Fresco

Below is a video of my very disappointing experience with brand new iPad Pro M4 and brand new Apple Pencil Pro in Fresco. I was using a 10 year old iPad pro and Gen 1 pencil previously with no problems. I'm using the most recent version of Fresco. iPad and Apple Pencil are fully charged, and the pencil is in constant contact with the screen. Sometimes it draws, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it just leaves a dot instead of a line. It happens with vector, live and pixel brushes.  I've played with settings like draw with Apple Pencil only with no success as well as different settings for each brush.. This issue does not happen in any other program, for example, in Apple Notes or Notability there are no issues like this at all.  What else can I look into? Is the Apple Pencil Pro just not compatible with Fresco? Should I go to Procreate instead? So disappointing to get a new toy (ahem, work tool!!) and not be able to use it. 

I have a few files which have gone missing from Fresco. I don’t understand why it only seems to be able to have 20 files, and so when I create a new one, one vanishes. I've looked in My Work in CC and some of it is there, but not all. I also restored one that was deleted and it didn't appear anywhere I can see! Please help! This cloud storage isn't being super helpful to me right now 😕😕 I'd rather store everything locally, and I know that is an option on Fresco. Where do restored documents go?

It's convenient to use the keyboard to operate Adobefresco tools, but it's annoying to have to touch the screen every time I press a touch shortcut.So I'm wondering if it's possible to assign touch shortcuts to keys on a macro keyboard or something like that.I apologize for this poor question, as I have no knowledge of macro keyboards.I wish touch shortcuts could be set as keyboard shortcuts from the start, but currently the only way to do so is to touch the screen, right?I'm a Japanese person, so I apologize if my question is difficult to understand.If anyone has any ideas, please reply.

Hello, all my adobe fresco files appear to be gone. I started the app today and the app told me I was signed out (this has not happened before and I've been using the app since October or November of 2023). I followed the prompts and when I was done, I logged in, but I have no files whatsoever. I'm concerned I may have somehow created a separate account instead of signing into my previous one, but no matter what I try, I can only sign on to the account I finished setting up tonight. Trying to log on with the former email address still appears to take me to the latter account, regardless if I try to log in to Fresco or to the cloud sync directly.

When I attempt to search for a specific font by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the fonts panel, the search bar appears but the keyboard will not come up so I can't type in the font. I can find the fonts easily by looking through my list, but I'm trying to be efficient and place the exact font without having to scroll through the whole library or alphabet. This issues has persisted for months for me through updates. Yes, I have shut down and restarted both the iPad and the app. Multiple times. iPad Pro, OS 17.6.1, plenty of space on the local storage and in the Adobe cloud. Below is a video of me trying to type the font name in the search bar but the keyboard won't come up. 

Ever since I downloaded Fresco last summer, Fresco has crashed every time I tried to use the oil paint. I could maybe get a few strokes in and, immediately, it crashes. This was annoying but I really only needed the watercolor live brushes for my illustration work and I never had a problem with those.  But then, a couple of days ago, I opened a new document and as soon as I selected live brush, Fresco crashed. I had been putting off an update for a while so I thought that might be the problem. I took care of the update but the same thing happened. I've tried restarting my laptop, closing out all other apps/search engines/etc. I'm using a Lenovo Yoga 7i.

Hi, Time lapse export video for one of my arts is showing only 3 seconds. For other arts, the time lapse export is fine. Why is the issue with only this one file?

Colors have tone values, which can be judged by viewing color art in greyscale .... . I noticed that Fresco does not reproduce this expected behaviour, when I put down colors with different hues (but same saturation/brightness) and view them in greyscale (using a color adjustment mask or setting the iPad display to greyscale) - the show essentially the same tone value. This confuses me and spoils the use of tonal studies in learning coloring & art with Fresco. Any ideas/chance to  correct this? 

Does anyone know where I can find a glow/light pen/brush? I've downloaded all of Kyle Webster brush packs but can't find one. 

