Fresco

bonjourRetour de vacances J'avais un process qui etait bien en place pour mon tavail sur Fresco ... mais La synchronisation des bibliothèques CC  ne se fait plus correctement dans fresco je n’ai que les fichiers qui étaient synchronisés il y  a 1/2 mois , mais le plus grave, avec la bibliothèqueCC  je ne peux plus importer dans Fresco les fichier en SVG, car je ne travail quasiment que avec des calques  et crayons vectoriels, il ne sont pas visible. Donc d’après moi il y a un bug de l’appli suite certainement une nouvelle version. Peut ont télécharger une version précédente en attente d'un eventuel recticatif? Dans L'attente d'une solution 

I'm trying to see if I can send a vector drawing to Animate since it's a lot easier to draw on my Ipad.  The only way I see is to send it to Illustrator, then import from there.  Unfortunately, ever since the latest Big Sur update the 'send to Illustrator' option does nothing.  It says "document sent" in Fresco but absolutely nothing happens on my desktop. 

I've recently started using Fresco. I have an artwork partially finished but when I try and open Fresco, it crashes before its even launched. I don't want to delete the app in case I lose the artwork as its not in my creative cloud docs like artwork from Adobe Draw is. Have tried a few of the options from similar posts but no luck so far. Have also tried Adobe support but never got put through to a tech. Thanks

Whenever I use Adobe Fresco or Photoshop on my Surface Pro 6, after like 3 minutes of drawing it seemingly disables my ability to use the touch screen on my Windows . not just in Adobe, but for the entire Windows experience. I can not use my pen or sometimes even my finger to touch the screen untli i will Restart my Computer.All drivers seem up to date, as is the app and Windows itself. All the other apps are working perfectly with the pen and touch.It is making the Adobe  apps completely unusuable. And, after closing it, the only way to get touch functionality back for the rest of Windows is to restart the computer.I recently bouhgt the Surface and was hoping to be able to use the Products from Adobe for drawing but it is a Nightmare!Reainstaling the apps did not help…

While using symmetry, I noticed that I had to fill each individual circle on both sides independantly.As a suggestion: having the option able to fill in the "circle(s)", with the same colour would save time.Hold would enable you to fill in the circle(s) with the same colour. I am using circle as an example. This suggestion to fill in an object on both sides does not have to be restricted to circles, boxes,  triangles and so on.

Just like how you move the canvas with space and click (usually click of the stylus pen) or rotate the canvas by R and click how do u zoom with a shortcut using a click of stylus? yk what i mean

As seen in the image below, whenever I use a pixel brush it turns into a glitched mess. I dont really know how to fix this. I was wondering if anyone else knows how to fix this issue. The brush used here is the soft brush size flow but other brushes also dont work but this only affects pixel brushes.

Is there any way to convert brush strokes I've already made with a pixel brush into vector brush strokes staying in Fresco? I made some good progress on a project and was deep into it before realizing a pixel brush had been selected and not a vector. I know there's workaround methods involving Illustrator, but just wondering if the change can be made within Fresco. Thanks in advance!   [Renamed by Mod]

I noticed that Fresco on the iPad consumes a lot of battery. What is the work around? thank you in advance

Hello,I'm having problems exporting a vector illustration from Fresco to illustrator. When I use the "open a copy" "Illustrator desktop" I'm not receiving the file on my desktop. I have the lastest operating systems on my mac, and my ipad (as of today). I have no problems airdropping between my devices. When I try to "open a copy" "illustrator iPad", the illustrator ipad app crashes irrespective of whether I choose to import as layers or single image. I have the latest version of Illustrator for the ipad (as of yesterday). Fresco appears to be up to date. When I export as PDF, then open the file in illustrator on my mac, I seem to lose all layers the image seems to be a bitmap not vectors. Tracing the image, obviously creates only one large black outline. Am I doing something wrong with my Fresco file? One complication that could be causing issues is that my licence for Fresco is a personal licence.My licence for Photoshop, and illustrator are through my educat

In the middle of a project my pixel brush is suddenly incredibly slow and not using pressure correctly. I turned off and restarted my iPad but that didn't fix it. It is the same on large or small files. It doesn't appear to be affecting the vector brush the same way. Have you had this happen or think of a way to fix this?

