OS Windows 7 Internet Explorer (latest version)Got a 'reminder' to update to latest release of Flash Player about 10 days ago which I duly followed up. On accessing BBC Sports pages and other video clips I found that I was being prompted to install Flash Player. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player so many times since then that I don't know whether I'm coming or going. This after noon I carried out a complete uninstall, using Revo Uninstaller to mop up any traces of Flash. Then I installed a recent archived version (10.x.x.x) of Flash Player, but got exactly the same result as with the latest release. I'm not a techno nerd, but with basic understanding I can usually carry out bread and butter operations on my PC, but this time I have to admit defeat. I know I'm not alone in experiencing these problems. Is anyone looking into the problems this update appears to be causing users of the software?
Hello I've never had trouble streaming AMC. However, last night's episode of Fear the Walking Dead was completely unwatchable. The video would freeze and start every minute or so, ultimately stopping for good with the error: ve_pd_notfoundI use Chrome and Windows 7 on a new laptop. I have Flash enabled in extension and have always kept up with windows updates. any ideas?
I recently upgraded my Macbook to yosemite and when I go to certain websites to stream video's or movies it keeps telling me I need to update my flash player and nothing will play. Hey everyone,I've got a pretty serious issue here that's not allowing me to do basically anything on my computer. For the past week or so I've been fiddling around with this. I use a Lenovo ideapad U410, and this has happened with Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. Edge and firefox will give me the "page unresponsive" and Chrome will say either "This page has become unresponsive" and ask me if I want to kill it or wait, or it will have a yellow bar across the top that says the shockwave flash plugin is unresponsive (I don't know the exact quote, as I don't have the error right this second.)Basically any time I go to a website or webpage that uses flash it will freeze the page and become unresponsive with the errors above. I've already tried rebooting my computer, following instructions to enable/disable plugins in the browser (currently they are enabled), as well as completely uninstalling flash and reinstalling it. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled chrome for good measure. Nothing. Maybe o

Having read on the story Critical Flash Player updates patch 23 flaws | PCWorld , I followed the link on the page to update the version on my laptop to 19.0.0.185.Before I did this I ran an anti-virus scan of my laptop, using the Kaspersky Total Security program, which showed the already installed version of flash player was a vulnerable program which needed to be updated. I then uninstalled the current version and tried to update to the new release version 19.0.0.185.When I tried to install the update, I saw the message "Application initialization error". I have tried this update several times with the same result. My laptop is running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 Build 7601, Internet Explorer 11 with Kaspersky Total Security 2015 (15.0.2.361).Please can someone help me to get this problem solved as I want to try to get this update installed as soon as possible.
Much like a number of others, I'm having issues with Flash freezing and crashing. I am on Windows 7 and this happens in both Firefox and IE.I am using version 19.0.0.185I have cleared cache and data settings with no luck. I have to usually manually end the plug-in container process in order to be able to do anything for more than a minute or two. Even then, it crashes every 5-10 minutes.
Dear Folks,on some webpages, the download freezes and i get the following message in a pop up box: "Shockwave flash may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. you can stop the plugin now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will continue."there are two buttons, continue and stop plugin.i tried uninstalling both shockwave and flash, upgraded my firefox browser to the latest version, and reinstalled both flash and shockwave, and i still have the same problem.any help will be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance.Sincerely,Steve MigalaPalatine, Illinois

Hello, can I install Flash Player on my LG smart TV?
Here is the problem I'm having: I cannot play flash videos in any browser, and I've tried three: Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Google Chrome. I also cannot play any of my personal videos saved to my computer. The problem was only a minor annoyance at first, but now it is starting to really stress me out. I cannot view some important videos without flash, and I am at my wits end. Here is what I've tried to fix it: I've tried the individual browser fixes found on most help websites for Chrome and Firefox. Most of them talked about having multiple plugins, but I did not. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and I've tried updating it to the newest version. When all of those things failed, I attempted a system restore. This managed to temporarily fix the problem for about a week, until it started it again. I did another system restore from an earlier save point, and everything worked perfec
