On my MacBook Pro, with macOS 10.12.3 (16D32), Sierra, I recently tried registering for an Electronic Design webinar, and was notified that the current version of Adobe Flash Player was required. I went to the Adobe website, found the Flash Player, downloaded it for Firefox. Minutes later, I'm notified that a new version of Flash Player is available. I'm skeptical, since something similar happened weeks ago, and the Apple Store told me something was wrong. My system info says that "NPAPI Plug-in version 24.0.0.221 is installed." and "PPAPI Plug-in version 24.0.0.194 is installed." Is this normal? Are daily updates being offered?Any help is appreciated!
I am using Windows 10 with Chrome version 56.0.2924.87 (64 bit) and I have Adobe flash player 24.0.0.221 installed. I have the Flash player set to always run.But even after reinstalling chrome and deleting the folder 24.0.0.221 in my app data location and letting chrome update flash player it still doesn't work. Are there any other steps to try and fix this problem?
I have windows 10, using Microsoft Edge. When I check settings Adobe flash player is enabled & I appear to have latest version, but each time we try to sign into dreambox it immediately goes to a screen advising I need to download Adobe Flash Player
Hi,I am Grzegorz Szorc facing an issue with flash player. This happens about 20 minutes after I start up my computer. Facebook freezes and displays "A plugin (shockwave flash) isn't responding. YouTube page loads but video can't play even though the video plays. Other websites that use flash cease to work also. The same is for all three browsers (chrome, firefox, internet edge)The weird thing is, if I restart my computer, it will all be fine again, and then flash player breaks again after 20-30 minutes. Even Spotify stops working, the song won't play and I can't change the song. Websites that use flash and spotify work for 20-30 minutes and then they encounter problems after that, causing me to restart my computer again.
After I read about security concerns on hackers trying to take control of computers' camera and microphones," I changed the setting for my Adobe Flash Player under "Camera and Microphone Settings" to "Block all sites from using the camera and microphone." I also changed "Playback" to "Block all sites from using peer-assisted networking." However when I checked a few days later, both settings had been changed back to the original "Ask me when a site wants to....."I have gone through this several times now, and the settings keep getting changed back, which seems very strange and makes me concerned about my computer's security. Is there any reason this should be happening? And how can I prevent it from happening again?I am using a relatively new iMac, with the latest Mac OS and Safari browser.

Have been doing a lot of hunting around, but have not found mention of such an issue in either the Firefox or Adobe sides. The issue has been around for at least 2 years. Anyone else run into this? Any workarounds?App Setup:A minimally customized build of Strobe Media Playback 2.0 with the OSMFCCLib closed captioning library from Adobe (packaged with AMS) integrated. There's not much to the library and it's a black box (closed source). You just point it at the media player and container. It's not exclusive to this closed caption use case as I've run into the problem with other stuff, but it's an important accessibility case.Expected Behavior:Closed captions rendered over the video. Actual Behavior:Works fine in all browsers except Firefox (at least in Windows).Observations:The video appears to get rendered on top of everything else. I've run into this with other stuff that I've attempted to overlay on top of the video. Even the built in Settings modal for Flash Player. This is what sugg
I am running Adobe Flash (24.0.0.221 (24.0 r0)) and the most current Firefox on Win 7 64-bit Pro.Adobe Flash has been constantly crashing for months.I am now begging websites to get rid of it.Why Adobe won't fix it or sell it to a company that can maintain it, is beyond my comprehension.
The application, "Shockwave Flash Object", doesn't work.I wanted to make active that, the 'Enable' button (in this screenshot, Enable button is same with '사용 함 (E)' button...) didn't work.'Enable' button doesn't turn to active. How can I fix it.... T T??I don't know what's wrong with my computer. I'm using Windows 10, so I even can't install Adobe Flash player again. (I tried to install that, but I couldn't because Problem Solving page only said that Windows 10 already included Adobe Flash player...)Please help me to solve the problem...
Hi!we have a huge and urgent problem. A week or two ago, customers started complaining about random crashes of our Online-Flash-Tool.We did not change the tool, nor the servers, nor is the crashing limited to a browser or an operating system. Chrome, IE, FF, Mac, Windows. Crashes everywhere. So we think it must be the new Flashplayer update.Problem: We wrote a script, that automatically triggers user-actions to reproduce the flash-player crashing. With this script we get 100% crashes within 200-500 seconds. BUT: Even when we install older flashplayer versions (even as old as FP 15), the script goes on crashing the plugin within 200-500 seconds. Our tool is working for more than 10 years now and we haven't seen anything like this before Any ideas?kind regards,Chris
Lately in the corner of my google chrome ive been seeing this puzzle piece sayin that adobe flash player is blocked(although i can still see videos) and on the chrome://plugins site where the adobe flash player is there is no enable or disable button that i can click and the box next to where it says to always allow the player to work is checked. On the flash player settings manager it is saying:NPAPI Plug-in Version: not installedPPAPI plug-in Version: 24.0.0.221my question is how do i install the one that says its not installed? the NPAPI plug-in Version.
I bought a new Dell XPS 8900 in 11/2015 with Windows 10. Flash Player came pre-installed and integrated with Internet Explorer, and is automatically updated. Right now, I have version 24.0.0.221, and it is working. I get locked up on only one website, specifically Publishers Clearing House. I normally go in website through e-mail. I get locked up when they are showing their "JUNK ADS" or I'll get locked up and a message saying that I "... need to install Adobe Flash Player". I have to close the website window and e-mail. On occasion I couldn't close the website window and have had to re-start my computer. If I go back in right away, it usually comes up "locked". Normally I have to wait a little while and then go back in and it's OK until it does it the next time. It does this at least once or twice every time I go in and has been doing it for over 10 months now. Is this a problem with Flash Player or the PCH website??&nb
