For literally years the "open a copy in illustrator desktop" option in fresco has been broken. So to preserve vectors and layers the only workround has beeon to first open in illustrator ipad, then airdrop to desktop from there. Now, since update 6, Fresco no longer exports to illustrator ipad either!! So the entire app is useless. Adobe support don't seem to be able to help judging by the three frustrating hours I spent on chat yesterday. You CAN export as pdf and sort of extract the vectors by hollow arrow selecting the boxes in outline mode but it's awful and we shouldn't have to be doing this. Fix your software adobe!!!!!

I started using Fresco in December and immediately enjoyed the resources the program provides. It's a whole lot better than the previous app I used, so that's why this problem confuses me. As of today, I tried to upload an image onto a blank canvas to draw, as I always do, and it wouldn't work. The app lets me view my photo library and select a photo, but when I press it, it does not upload. I tried to delete the app and re-download it, but the problem was not fixed. I also tried to upload older images, as I thought it was because the image I originally tried to upload was new. Yet, it does not work. I changed permissions and tried again, but to no avail. It does the same thing when I try to upload an image onto a canvas I've already drawn on. Anyone know what I should do?
Recently the smudge tool on my free version of Fresco has stopped working. I can select it and change the brush and size and strength, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't do anything. It used to work for me, then not long ago Fresco started crashing any time i attempted to use it, and in the last few days it stopped making the program crash but now does not work at all. And yes I promise I am drawing on the correct layer.In case this is additional information is important, I only use pixel layers, never vector or live brushes. If anyone believes this is an issue on my end, I would love advice, but if this is a bug I hope it gets fixed soon. TLDR; Smudge tool doesn't work I've tried everything 😞
The 5.5.5 version of Fresco has a lag, when I try to draw it always starts with a straight line. I have been using version 5.0.1 but it's resently uploaded automatically and now there's no "other versions" button on Fresco's options. Does anyone have a link to that older version?
So I have a Huion HS611 and its been months since i could use fresco properly, one day the pressure sensitivity just decided to stop working, and i've already reinstall the drivers, fresco and even windows, but nothing works. With every other app the sensitivity works fine it's just a fresco issue and it's been driving me nuts, can't seem to find a solution no matter what I try.Any help is appreciated!
I really enjoy using the live oil paint brushes. I was using an old stylus with my iPad pro which was working okay but had a lag. So i just upgraded to to Apple Pencil, 2nd gen. Its all working fine but most of the live brushes don't seem as they use to be. The chunky oil paint looks so different. Attached are some screenshots of the differences. the first image is how it's coming now, the brown color doesn't seem like oil paint live brush. The rest 2 are older ones which worked fine.Is this an issue with my pencil or something else. Plz suggest.
Hello, I need assistance please, I have been working on several projects (Adobe Freso). I have imported a picture from my photo library to use the shape of these pictures, as an extra layer, to fill it in with my drawn design as part of my project. However, when I leave the project the section where I put the layer becomes black and I can not work anymore that area. This is happening not just with several projects. Please could you help me out by explaining what could be happening? RegardsEver

Hi guys, I lost a very important fresco drawing of my young dauther and tried to solve it within this community by following the sync issues and accessing the "old" cloud documents (https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documents)... Nothing helps. The drawing was made on an Apple iPad Pro.Can somebody please help? I am trying to upload a file to fresco, and I have had this problem if the file contains any style at all, but this file has no styling or opacity or any changes. I tried even flattening my fonts which has never been a problem before. I even ripped out all the folders. I have copied and pasted everything into new files. Nothing is working. I saw the fix to check the frames, but it is only this. Thank you for the help!
Hi,I am using Adobe Fresco v6.1.0, I can't seem to find the setting to enable automatic smudging with a finger gesture. Is this feature available? If not, I suggest considering its implementation in future updates, as it would enhance usability by allowing me to smudge automatically without having to switch tools.
I am making stuff on canva but wanna put it on fresco to add more details and I don't want to screenshot it cuz I have a slide show on it and I hate resizing images.
I was working on a project on my iPad for a few hours when it suddenly crashed as I tried to use another brush. When I reopen my file. My outline not only did it went missing, but it created weird shapes around my project. Is there any way to revert back a saved file? Or any solution to salvage this project that I have spent hours on would be appreciated.
Recently my iPad was stolen and I would like to know if there is a way to recover my files/work on my new device?
I'm trying to move some drawings into different folders in fresco and I can't find any information on it. I used to just drag and drop them into the folders, but that doesn't work anymore.

For the past week Adobe Fresco for the PC has been completely unusable and I don't see support trying to fix this issue as it seems like the IOS version is prioritized over the PC version. The issue is with brushes there seems to be a graphical error where it appears blocky and faded no matter which brush or pressure is used. This can also be repliated using the mouse rather than the brush. I want to move around the canvas when I have the zoom in app for windows. And I don't get any option, no command ... NOTHING. Help
I've been hoping for a file size increase for the pixel based files since starting with fresco sevral years ago. I was originally told it was based on the iPad limitations. We have a 3 year old iPad pro. Does anyone know if a newer maxed out ipad will increase the limitation? Thx
Hello!I have been working on a drawing for a few hours with Fresco on my Ipad pro and the program froze while using the live brushes. Unable to do anything, I was able to click back to the home screen. Upon clicking back into my drawing I was devistated to see that the entire drawing had dissapeared, all the layers were empty and appearing blank. The drawing isn't in the deleted folder, it's still there with all of my layers but all of the work is missing. I'm hoping you can help me get the drawing back, as It was hours of work lost in a matter of three seconds... I've already reported the bug through the app, but I'm hoping I can find more immediate help here. Thanks for your time and help, Carmine
I've turned off snapping on the grid, but when I am trying to use the transform tool it won't stop snapping to strange spots and the tool is useless. Is there another way to turn this off?Thank you!
After a recent update whenever I'm using the transform tool (or transforming anything in the app) it keeps snapping to random spots and it's making it impossible to use, they aren't spots I had other things it just decides where it wants it to go. This is really frustrating and I don't know how to disable it, if it's a new added feature it's awful
hello all 🙂i use fresco with a pc so i knwo is not the better way but i don't have a tablet. My problem is about the interface. i can zoom but in only one way and i can't move around in the picture so it's very difficult to do some detail and lesspractical for drawing or painting. Do you know how to fix it with my keyboard or mouse ?(i've search in parametre without find something) thank and have a good day !
Hey! I've recently downloaded Fresco and it worked perfectly for a day, then it just started crashing non-stop. I open the app and use it for maybe a minute, then it crashes. I went through and did everything the little robot helper told me to do, but it didn't help. What should I do now??
