Fresco

Hello, does a vector illustration become rasterized once the layers are merged? If I export the file as PDF and open it in Illustrator, would it still be in vector format? Thanks!

My work was lost because Fresco app shut down all the time. When will you improve your application. This is the important issue. This is the main priority you should solve. 

hi.im pretty new at drawing.im started using fresco with xppen tablet.but i can't zoom in corners.i can change the zooming amount but can't slide the screen.when i try draws a line with brush.tutorial says use two finger but drawing tablet can't see fingers.how can i zoom to cursor point and move to everywhere while zoomed?thank you.

Hi! Its not huge deal, but a bit annoying that every time I download some file to my Creative Cloud or Onedrive, a text file is added there, so I need to delete it separately every time. ( It generates always 2 files automatically even if I only have 1 art file, other one is always text file)What could be the problem, could I turn it off somehow? Best wishes,Nora

When I want to insert a file from Dropbox directly rather than downloads, some of the files (all files) appear and in some instances nothing appears in the folder and I know there is content there. Please advise.

I am able to select a tool and open option for the layers ect. but if I move my stylus or finger onto the canvas to use a tool or the grey are surrounding it all it does is move the canvas around. Please Help

I do like using Fresco, it allows me to access my photoshop brushes after my university stopped my student subscription. However, the amount of storage that's for the base subscription for ONLY Fresco (5GB) is not enough. I find it very easy that a lot of my brushes and files eat up storage, and unfortunately force crashes the app every time I try to access my pixel brushes library from it. I do not want to upgrade to the $9.99 a month for another app  I don't plan to use (the iOS App Store only gives Fresco + Photoshop option which I don't want). Tried to access support through adobe help chat and my issues weren't resolved. My Fresco app only started to function normally without crashes when I deleted most of my work and brushes, and the assistant helping me abruptly ended the chat without connecting me to someone who could help further. Needless to say, I am disappointed. This would've been the app that could replace Procreate and ArtStudio Pro for me, but the li

The graphite brush on the smudge tool all of a sudden stopped working. I'm using iPad Pro and it's fully updated. When I draw to smudge the curser stays in the same place on screen and nothing is smudged as I drag back and forth. It was working just last week. I tried other brushes and they work fine seems just to be the graphite brush. 

When I draw a sketch on my iPad, and suddenly it turned off, and when I open it again , it said that the file wasn't a PSD file . What can I do to open the file , cuz the sketch is quit important stuff and I spent more than 3 hours to draw it 🙏

I have been trying to set a grid for my image but the grid is constantly a half inch or so too wide or small. My image is 12" x 9" and says it's at 72 ppi, which should mean when I set the grid to 72 pixels I should get perfect one inch squares, but when I turn on the grid and set it to 72 it's not right? I don't know if maybe I need to change the pixels per inch  or the pixels the grid is set too or if I've measured wrong but I would appreciate help.

I´m working on multiple projects where I need to use exact same colors. I have various color "collections" saved in my CC Libraries grouped in folders with specific project names. However, when I open my CC Libraries in Fresco it is all shown as one big jumble of color swatches without any folder or swatches names, one big mess of swatches without any order... Basically useless for me.Is there any way to have a proper folder organization and names displayed for our CC Libraries?I can´t believe that such basic and critical function such as file organization is not available...  TIA

Anyone aware of any video resources/demos online where we see the various mixer brushes in action. I know Kyle Webster touched base on it but not all of them. Thanks

Are there vector brush packages available like 'True Grit' or similar in Fresco? or do these types of brushes only exist in pixel? If not available, why?

I have used these live oil brushes in the past and was able to create brush strokes of various size basesd on pressure using my Apple Pencil. For some reason I am no longer able to do this. When I create a brush stroke it is a consistent thickness. I have tried messing with the pressure dynamics, resetting the brush, uninstalling and reinstalling the application on my iPad 12 Pro. I know that there isn't an issue with my pencil because I am able to achieve this using ink pixel brushes and even within the pressure dynamic setting preview window for the oil brushes. I am at a lost for what is going on or how to fix the issue. Anyone have any suggestions or experienced this or am I suffering from mandela effect? This last image is a sample from one of my paintings where I was able to achieve the varying size with one brush stroke.

Contact your IT administrator to gain access.'  I've tried all of this1. Sign out and Log in my account and log in to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents2. Restart my PC3. Also connect to the school VPN PS.1 I downloaded it from the Creative Cloud directly.PS.2 Other programs still work without VPN (Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance Painter, Premier Pro. Media Encoder, Lightroom)

Hallo! Ich möchte gerne mehrfarbig malen, aber die Pipette wählt den Farbbereich aus und mischt dann die Farben. Was muss ich tun, damit die Farben nicht gemischt werden? Ich bin Anfämger und ich habe mir auch die Tipps im Training angesehen. Bestimmt mache ich etwas falsch, aber ich finde einfach nicht heraus, was der Fehler ist. Ich brauche Hilfe!

"my" Adobre Fresco isn't pasting images from the clipboard < Web Image (no matter the size or type of the file) the only way i jsut managed to get my image references inside Fresco layers was :-download the images-"sliding the sames images  to adobe Fresco layer"  (that I tried to paste before)  and this proccess its end up being annoying at the pass like 5 months? because I rmember just casually the same day I just update my "Fresco version" the problem started (and ofcourse I just tried top fix prog file, unnistall, reinstall, clean my clipboard history, look for some clipboard troubleshooting, virus,etc.today I just tried the same logic of copy pasting images from the Webapp to "Ai" and "Ps" and worked wonderfully... hope SOME HERO can find the solution to my tedious and painful problem of downloading every image that I need in my Fresco layers 🙂 (trying to be funny in my suffering )   and if theres no hero I just will give up and l

I can sync colours in Adobe Draw. How do I save colours for use between projects in Fresco?

Hi there, has anyone experienced lost files when Adobe sketch was changed to Fresca? I had many design sketches created and went to print them the next week. I've followed all the steps of transferring files from sketch to Fresca but there are many that are still missing.please help, many hours went into them🤦🏻‍♀️

the app was working fine a couple of days ago, i went to add a abr file from icloud files saw the number of brushes importing, (which i've since deleted the abr file from creative cloud) but now when i go into fresco on a new empty document / any document i'm working on, i tap the brush tool bar (pixel brush) (not selecting a specific brush), just by simply tapping the pixel brush icon to select) and the ios app just crashes & closes each time.... then sometimes.. it doesnt crash... the panel opens as normal also noticed when i tap on libaries there is a slight lag automatically showing all cloud folders under "shapes"which then load after slight delay. also i've noticed adobe capture shapes from cloud arent updating to newer adjusted versions in the folder within libaries within fresco, but are fine within creative cloud. and one last thing there is extreme "freeze" lag on just zooming or moving across canvas surface on larger projects  i'm runni

how do you stop these appearing all the time showing "how to use suggestion" on parts of the app etc  

Hi,I have used the little task bar that pops up when using the pen then accidently moved it away and now i can no longer see the little task bar (allowing me to not change pen thickness)  and have tried dragging it back but it won't move. I need help quickly. This is what it used to look like and the second image is what it is now.  Any help would be apperichated.Thank you!
