Flash Player (read-only)

I have tried to update to the latest flash player but cannot get anywhere.I have tried1) resetting the password severalties.2) using the apple id address only since there is no password on my private laptop.3) I managed to update tihout problems on my Desktop Please give me some help.re setting doesn't seem to do it and it really should not take such a great deal of trouble to do simple up date should it ?Philip

My Windows 7 Utimate 64 bits have some problems about Flash Player update.In Services, It always switch to manual.In Task Scheduler, I added a new task but it never run.

Mac with 10.8.5 cannot use flashplayer on aol news website.  Security allows adobe flash player plugins  But cannot watch videos.  promts need to be installed.  And it is out of date. Installed latest adobe flashplayer.

Everytime I try to install flash player, I get the shake wrong password.  I cannot remember my old password for my system.  What is the easy way to get around this password problem?  I need to be able to install Flash Player!! I have a Mac OS X YOSEMITE version 10.10.5 upgraded from 2008. Thanks for your help.  

Hi,I am currently using Adobe flash player v18 (18.0.0.203). We have an application which runs with Adobe ActiveX player to render the charts. With the latest version of flash player, we are facing an issue. As a workaround, we need to revert to the older version of flash player 18 (version 18.0.0.194).I was able to successfully uninstall the flash player with the help of Flash Player uninstaller but, when I try to install the older version it just says "Your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser includes the latest version of Adobe Flash Player built-in. Windows Update will inform you when new versions of the Flash Player are available". Note: This issue is happening only in Windows 8.1 and 2012 OS machines.Any Suggestions Please!!!!

Being prompted to download the latest version of flash player but it will not install - I am running El Capitan 10.11.5 - any ideas please?  I've done a clean install and still no joy.   Says in is an initialization problem.

This Adobe Player Update pop-up message ALWAYS shows up on the game "SPARTA", on facebook, and it messes with the game. I've tried to update SEVERAL times, and it says it's already updated! Yet this stupid pop-up keeps happening. How can I stop it!!! TY

I like to at least skim the end-user policy. This time, my umpteenth aggravating update of Flash Player, I got something new - a box which required me to check that I'd read the end-user policy before I could install the software. When I clicked on the link to see the policy, FIRST I was taken to a complete list of ALL Adobe products through which I had to scroll to find Flash, THEN - when I selected that software - I got sent to a massive document in which the terms are provided in every human language, through which I'm apparently supposed to scroll to find the English variant. WTF is WRONG with you, Adobe???? The FIRST link on the update installation should have taken me directly to the policy I'm supposed to read  Pathetic!!! HOW do I directly locate that English variant?

Hello ...we have an environment which uses IE 11 on Windows 7 PC's. There are approximately 300 users that will need to take this training course. The problem is, the adobe flash plug in requires administrative access to install. There are some others that use different browsers but for the most part IE 11 is used. When I tested this out we could not launch the course without the plugin and we could not install the plugin without admin rights. Other in my department believe that it will install without admin rights but from what I have experienced after testing with multiple users the installation of the plugin on IE browsers does require admin access. I would like to know if there is a quicker/better way to get this plugin installed without doing it manually on all 300 machines?The version of Flash player on each PC varies, some need to be updated, but some are the most current available for the W7 operating system.Thank you

I was trying to access our corporate webpage Syndicate Group. However sometimes it crashes firefox browser.  I tried installing flash, but the problem still persist. Some times it works when i click the window option to stop the plugin. Is there any permanent solution for this issue?..Thanks in advance.

Have tried to update my flash player as cannot play games etc on my macafter repeated attempts uninstalled flash player as advised on a forumStill no joy.......Is there anyone out there that can help as i have been on this for 5 days now!Download the install file,double click the installer Says initialisation will start shortlyafter about 5 mins it says error!Have screen shots of before and after but don't know how to get them on here!So first could not UPDATENow cannot download as i removed it!

I have a OSX I mac. I have been getting the message that I need to install a new version if FLASH PLAYER. I install as per the instructions, use it to look at a video on a search engine, and then next time I need to use it, it tells me again I need to install a new version if FLASH PLAYER. I have tried to install it a number of times with no continued success. What do I do?

Why Flash player program will not download to my iMac.Screen says the Flash Player  already installed is newer than what you are attempting to install.Therefore, I am unable to use Smilebox.  Not happy.  Please advise

I have a very simple question:  Even though I have an Adobe account and have successfully changed my password, I have been unable to download an update to the Adobe Flash Player.  When asked to provide my password after clicking the installer, my name and password show a vibrating motion and nothing happens with my installation.  I can only assume that there is a glitch somewhere, but I don't know what to do to correct the situation.  I really do want to get started but am at a loss as to contacting Adobe since there is no way to communicate by phone.  Any ideas would be much appreciated.  Thanks, Dan

I have been trying to install an Flashplayer update.  I have very little experience in wandering around trying to get this to download once I double click on the installer.  Once it comes up it needs my password.  Nothing works.  I have went out and updated a new password, it works on the Adobe site, but will not let me install the flash player.  It just shakes no.  I have a MAC  OS X, 10.11.2      I am using Safari  9.0.2       How do I get it to accept my password and let me install it?

Lately I noticed that my Shockwave flash in my Chrome browser was having issues so I disabled it as was advised to and tried to install Adobe Flash as a separate app but it wont install. it keeps telling me to close all Chrome pages but they are already closed. It gets to be about %51 then stops installing.. Can you help me.?
