in the picture, I could replace it with my watermark. (Pictures 3 and 4) Also, I found the ingest preset for proxies, but I couldn't edit the position in the Program Monitor (Picture 5) Now, I am looking for the Encoding Preset that determines the position of the watermark (bottom left corner) to edit it. Does anyone know where it i
I define SFX and MUSIC under two different green layers, to help differentiate my music, stems, sound effects, etc., in the timeline and keep it organized. At this time I can select all bins and change all bin colors, but expanding the bins still have the original green.I can expand a bin and drag and select all items to color different (which should have a key shortcut to select all items in selected bin anyway), until I need to add a new SFX, which is again the original green. Is there a way to control label colors, or to have them update when dragging items in (i.e. dragging an item into an orange bin would color the label orange)? This would be way more useful mid-edit than to spend so long pre-edit to organize my assets, and then still stumble mid-edit to organize again.
To play whack-a-mole with your timeline to find why a certain track is unable to be ripple deleted is insanity-inducing. The sync-locks on this sidebar should be highlighted or maybe not highlighted if you try to ripple delete. There should be better indicators for why a simple command is not functioning. My use case is cutting out dead spots in vocal audio to align with clips and stay independent of the backing song track. To accomplish this I need to continually variably trim, select, slide, etc., ad nauseum just to slide a track left. Come on you guys!! Please!! So many instances of this app are completely devoid of situational context clues about its workflow and hardstops! Come on! My entire past month in this forum is constantly ringing the bell for new ones that fail to be noticed or changed that would benefit everybody.
When you export a video to some mp4 format, what Premiere does is that it renders first video and audio to 2 separate files and then it combines them to mp4, that's why it's stuck on 100% for a while when rendering. The problem is that when creating the mp4 there's not enough space on the disk, the mp4 file will be created but incomplete, it can be played normally, it will show the length video is supposed to have but if you try to play the video at the end, it won't play. Problem is that Premiere doesn't let you know in any way that there's not enough space for creating the mp4 because while creating it separate audio and video files need to be also on the disk. Premiere can warn you about low disk space but it doesn't work for mp4 files properly. For example if Premiere shows estimate file size 3.5GB and there is 3GB of space on the disk then it will warn you. If you have 4.4GB of free space then it won't warn you and the file will be incomplete. Realistically it's good to have 3
Using Premiere Pro, I am making short videoclips from longer videos recorded at 5 fps. 5 fps is used for technical reasons and is adequate for the purpose. I want the clips to have identical quality and fps as the input, i.e. no re-encoding, just copying the relevant frames. However, in the export tab, Premier won't let me choose lower fps than 10. I can't see any good reason for such a limitation. The resulting exported video indeed has an fps = 10 in the metadata tag. However, duration is correct, not half as long as expected if playback speed was doubled by doubling fps. Playback of the exported video also seems correct. This indicates either a doubling of the framecount by interlacing, wich I doubt, or rather an erroneous mismatch between fps tag and real fps (bug). This is very unfortunate, because the consequences for later use of the video clips in various programs are unknow, since I do not know if the eronous tag will be used.
I've had this issue for many versions of Premiere. Was hoping it would resolve in latest, running v24.3.0 (Build 29) on Windows 10 Pro, AMD Ryzen 9 5900x 12-Core. The issue is EVERY time I choose to Replace Footage, it defaults to opening an old folder. Even after navigating to the correct folder, I will choose another file to replace and opens to that same old folder. There's nothing in Project Settings that would allow me to assign a path for replacing footage, but you would think that it would default to the same location of the original file being replaced. I'm simply updating multiple versions of After Effects rendered files. (I know, I know... I could use Dynamic Link) Any suggestions?
The dynamic link import dialog box could be way better. It could at least sort the bins in the search tree in alphabetical order. Currently, it's randomly sorted, and we can't do anything about it. A perfect caos.
When you first open Premier Pro it offers a list of recent projects. So far, excellent. But I have a number of projects with the same name for different clients. While I need to remember to add the client name to the project so they're unique, it would be most helpful to have the PATH of the project listed alongside the project name in that opening screen. Fortunately, File|Open Recent shows paths. Thanks.
Background rendering like Final Cut Pro would be nice. If you do nothing for a few seconds, it would be good if premiere calculates effects in the background automatically. It saves a lot of rendertime in the end.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us have the ability to LOCK a workspace once we have the panels and windows in place. Accidental click and drags causing windows and panels to shift and resize or disappear all-together when you're in the middle of editing is really frustrating.
