Fresco

I choose the Magic Wand, select the layer I want to edit, click on a color in the drawing and the whole document is selected. This is true for any layer,, vector or pixel, and the behavior is the same for all colors.  The Magic Wand settings and slider are greyed out.  The Magic Wand works perfectly on other projects within Fresco. Am I doing something wrong? 

Photoshop forces me to use Creative Cloud, Fresco can't see that.

Im trying to open a photoshop psd in Fresco. This imgae was originall created in Fresco and then saved it as a photoshop file. I would like to reopen this psd in fresco but I get this messsage and cant edt my layers. Please help.

Does this option exist? Like how you use the quick eyedropper with the alt on photoshop. That has always been integral to my workflow and I can't seem to find it 

In order to verify my vector arts on my iPad Pro 12.9" -  which I usually do at approximately 1000% - I would very much like buttons screen up, down, left and right.

literally, my main app that I use. The Apple Pencil works great on everything application except fresco on the iPad Pro.13 M4 1TB 16GB Ram. It's practically useless. An it is getting worse.

Hey there! So I've been using Adobe Fresco for over a year now, and I generally like it. However, I've been unable to figure out this strange problem I've been having. I will find that my strokes constantly do not register - instead, the point of impact with my iPad screen will register a single dot, but the rest of the stroke does not complete. This leaves "dots" on my canvas, (circled in attached image). Sometimes, several strokes in a row will not register, leaving ~6 dots before I can finally get a single stroke in. Additionally, I always experience lag when using brushes. It takes a split second for my stroke to register, and my stroke will not start where my pen touches the screen (attached image: stars are where my pen touches the screen; arrows are where the stroke actually started after a split second of lag). It seems like if the app registers where my pen touched the stroke, it leaves a dot but does not leave a stroke. Other times, it does not start the stroke

The new version 6.1.0 crashes very often as soon as I click on the paint bucket. After restarting the app, the last steps are then missing.I rely on Fresco for my job and am really frustrated right now because I can't work like this!I have an iPad 3. generation with iOS 18.0.1

Hi everyone, My app gets stuck on the saving screen after launching, what should I do? I can't proceed to the next step at all, and the most important part hasn't been uploaded to the cloud database 

I put an animation effect on a vector layer, but there is a layer I want to superimpose on that layer, so I want to delete the animation effect, merge those layers, and then put the animation effect again, but I could not find a way to remove the animation effect.I can put the same animation effect on both layers and make them look like they are moving at the same time, but I would like to be able to animate a single merged layer instead.Does anyone know how to cancel the animation effect? Or is it a specification that it cannot be cancelled?If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know.

Hello, I need help and I read already all the previous posts about it. I am correctly creating in Capture pixel brushes that can be used in Fresco. They don't appear in my library, no matter how many times I try. I tried to upload them from brushes in fresco too, but nothing seems to work. I have no problems with patterns but also shapes do not appear in the shape section. I always double check they are pixel ones. Everything is up to date.   [Renamed by Mod]

Hello, The Creative Cloud Desktop app shows that the Fresco 3.4.2 update is available.However, nothing happens when I click the update button. Other updates launch without a problem. How to fix this?

I am new to Fresco and digital art as a whole and I was wondering if there was a technique people use to turn their line work into a coloured/painted image. I would like to achieve more of a 3D look to my drawing by getting rid of most of the black lines and instead having colours meet in a straight line rather than having the black lines separating them. From there I would like to have opaque highlights and shadows where the black lines used to be. Is there a straightforward way to do this that I am overlooking and are there any other colouring/painting methods I could use to achieve what I have in my head? I have attached a screenshot of my line work and a colour-filled version for clarity.

I always felt Raster Drawing was Adobe's least cared about thing until Fresco.However it appears the list of features are at an end so Im curious what do you have planned going further? I almost wish adobe would just ask us what we want. What would make the program better for artist pro's and hobbyiest alike.  For me I'd ask for a better layer management, like you cant see your layers names unless you click one by one, and cant turn off visibility of your layer unless you click the eye icon off to the side, its just really alot of extra clicks that take you out your flow. So QOL things like this.

I just recently discovered Adobe Fresco and love it so far.   A question for others who create different layers for sketches before doing final inking: I sometimes find it difficult to differentiate the layer thumbnails, especially when the layer only contains a faint sketch outline. I tend to use a lot of layers, and find it a pain to have to open up the various layers to remind myself of the contents. In Procreate, I can name layers but as far as I can tell, there doesn't seem to be  way of naming layers in Fresco.   Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what is your workaround?   Thanks in advance for any suggestions!   Debbie

I am new to Fresco and digital art as a whole and I was wondering if there was a technique people use to turn their line work into a coloured/painted image. The example I will use is an image drawn with black lines and then filled in with colour using the fill tool. Now I have a coloured image with black lines separating each section of my drawn image. I want to expand these colours so that instead of having black lines separating sections there will be a clean line where two colours meet on the centreline of the black line work. I have attached 2 images with a rough visual example of what I am trying to achieve, they are taken on iPhone but I usually use Fresco on iPad. I very roughly went over half of the black line in 1 colour using a hard round pixel brush. I then used the colour in the adjacent section to cover the other half of the black line in an attempt to make the 2 colours meet in a clean straight line. As you can see this isn't perfect at all and it takes a lot of
