Flash Player (read-only)

I cant play any games because it says the Adobe Flash Player is not enabled.  I checked it and it is.  What can I do?

When I click on the icon, I receive a messgae that Flask Player is pre-installed with IE in Windows 10 and updates automatically.Another screen pops up requesting that I test the flash player...I can see a tree formingI followed all of the steps to enable the Shockwave Player and to disable ActiveX filtering and I am still unable to play any games...keep getting the same thing even after I have closed the browser and restarted my computer.Not sure what else to do but to uninstall Windows 10

Recently, Adobe Flash Player has been crashing Firefox 44.0.2 numerous times per day on various websites.  Tried all the Adobe suggested troubleshooting items, also uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player on the Adobe website.  Still no change in the crashing.  What else can I try to fix this bug?

Hello!I need a little help, as I can't figure out why is my Flash Player crashing in some cases.There's a Hungarian video-sharing website called videa.hu.Every time I try to play a video from that is originated from site in a popup format, the video player crashes, and video won't start (there's just a back screen), and I can only continue browsing by refreshing to whole page.By popup format I mean embedding a video like this (not all video pops up, only some of them).I have a HP 650 laptop with the latest Flash Player version (as far as I can tell: 20.0.0.286), and I tried every major browser out there: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, IE.Any idea would be appreciated. Our current app is breaking after the recent Flash upgrade.  It uses Flash and as3.  Screenshot of the error below.  Same code works fine in the earlier Flash versions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So, I've recently updated to the new flash player via https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . As soon as I've updated and restarted Firefox, I've been getting the unresponsive plugin pop up every 5 seconds and then goes away before i have time to take a picture whenever I am on a website that uses flash (Example: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ ). On top of that the website would load extremely slowly. Hello,as most people might have heard by now, the Chromium team plans to deprecate Flash in favor of HTML 5 beginning Q4 2016 [1]. Can we get a statement by Adobe on this? Are you in talks with Google? Does Flash have a future or is it time to change sides? Flash and AS3 still are a multi million dollar market, why are there no signs that Adobe is making sure that Flash will have a stable future.The lack of trust in Adobe when it comes to Flash is the worst thing for everyone, and it is a shame that this awesome and refined piece of technology is slowly but surely fading out. Our company (and I suspect many others) would be more than happy to pay a monthly subscription fee similar to Unity's, if we get the guarantee that Flash will remain actively maintained and marketed together with Air.Why does Adobe not sell the Flash platform or create a side company that does nothing but Flash as a business, so everyone can rest assured that this company will actually commit to Flash and continue

I'm trying to install Adobe Flash Player on my MacPro OS. The file downloads but later in the process it asks for my NAME and PASSWORD. When I type in e-mail address and Adobe PW the screen only allows me to cancel. When I click ok nothing happens.The e-mail and Adobe PW allow me to enter my account. Your help is appreciated.

I am trying to install Adobe flash player. But when i am at 15-27% of installation, it's showing "installation failed". I am even closing all my running applications and browsers after downloading the flash player. What should I do now?

When attempting to open a page requiring Flash Player (most recently Rosetta Stone), I get the following error:We recommend that you download and install Flash Player version 10.3.181 or greater.   Visit get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download the latest version of Flash Player.Follow the instructions provided to install Flash Player (you may have to restart your browser).I've verified that I have Flash Player version (Shockwave Flash Object) 21.0.0.242 but try to download anyway. I get a message that "Flash Player is already integrated with Windows Explorer in Windows 8, you do not need to install Flash Player".  Following directions, I then "enable Flash Player" - it's already enabled. I "disable ActiveX Flitering" - already disabled.  I then update for IE Flash Player for Windows 8.1 (64-bit) and (32-bit).  I try again.  I get the same message and instructions. I shut down and re-start, try again - I get the same message.I've followed these same direction

Why is it not possible to call someone for this help?!     Why does this have to become an hour long project scowering the internet to figure out the right person where ever that is for help on such a god damn basic problem?!       I am trying to download the latest FlashPlayer and have my new password but I have no clue what my "Administrator ID" is.     How in the hell am I supposed to find that or the right person where ever to ask this?!!!    I feel like I've been kidnapped!

we downloaded the flash player update and restarted. When trying to play a game, we still get the message " blocked plug-in".

I was listening to Pandora this morning on my Mac. This afternoon I tried to get back on the program and Pandora says that my Adobe program needs updating!I have been trying all afternoon to update my adobe program (downloading it about a dozen times) but it will not install on my Mac. I have the latest upgrade for my operating system (el capitan). But I cannot figure out why I cannot successfully install the latest version of the Adobe program necessary to run Pandora. I just wanted to let the good people at Adobe know, in these dark times of HTML5, we're not all screaming for Flash Player's head. I love the product, and would like to see it continue being developed and supported for decades more. Consider this, likely short-lived, thread a digital hug for all the thankless years you've been there. You're still #1 in my book.

I understand I am supposed to use my system password. It will not accept it for the update. It will not accept my Adobe password either. Now what?

I cannot download Flash on my laptop, I do not understand the instructions provided.The help page says I have the up to date version but I clearly don't when I open my Adobe reader to view an interactive document it is prompting  to download the last version of flash.Please do not send me the standard link to down flash I have done it too many times and checked my operating system.I need an Adobe employee to remote control my computer and just do it for me just like they have done with a program I pay for. I have had enough now it's pathetic that Adobe cannot provide direct assistance because it's free yet you need it alongside all the other programs but cannot get the same quality of assistance?  Instead I have to type out my issue and sift through so many similar threads to possibly get a resolve.If you can solve this issue asap would be a great help. I have a mac and use Safari. The flash player gets to 90% or 95% when installing and then stops.

I am having a problem downloading the new version of Flashplayer. I am getting a "application initialization error" (screen shot attached). Then, when I hit the Finish link at the bottom of the error window, it brings me back to another Flashplayer download page and it is a continuous loop.Can someone please help? I am running Windows 10.

I am trying to install Flash player on Mac OS X 10.11.4…. when I double click the installer file 'AdobeFlashPlayer_21_a_install.dmg.mdlp', it launches another application (  Matlab_R2014a) instead of starting the installation process.  I have tried following the clean installation process by removing the flash installer plugin and installation manager folders, but didn't work. I have also tried moving the AdobeFlashPlayer_21_a_install.dmg.mdlp file to another location (desktop) instead of the downloads folder and launching from there but didn't work.Any help would be appreciated.