.Please help me figure out how to turn this red circled arrow layer into a normal layer. I have no idea how this happened

I'm drawing in fresco on a surface go 3 and when I rotate the ruler it's super jumpy.  I have a hard time getting the lines exactly at the angle I want.  It moves around just fine, it's just the rotate that's jumpy.  I don't have a mouse or keyboard attached so I'm just rotating with my fingers. Any advice?

i used the search but haven't found any topic on this: a few days back i got the notification from adobe illustrator draw, that i should upgrade to fresco and so i did. sadly i just found out that in fresco my apple pencil got a mentionable delay which i never experienced on adobe draw before. for that i think the setup isn't suitable for me and i wanted to ask if there are other users experience the same problem or get feedback on how to reduce the delay to adobe illustrator draw standards.

The files created in Fresco always open for me with the last brush used, which is great, but any other brushes I used in that file are just a mystery.  I do have favorite brushes set, but that is not much help—those are the same for all files, and I have too many. Can one save brushes used in just that file? The way it works for colors?

Below is a video of my very disappointing experience with brand new iPad Pro M4 and brand new Apple Pencil Pro in Fresco. I was using a 10 year old iPad pro and Gen 1 pencil previously with no problems. I'm using the most recent version of Fresco. iPad and Apple Pencil are fully charged, and the pencil is in constant contact with the screen. Sometimes it draws, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it just leaves a dot instead of a line. It happens with vector, live and pixel brushes.  I've played with settings like draw with Apple Pencil only with no success as well as different settings for each brush.. This issue does not happen in any other program, for example, in Apple Notes or Notability there are no issues like this at all.  What else can I look into? Is the Apple Pencil Pro just not compatible with Fresco? Should I go to Procreate instead? So disappointing to get a new toy (ahem, work tool!!) and not be able to use it. 

I have a few files which have gone missing from Fresco. I don’t understand why it only seems to be able to have 20 files, and so when I create a new one, one vanishes. I've looked in My Work in CC and some of it is there, but not all. I also restored one that was deleted and it didn't appear anywhere I can see! Please help! This cloud storage isn't being super helpful to me right now 😕😕 I'd rather store everything locally, and I know that is an option on Fresco. Where do restored documents go?

It's convenient to use the keyboard to operate Adobefresco tools, but it's annoying to have to touch the screen every time I press a touch shortcut.So I'm wondering if it's possible to assign touch shortcuts to keys on a macro keyboard or something like that.I apologize for this poor question, as I have no knowledge of macro keyboards.I wish touch shortcuts could be set as keyboard shortcuts from the start, but currently the only way to do so is to touch the screen, right?I'm a Japanese person, so I apologize if my question is difficult to understand.If anyone has any ideas, please reply.

Hello, all my adobe fresco files appear to be gone. I started the app today and the app told me I was signed out (this has not happened before and I've been using the app since October or November of 2023). I followed the prompts and when I was done, I logged in, but I have no files whatsoever. I'm concerned I may have somehow created a separate account instead of signing into my previous one, but no matter what I try, I can only sign on to the account I finished setting up tonight. Trying to log on with the former email address still appears to take me to the latter account, regardless if I try to log in to Fresco or to the cloud sync directly.

When I attempt to search for a specific font by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the fonts panel, the search bar appears but the keyboard will not come up so I can't type in the font. I can find the fonts easily by looking through my list, but I'm trying to be efficient and place the exact font without having to scroll through the whole library or alphabet. This issues has persisted for months for me through updates. Yes, I have shut down and restarted both the iPad and the app. Multiple times. iPad Pro, OS 17.6.1, plenty of space on the local storage and in the Adobe cloud. Below is a video of me trying to type the font name in the search bar but the keyboard won't come up. 

Ever since I downloaded Fresco last summer, Fresco has crashed every time I tried to use the oil paint. I could maybe get a few strokes in and, immediately, it crashes. This was annoying but I really only needed the watercolor live brushes for my illustration work and I never had a problem with those.  But then, a couple of days ago, I opened a new document and as soon as I selected live brush, Fresco crashed. I had been putting off an update for a while so I thought that might be the problem. I took care of the update but the same thing happened. I've tried restarting my laptop, closing out all other apps/search engines/etc. I'm using a Lenovo Yoga 7i.