Please Please, for a very long time, I've been lazy to suggest this, but if resolved it'll save me a lot of time while editing: When I click any text box in the Video display that I want to edit, change size or change colour....where there are two or more text layers in one timeline row, the effects panel selects ANY layer. So for example, if I select a text in view that is completely on the opposite side of the video, and double click it to select all the text, and went to the effects panel to change it's colour, it can potentially change the colour of the other text box layer in the same timeline row. It would only be common sense for the software to know that the text I double clicked is the text I want to change it's colour. It should automatically select that layer in the effects panel, I shouldn't have to yet again select it manually from the layers by clicking the drop down, to change the size or colour. It's common sense. I double clicked that te
Hi, this issue has bothered me for long time.I often have captions in mixed English and Chinese. The English font does not apply to the Chinese font but I need to use certain perticular English font anyway. If it is in MS Word, I can select all text using Chinese font A, and then all text with English font B. The second action will only apply to the text in English using font B and not affect the font A. However, in PR if you use the same approach, the Chinese font A will also be affected, change back to a strange font I don't where it comes from. Thus I have to manually select every English word and set them using font B instead, which is so time-consuming and does not make sense.Could you please fix this? Thank you.
Hi, ladies and gentlemen. How come in v25.1 we still have this "resolve fonts" problem which is still unresolvable? Will there be any fix for it?Everytime I open any project that has mogrts in it I get this window (the fonts mentioned may differ):The checkbox above is inactive. In Premiere Pro preferences I have it set to substitute the missing fonts to the font which can be found on any system - Arial regular:And I have the warning messages turned off here:But the most interesting thing is that I do have those fonts and Premiere Pro shows them and lets me work with them:So what the hell? Why does Premiere Pro have to warn me about missing fonts on every load? Isn't it time to add an option to completely turn off this warning message if the person has set the default font anyways?PS: I know how to fix it, I just don't want to have to do it or see this message about it. Oh, yeah, and for those who will ask this - yes, I do have the fonts in CC too
Ive got an Idea, Please add Radial Blur to Premiere Pro! I even have video editing apps on my phone that have radial blur effects, chromatic distortion effects (way more interesting than vr chromatic aberrations),and some other effects that Premiere doesn't have. Premiere being "Pro" should have a Radial Blur which at this point is a basic effect. It shouldn't be necessary to have to use a plugin or use another program for that. Same with motion blur like the RSMB. If you include Radial Blur in Premiere, After Effects will still be important for us. It exists in a different realm don't make us go to After for this one, please. 🙏
Hi everyone, one feature I really miss in Premiere Pro, which I previously used in Avid, is the ability to view a clip in the Preview panel as a timeline. The big advantage of this timeline view is that you can precisely analyze the waveform before setting In and Out points.Right now, my workflow in Premiere requires me to place all my raw footage on a separate timeline just to inspect the waveform properly, and then copy the selected parts into my master timeline. This feels unnecessarily cumbersome.A native timeline view in the Preview panel would significantly improve the workflow, especially for editors who rely heavily on audio waveforms for their cuts. Does anyone else think this would be useful? Please upvote if you think this would help your workflow too! 😊
Quoting from the Adobe Premiere Pro Classroom in a Book: The Overlay, Insert Before, and Insert After edits are available only when dragging a clip onto the appropriate drop zone in the Program Monitor. There are no buttons or single-key shortcuts that achieve the same results. Why? This must be the easiest fix in the world. The features are already in place. The only things lacking are the keyboard shortcuts. Why? Please add them! Plus one for Append (add after last clip in timeline). We needed them in CS5 and before, and we still need them.
Hello Adobe Guys...I really love premiere pro.. But i see that Premiere Pro should be More Stable On Windows Os Like Mac Os And Much Effects Should be More Accelerated Specially With RTX Graphic Video Cards .. So here Are My Suggestions, I hope that u Make A Window For Effects Like it Showing a thumbnail Of The Effects Before Applying them Like CupCut & Filmora do ( Idea Num 1 )💡 .... ▶️I really hope you Add Some Of Trendy Text Animations Presets Like ( Glow - Neon - Type Writer - Pop Up - Storbe - Flicker - Wiggly Text Effect ,Etc... THESE EFFECTS SHOULD BE IN PREMIERE SINCE 2020 ,Guys😅 ( Idea Num 2 )💡 .... ▶️I hope That U improve The Match Color Feature In the Lumetri Color Panel Cus it Needs To Be More Accurate By Matching The Same Light Levels & Colors We Are in ( 2025 ) Come On Adobe U Can Do it 💪❤ ( Idea Num 3 )💡
If we could get an effect that when added, automatically fills any space (or black bars) with a scaled-up and blurred copy of the original video. Doing this manually is possible but a hassle when you factor in animated or any more advanced scaling/positioning.