I am trying to import the shape pack for content but the download isn't working and the bar wont go up, check attatched image. Can someone please help i need this for my class

I bring it into Illustrator with all the layers flattened (the drawing is pretty intricate so having all the layers imported gets me extremely confused and it's too advanced for me to understand at this stage), and follow the steps for Image Tracing. The majority of tutorials and videos I've found say to have "Ignore white" checked off, but my problem is that I cannot ignore white (or black) as there is both white AND black in the drawing that I want to retain. How do I go about this then?Also, I have drawn the image with vector brushes already in Fresco, so why am I having to vectorize? Are there are no options in the Fresco app other than exporting raster images? I am so confused and very new to all of this.TIA

Feature to Create assets/ Graphic components/doodles as a library set and use them as per the need.1. Library for Vector, Raster and Animation Assets 2. Folder structure to maintain Library/Page3. Link the library file directly with Creative cloud so it can be accessed by other Adobe apps. 

Suddenly my Adobe Fresco started to perform extremely slow. Not a lagging issue but the whole working process such as dragging, saving, changing tools, etc. It takes forever to switch from one tool to another. Fresco is up to date and I have plenty of space. How do I fix this problem?Thanks

Hi, I've been using Fresco on iPad Air and I made sure that both the version of iOS and Fresco are updated to the latest version. Yet, I can't download the brushes. I've tried all of the suggestions so far and it still doesn't work and I'm so tired of seeing "adding in progress." Are there any solutions that would allow me to access the brushes? 

Hi, I'm looking to integrate Fresco files in a 3rd party tool.I already found the unique url of a file: https://photoshop.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:136b57ff-f593-4c94-96ff-12c94839d032 (its an example) My idea was to save the url and let the user click on it to work on it. But is there a way if we click on the url that the Fresco app opens? Because now he opens the browser and from there, I don't see any way to open the app... Thank for the info or tips!

5.5.0 is the latest version available according to my Creative Cloud. The latest releases I've seen were for iPads only. Did Adobe stop bothering with updating the Windows version?

I use Fresco on Ipad. I want to navigate into my drawing (rotate, move) without changing the zoom size. Using the 2 fingers (rotate and move) is nearly impossible without also changing the zoom. I work with large scale project and vectors. I want to print it a the end and it's hard to tell the scale as the zoom changes with every move/rotation. It's hard to explain, I hope someone will understand and hopefully help.Thanks

So we all know that we can get our files from Photoshop to Fresco, how about moving the artwork back to Photoshop from Fresco?    It is as simple as it sounds. Check out how:    1. Tap on the share icon on the title bar                      2. Tap on Publish & Export.                      3. Tap on Export As and then select PSD as the output format.                      4. Tap on the Export button.  5. I want to sketch/draw/paint using my photos. I can import the photos, but can not move them out of my way so I can draw. I have a really nice image of a monarch butterfly, and want to draw it before painting.  I can't get the photo out of the way to freehand draw? is this not possible using Fresco? thank you,noreen

Hello. When working with a lot of layers (30-100 plus which is common on larger projects) just having a thumbnail is harder sometimes to navigate. A feature request would be to have just a normal list view that shows name and a small thumbnail like how desktop photoshop does it as an option. Again just to make it easier to navigate bigger projects, especially importing something from photoshop. You could even have the ability to add color to the layers like photoshop as well.Thank you

Hello Fresco. Im drawing a house in the front flat view and trying to get snap to grid to work as I draw to speed things up. It  works in perspective but not in grid mode which is unusual. Obviously making a perspective grid vanishing points work for a flat image the way grid does is not possible. I was wondering if Im missing something or can you not to do snap drawing in grid rulers?

I'm making a layer and have one design I have and I want To copy paste it multiple time in different Sizes and shapes to create a pattern people can use for backgrounds butthe copy paste Buttons are gone. Help! 

I have Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. However, I am unable to access my Adobe Fresco as it requires an additional 1,5 GB of free storage. My current cloud storage usage is 347.1MB of 100GB. Please assist since I cant continue with my project on Adobe Fresco.
