Flash Player (read-only)

Has anyone created a script to enable "Ask me before allowing new sites to save information to this computer"? If so, could share it with me? If not, could someone point me to the best way to create a script to enable this. Can I create a registry entry?

There are several posts about Flash not being detected by Edge even if the toggle for Flash is in the ON position in advanced settings in Edge.  Why is this issue still happening to so many users?  I have a Lenovo ideapad, the latest update on Edge and I'm going crazy just looping into the same problem-solve-error routine. Does anyone at Adobe or Microsoft know when either of you will come up with a solution please? Thanks!

Hello - any help appreciated!Windows 10, Firefox 45.0.2Get "Connection failed. Click the retry button to resume installation" error after I click 'yes' to execute/open/install the .exe file. When I click "Retry", I get "Connection failed. Click the finish button and restart the install process", but this doesn't work.Also tried completely uninstalling Flash Player before trying again but no luck.Thank you!

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit up to dateAll of a sudden after so many years I got the permission problem that tells me Flash Player could not install.I followed the Adobe instructions using the MS program and FP_BAT file and manual installation of FP, but neither resolved the problem.However, Windows shows me that 21.0.0.213 is installed--isn't that the latest version?Pls advise.

I run Windows 10, where Flash Player is supposed to have comeintegrated with both Microsoft Edge browser and with Internet Explorer browser.On my LapTop / Windows 10 exist 4 different User profiles, among which only one is an 'Administrator'.Adobe Flash Player appears to be detected as 'present' only when working from the 'Administrator' user.When working from the other users, system says 'this program requires FP to be installed'even when FP is enabled. This occurs both i Edge and IE.What can I do to make FP work from the 'not-admin' users as well ?regards, Per

Had Windows 10 installed on this computer. I can not get Flash Player installed. I had been running Win 7. The player worked then.

I have problem with context menu in tibia flash client.If i click right mouse, context menu is arriveing and its problem for me.I tried on Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Have been trying to install flash player on my old computer. Just installed firefox the other day and everything works fine. Went to websight from facebook to play game and was asked to install adobe flash player. Clicked on request and went to install flash player page and clicked on install flash player. It downloaded properly and I saved it to my downloads. After clicking on the download file it starts to install then I get  application initiation error  I then hit finish and it goes back to the adobe flash player install page. HELP!

Whenever I try to download adobe on my mac (version 10.11.4) it begins to download, but as soon as it gets to about 50% it says installation failed. I have tried to download this probably near 10 times and it has never worked. I have consulted with apple to see if it is a problem with my mac, and they said it was perfectly fine and should work. Please help! I've also tried everything on the help page that pops up after the installation fails.

I have recently bought a new iMac 27" 5K.When playing Games on Facebook (Mindjolt games) I lose the game, I get a grey screen saying flash crashed. I have sent lots of crash reports. I done know if anyone ever sees them. I then got a, flash update required. I did this and restarted. Only to have the same, Flash needs updating. Repeated again. Same Flash needs updating.I would appreciate any help to solve this problem. Adobe make it hard to contact them to get a problem resolved.

Hi, All. I'm English living in France. Am trying to download Flash Player .213. Have uninstalled v .209 so no Flash player on my system. When I get to this screen Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions the screen freezes. I cannot change my location from USA to UK; just reverts to US. Download Now button is greyed out. I do want an English language version .213 HELP, anybody know a solution to this, please?

Hello,Since a few days I upgrade computers I manage from Windows 7 to Windows 10. On a major part of them I have a problem.An old version of flash player is present on the old directory of Windows (created automatically by the upgrade of Windows) on exactly C:\Windows.old\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash.I want to uninstall them because it is a old version and so there is a security risk but it does not work.If I run the exe file file to uninstall the program is running but there is always the ocx file at the end. I have administrator rights but I cannot delete it.How can I delete it?I do not want to unistalled the version used by Windows 10 (that is integrated with it) but only this old version.Thanks in advance for your help.Anthony.

On 4/7/2016 adobe flash player active X was updated to 5.09MB  21.0.0.213 on my windows 7 computer. Since that occurred my utube videos cannot play any sound.Every thing else checks out on the computer. Do I need to revert to an earlier version of flash.Thanks

Starting last week or so, my flash stopped working in Chrome, but still works in Firefox and Edge.  Chrome is updated.  I followed all the steps in the Flash Player Help page without success.  I've attached screenshots of the Flash Player Help result as well as all my plugins.  Also received the same result in Incognito Mode.Windows 10 Pro 64-bitChrome Version 49.0.2623.112 mFlash version 21.0.0

I have Windows 10 on a PC Laptop. When using the Microsoft Edge browser, it tells me Flash is installed, but disabled. I followed the directions and it is already set as enabled? Help!

i have been trying to download the latest version of flashplayer on at least a dozen different PC's, on Dell's and HP's running windows 7 and right befor it finishes installing I get this error message: "failed to register" and it errors out, how do i get this to work?

Why does adobe keep telling me to update flash player when it is already installed and enabled? I am running windows 8.1.   when I go to update it says it is already installed.  but I still cannot play games and it is so frustrating.   please help me

I have downloaded the adobe flash player 21 and would like to read the license agreement terms in English and want to know how to change the language setting to English.

I'm on a windows 2008 R2 system that is behind a firewall for connection to the internet.  The firewall is very limited as to what it lets this system see because the system is in production.  Everytime I try to run a web app that requires flash the firefox browser hangs and eventually complains that a script has stopped responding.  I've checked on the firewall logs and it appears that the reason it is hanging is that it can't get to www.adobe.com.  Is there any way to turn this behavior off?  Why does it need to get to adobe.com.  I need for it to work without the connection.Thanks,Lenny
