i cannot download latest flash player...says my version of windows (10) came installed with it. had issues so I uninstalled it, consequently it will not allow me to re-install it as it says my version of windows already has it...and it no longer does....any remedies/suggestions?

So I noticed this problem while using Facebook, none of the videos will play. When I attempt to play the video, the "Couldn't Load Plugin" comes on with the grey screen and puzzle piece. Oddly, however, videos work fine in YouTube. I have installed the latest Adobe Flash Player and checked about:plugins to insure it was enabled. I have deleted cache, history, and browsing data. I just don't know what do anymore and this is insanely frustrating! How do I fix this??I am running on Windows 8.1, using Chrome browser (also updated).

My computer (Windows 7) will not play videos in Facebook.  I have researched through Adobe support and I am trying to change my settings to allow 3rd party, but when I click on this link:  Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Storage Settings Panel at the very top of the page where it says Global Storage Settings Panel and right below that is where I should see my settings panel.  I have the follow error message:  This Content Requires Flash. Hi There Folks,I have a machine with a pentium 4 - 2.86 ghz or so processor and lots of RAM with Google Chrome.I have had problems playing videos of late in media player (DVD), HTML5 and Flashplayer.I have determined that my CPU usage was approaching or hitting 100% in all cases.In Media Player, for the DVD, I was able to deselect "~use accelerators" and the videos are now fine. They play with no problems.In HTML5 I was able to select 240P instead of 420P and the CPU usage drops so that the playback i s fine.IN flashplayer I do not see a way to unload the processor by selecting a lower quality playback or otherwise troubleshoot the issue. Can you help. I used to be able to use flashplayer and it was fine.

Please bear with me.  I brought my mother´s laptop from Spain, where she lived, to the U.S., where I live.  I have reset it for our region and language.  but still get the spanish website page when I enter www.adobe.com .  The reason I am writing is that very often, every 15-20 minutes or less, I recieve a pop up saying " Warning:  Unresponsive Plug in.  Shockwave Flash may be busy or may have stopped responding .  You can stop the plug in now or you can continue to see if the plug in will complete."Please tell me what this means and what I need to do.Thank you for your time and attention.Regards,Monica L.

I've had this problem for a while now and it affects my work. Ive got windows 10 and flash player came with it. It was a few months ago that whenever I tried to do things that needed flash player to work it started ppping up saying I needed the most recent update for flash player. my computer said there were no updates and sent me to the same flash player page over and over again; showing me how to enable and disable it in the page settings when ive already done this a million times. Nothing has worked and its strating to affect my work. I only have this problem on MY account though, it works fine for the rest of the computer but I don't want to delete my sccount as it has a lot of stuff I cant save to a usb. Any ideas on what to do??? !

I'm on windows 10.Firefox version 48.0.Flash version 21.0.0.I can make it to the download link and download the binary install file with out error. However when I run the file (and I do say yes to letting it change my system so that is not the problem) it will open a window titled "Adobe download manager" but inside the window is a blank screen with nothing inside it. I have tried to re-download and install it over and over again, I have let it run for hours with no success, and I have tried disabling all my plug-ins/turning of my browser.Any clues on what to do? Maybe a direct link to the full upgrade files in order to skip the installer problem completely?

Noticing my browser having issues and in my browser task manager I can see the flash player going out of control and ringing up 4+mil KBpS, as soon as I deleted flash I have had NO issues of any kind and my PC works flawlessly once again, not sure wtf is wrong with flash but it might be a good idea to look into whatever is corrupting Flash, even on a fresh flash install I have issues so I am sure it is localized to the program itself.

No such issue with 23.0.0.126 Beta. Reproducible with clean browser builds (Beta and Nightly tested only in repeat testing).I was watching Rio Olympics live streams  with 23.0.0.126, RAM usage was fairly steady. With 23.0.0.134, RAM steadily increased to 100% in about 30 minutes of steady streaming, completely used up the virtual memory until Windows started to shut down the browser.  Problem disappears after rolling back to 23.0.0.126 Beta.

I have a Dell laptop with W10 installed.  Adobe Flash is supposed to be integral to W10.  When I do the Flash test, it says the flash is disabled.  When you to Advanced Settings and check the Flash switch, it is turned on.  I have toggled it to no avail.What should I do next?  If W10 has flash, the on toggle should make it work.

I have flash player 22.0.0.210 and it works for me as an admin but as a normal user it has issue with some websites.  Particularly anymeeting.com and an internal resource(admin site) that uses flash as a front end.  again as a user those are sites wont work or login but as admin they do.  I'm using Windows 7 pro x64, in  a vdi environment using redirected desktops.  have confirmed its not firewall/content filter, not IE as it reacts the same in Firefox.  Has any one had this same issue?

I use the flash player for several things including listening to different radios and other media. It isn't the browser, because every browser on this computer is having this issue. I will load the radio like spotify or a news radio and it will play for about 30 seconds then stop. Its not the radio website, because all radios are having this issue so it has to be the player. I went to the support section and tried the steps of removing program cache and history etc. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program, did a system restore to a day it did work fine...nothing has worked. Could someone tell me what else I can do? Also this is a PC
